Great location, easy access to freeway and downtown strip. Got a great last-minute deal for the room. The hallway definitely has a smell of cigarette smoke, but the room itself was free of any odors.

Stopped in to visit family. Hotel is clean and the staff is amazing. The room is pretty basic but when you just need a place to sleep and shower it’s perfect.

Listen this is a 50 dollar a night motel so you get a 50 dollar a night motel. This one was in disrepair big time. TV did not work, toilet clogged, shower changed temps automatically. So they moved us across the hall but this door lock was only able to be opened by a staff member. LOL. -- Beds were cumfy and clean and shower worked in 2nd room. TV over there didnt work either. The daylight desk worker guy was great and friendly. This goes a long way.

I’ve stayed there many times. I like it. This time , the clerk asked for 200 dollar CASH deposit. Say what? I’ve NEVER had to do that before

The place is falling apart. Waited 2 hours after check in to get to my room. Latch/lock to my door was missing. Hallway to my room smelt of ether. Shady people walking up and down the hallway late at night. But the $150 deposit i had to pay was the real turn off. Would not recommend to anyone to stay in motel 6 in silver city new mexico.

Bedding was dirty, had DOG HAIR & dirt & boogers on it! Advertising said microwave & refrigerator-THERE IS NONE! People bring food or water for FRIDGE IF IT SAYS FRIDGE!!! Very false advertising!

Faucet leaking all night. Toilet wouldn’t flush properly,had to keep using a plunger. Wife woke up with insect bite.

I'm still currently staying here! It has been quite comfortable!! The staff have been super helpful and understanding and really have gone above and beyond to accommodate my son and me!

Our heater didn't work in our room so our room didn't get above 56°. The beds you can actually fill the springs in them my top sheet had stains on that and my pillow had a rip in it. Besides the fact that the staff was super friendly very efficient and very willing to help the overall condition of the hotel was not good

The hotel was ok for an emergency weather stop. The heat worked great. Cleaning could be improved. Couldn’t shower due to missing control hardware.

Motel 6 was dirty, the sheets were stained, I spilled water and when I cleaned it up with a towel, the towel came up black!

Your basic room with a TV/bed/night stand. Room was clean, the hotel itself was fairly dated it it was Ok no issues definitely worth the cheap price

Toilet has to be flushed 6 times to take anything down . Vanity faucet not working. A concrete pad would be as comfortable as the bed was super hard. Booking showed room with microwave and fridge. Nope not in my room . Had to move rooms and still no microwave . Office staff said he would have to find me one!! Hour and a half later he finally shows up with one . Oh yea rinse out the tub before using mine was not cleaned prior to my arrival. 45 dollar price for room made me feel like i paid too much. HaHa. DON'T RECOMMEND EVEN FOR LOW PRICE.

People at the counter were friendly. The room was okay for the price. The heater worked well. The TV was small but okay as it is not that important to me. The bathroom was disappointing in that the ceiling above the bathtub was falling apart and had signs of mold. However the water was hot and the pressure good. The toilet worked but needs adjustment as it used way too much water.

The staff was very friendly and helpful but the beds were not very good and the pillows were very uncomfortable. The back door, which should require a key, is accessible by anyone, which makes it feel a bit unsafe.

Saw the conditions. Very dirty. Several room lights not working. A random wanderer casing my truck in the lot. NOT a safe vibe. We just left. Did not spend the night.

The air conditioner did not work so front desk switch rooms ASAP, but second room was run down. The room door did not close unless it was closed very hard, otherwise the door did not latch. The bathroom floor tiles were not cemented down and can be a cut hazard on the feet. The showers facet was very loose. The toilet did not flush properly, had no pressure, had to flush several times for the toilet water to go down. Hand sink faucet worked 50/50. And worse issue was the Hallways smelled of Marijuana. Not very good impression when my children had to smell that smoke in the hallways.

Worst place ever ever one will always come on here say this and that but I’m being honest this was horrible experience and I was still charged full amount for a reservation we didn’t ended up staying went all night searching for a hotel and finally found one four hours later I had three rooms prior to showing up and I canceled those two based off family unable to make it. You guys made it a point to state I will not get refunded based off the other two cancelled reservations. This would be considered trap house in my eyes with a paint job

I did not like loading an app on my phone to open my room door. I stayed in a nonsmoking room but there were lots of smokers on the floor. The room was extremely nasty and in need of plumbing repairs as well as other repairs. The lights above the bed were held together with tape. My best suggestion is to bring in a bull dozer and demolish the place. I have never stayed at a Motel 6 and had problems like this.

The room was run down. Had holes in the wall. Had hard time turning on the shower. There was blood strains on the bed spread and on sink countertop. Front desk did not have key card, had to download a app, then found the door open.

No security, had to call desk clerk TV doesn't turn on, he complety replaced it. Very nice about it.. shower knob getting ready to fall off, hard turning it on. No extra, needed to ask for towels after two day stay. Coffee very cold and old lobby area. For the price I paid. Didn't expect quality. Check out clerk...whoa! Rude, unfriendly, attitude...no good morning respond. Overall some staff. Tried their best.

Upon our stay we switched rooms due to bathroom door being broke in half, black mold and leak in ceiling above the shower, Boole stains and other bodily fluids on the bedding along with pubic hair. Not to mention FLEAS IN BOTH BEDS!!! this place is filthy and unsafe the door to the room didn’t lock properly. The front desk employee moved us to a different room, which was equally filthy and full of blood stains in the bed and on the ceiling. The front desk employee was polite and did what he could to help. The problem is in the lack of care of the property and the caregivers of the property. I DO NOT RECOMMEND STAYING AT THIS ESTABLISHMENT!!!!!

All the reviews are true. Place need to be torn down. I booked 7 nights with this place. It roaches in room. Am allergic to them. I had to be my own pest control person. I don’t recommend any one to stay until they do a makeover to this property. Am not trying to bash the place but it’s true. I will be requesting a full refund for the 3 party I booked through.

We booked 2 nights 1st night the room we got the TV didn't work..one of the beds was full of mosquitos under the pillow..shower didn't work at all couldn't even take a shower..they said they didn't have any rooms till the morning well took a shower with the ice bowl getting water from sink....2nd day got new room just remodel TV not working..Toilet was not working properly..A/C not working I told them about everything they had all they to fix it at night when got back only thing they fix was TV half way because couldn't turn volume up..we slept with out A/C in the morning all they said sorry that they knew I didn't have a A/C but they couldn't fix it...worth Hotel I have ever stay in my Life......

My family and I were put in a dirty, obviously former smoking room for some reason and there was no recourse so we had to stay. The smell was bad. We were in town for an event and no others available. During the night our room filled up with cigarette smoke from the adjoining room and the hotel clerk said well, it is a smoking room (after the fact). It clearly on the outer door had the NO SMOKING symbol! Total baloney.
