Stayed here for 1 night and it was great! Very clean and breakfast was pretty good too.

We stayed one night slept really well. Felt very comfortable and safe . Customer service was great she got strait to the point with checking us into our room . Next morning we were looking forward to a great breakfast my daughters and I went down to the breakfast area very small area tons of people in line . they had omelettes , potato’s and sausage patties . People waiting for the one toaster to use . Very small area . Got our food went to sit down not many tables to choose from. Took a bite of the sausage tasted like cardboard look a little green . I told my girls to don’t eat the sausage because I didn't want them to get sick milk and orange juice was warm not cold . I Give the breakfasts a 1 ⭐️= not so good out of 5 = great ,stars ⭐️. Holiday inn you can do better with the breakfast. People who don’t want to go out for breakfast look forward to your breakfast you serve them. Let’s see more of an effort. Thank you !

Property was in great condition. Staff was kind and helpful. Breakfast was just okay. Some plain scrambled eggs would have made it complete. I would stay here again if I'm back in the area.

I would not recommend this Holiday Inn!! We stayed in another one in Scottsdale a couple months back (thought we were returning to the same one because photos of course looked similar) however didn’t cross check address. The other one was Excellent…this one was AWFUL!! Run down, old, poorly maintained, odd and unwelcoming lobby, leaks from the ceiling in the 3rd floor hallway. Toilet ran the entire time. Maintenance was only available at 8am which was too early for our family of all women to allow a man into our room. Housekeeping was SOOO loud outside our door and in the next rooms we could hear their conversation and banter all morning. Never experienced that before where the housekeepers would yell to one another from room to room:/ The late night front desk attendant gave me ATTITUDE when I shared about the toilet running. Breakfast was AWFUL. Bathroom amenities were ODDLY placed and inconvenient (hard to explain just poorly thought out). Toilet paper and tissues were incredibly rough!! Again, did NOT have any of these issues with the other Holiday Inn in the area. Just overall bad experience and would not stay here again or recommend ESPECIALLY for the price at $250 a nite!!! SUCH a shame:/

Bathroom had a very musty smell even tho it looked clean. Shower head dripped continuously. AC and heat worked fine. Complimentary breakfast was appalling… dry cinnamon bun, dry eggs, dry sausage. We took a few bites of the oatmeal and grabbed a yogurt and left hungry. Parking was good staff friendly

Too much noise from parking lot; could hear bathroom use above my room, tv did not work and no one available to fix tv until the next day; hot water was cold and cold water was hot

Very good property except their hot breakfast is mostly inedible and they really need to relocate the hand soap/body lotion holder in the bathroom. Too high on the wall 18 inches from the sink counter is not practical.

I’m honestly disappointed this time. My second stay here and the first day they had shuttles that would take you to Arron‘s locally there’s a very large plaza nearby that was great and shuttles to Mayo but right now there’s nothing and I came here for that kind of help, so let’s hope a shuttle will take me to Mayo today and I don’t know what they’re gonna do about the other amenities but otherwise it’s very average

We had a very nice stay. The room was clean and appreciated the soap and lotion in easy access bottles. Many hotels only provide the small soap bar. They also have shampoo and conditioner and body wash in the shower. Breakfast was pretty good. Staff at the front desk were very friendly and helpful. They have cold water bottles available you can grab anytime. Overall enjoyed the stay and would stay again.

It was a nice stay, very brief. I started to get in the pool, but it wasn't quite warm enough. I like to swim laps when I arrive. The tv remote did not work right, but the sweet front desk gal swapped it out and I managed to get the tv channels to work again.

Bathroom in room leaky faucet. Bathtub drain back up. Noisy had a big group of young sports team here running through the hall and slammingthe doors. Breakfast not very good. And tables were dirty. Staff did not care

I was placed next door to what seemed to be a long-term live-in client with for dogs who barked and he took outside all night long, door banged closed all night long and morning long. I'd never stay here again I would directly people away from this place. They never indicated to me there was a Saturday morning breakfest. Not accessible to anything really local after 10 pm.

My room was super clean, but the air conditioner was a little noisy with the pulsating sound, but overall the hotel was kept top notch with very good breakfast selection. Was greeted by the breakfast maid every morning which was a plus.

Over all very good experience. Mid afternoon front desk gal was amazing fantastic customer service other shift staff ok. Breakfast staff and housekeeping were great too. Only thing I might change was in the bathroom the hand soap and body lotion dispensers were so far away from sink.
