Called and talked to Belle the day before to confirm they had a pool & spa for our daughter, they said yes. Asked if it was in service and they said yes. Showed up the next day and it was drained and being maintenanced. Front desk seemed confused why were were told that. Sounds like call center was NOT up to date with maintenance at the property. We checked out a day earlier and went to the4 best Western.

Had I known the pool was unavailable I'd have chosen another location. Paying full price for a place that doesn't have the amenities available that it claims to is very disappointing.

It is an older property but everything was well maintained and clean. The bed was comfortable, the bathroom vanity was nice and large. The staff was friendly. The breakfast had eggs, sausage and waffles for hot food plus an assortment of breads and cereal and yogurt. We would stay here again. The only downside was the front door/lobby felt like it was in the back because we had to drive around the building to find it.

Hotel staff was great, very friendly & efficient. Lobby was clean and festive. Plenty of convenient parking. The room overall was okay overall however our coffee pot had moldy coffee in it, & the white shower curtain had large dirty spots on it & was ripped at the top. Hot tub was nice but avoided the pool as it was very cold & was a green color. Sorry to say have no plans of coming back.

Quiet, comfortable, and affordable stay. The staff were all kind and helpful, and while things are a little worn around the edges, it was clean, beds were comfy, and we had a great stay. Also, it's a good location for anyone needing fast food, coffee, restaurants, etc; super close to all and right off the freeway.

What I liked the most was how comfy the bed was. It was by far the comfiest bed I've ever slept on. The staff were very kind and helpful. My only gripe is the noise from other guests walking down the passageway and the footsteps from above your room, other than that the hotel was great and it's very affordable. I will be staying here again.

I came in super late last night and the gal working the counter was super sweet about it. The room key programmer was not working so the poor maintinence guy got up and came over to try and help fix it. Through the whole process the staff was very kind. I never got a key card but they did let me in with a regualr key so I could get some sleep before having to go to work.

I was trying to attend a funeral in Seattle, driving from Spokane. Unable to drive the full distance I made arrangements to stay here. The accommodations were acceptable. The bed was comfortable. However, the walls are paper thin. My neighbor was very loud upon entering the room at 12:41 AM. I called the desk demanding another room my request was denied, but the front desk clerk did talk with the loud party. The nonsense next door continued in a muffled fashion for another hour at which point is no way I could sleep, so I checked out at 3 AM. Unable to continue my planned attendance at the funeral, I gave up and drove the 3 1/2 hours home wasting cost lodging as well as the majority of Saturday night and $100 in fuel. If I receive this accommodations for free, it’s still a loss for me. What a waste!

The hotel definitely needs some new mattresses mine had a hard bump in it, but Holly at the front desk gave us a new room quickly, she was a sweetheart. Room 109 is next to the room that they do dishes in and it can get a bit noisy early in the morning. But other than that our stay was adequate.

A stay from the past. This place is either old or has been very poorly maintained over the years. The pool and hot tub area has peeling ceiling and stains everywhere. There’s no elevator either. The room is dark and somewhat unwelcoming. For the money, I wish we had stayed somewhere else in town.

We paid for a king bed room, and got a queen bed. The bad was the hardest one I ever slept on. I would have left but it was paid thru travgo, so I already paid for it.

Good hotel to crash in for a night. Most of the finishes were recently renovated, except for the bathroom floors and shower. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. Breakfast was a little on the sugary side with waffles and muffins, but had some good options.
