I wasn't satisfied with the first room they put me in. But i was able to switch and the change was perfect. There are definite updates that need to be made BUT it was clean private affordable and in a convenient location.

It was very late and had car full of very tired people. Our key didn’t work and kept having to get the front desk person to open door for us. He also didn’t offer us a new room.

This is the third time I have stayed at this hotel. Every time I arrive I am overly satisfied with the help that i receive. The rooms are always nice and clean, they smell clean, and I LOVE that we are able to change the temperature on our own because I love sleeping in the cold and waking up in the warmth. Always a 10/10 place to stay for me. PLUS you get continental breakfast !

Nice clean place, close to I-81. Can get noisy with the traffic. Rooms are large and comfortable with a microwave and mini fridge. Lots of restaurants and stores nearby.

Very outdated. The room was as clean as you probably could clean it but it was still carpet stained, door to the room looked like it had been kicked in at some point.

The hotel was nice, but the carpets in the room was disgusting. There were signs all over the hotel about no smoking in the hotel and in the rooms but the carpet was very dingy and there were burn marks all over the carpet in the room

Nice breakfast and very convenient to 81. I realize nothing in room or on my room key card about accessing wifi. I had to ask desk and was told no password needed. Went to ice and it was broke

The bed was quite comfortable but I do not plan to stay there again. The ice machine was not available; the pool was closed. I knew they would change linens but I was surprised that the coffee maker supplies were not replenished daily. Also the refrigerator kept nothing cold.

For the price it was fine. Hotel has obviously seen better days. It definitely has the smell of a property that used to allow smoking but has used strong chemicals to get rid of the smell. Not obviously dirty but didn’t feel clean. Towels were small, and the curved shower curtain rod sagged enough to allow the curtain to pull away from the wall and allow water to get all over the floor. Staff was nice though.

Front desk clerk was very personable and professional. Cracker Barrel is next door so you can walk over for a meal. Gas station also close by.

The hotel was wonderful! Could have used a little extra cleaning here or there but overall very nice. The staff was wonderful!!! I called to make sure we wouldn't be checking in too late and the woman I spoke to was so nice!

Overall the stay was ok. The person that checked us in wasn't overly friendly. Didn't give us any info on breakfast (when it started or ended), where our room was located, just wasn't very welcoming or attentive. I kind of felt like I was bothering him. The room was pretty clean. Only issue was the bathtub didn't drain properly making the bottom very slippy. We would stay here again though. Overall an ok stay.

AC unit stop working Sat morn around 1am . No matter what I did it wouldn't come back on. Lucky the weather was nice. Room 201

The couch was stained, the blanket in the closet was dirty and clearly not recently washed. The room had an odd smell and the a/c unit was loud and made a horrible noise every time it started up. Made it very difficult to sleep.

Room was not updated to have internet streaming options on the TV and no charging stations for my phone and I did not carry my electric cube with me because I'm used to the facility having this upgrade in the rooms usually on the nightstands or desk at least

I booked this hotel while taking a long drive with my family. We were looking for something clean, safe, and a decent price. We paid over $100 for one night and the room had a funky smell upon entering the room. The shower sprayed like a pressure washer (there was no adjusting), and there were questionable stains above the shower that looked like mold. A few of the plugs in the room did not even work and with several devices, we had to keep alternating charging. Overall, it was okay, but not worth $100 by any means.

Everything was great, room was nice, and staff was helpful and prompt

This place was just okay. Had a suite but the room smelled of mildew or fungus. Had a damp air feeling to it. The carpet was was ripped and the overall cleanliness was subpar. Guest service was okay but not friendly and the breakfast was ego waffles and assorted bread.
