I arrived on an early flight and was able to check in and get my room by 10:30 a.m. The staff was great, room was clean, great experience.

The walls are a little thin and the bed could be a little more comfortable but it’s in a good location and there’s a shuttle service to the Cowboys games.

We had no hot water and very little water pressure. Noisy from the highway and upstairs.

The staff was wonderful and friendly. Very helpful about the area. The only thing that was the least bit off was the bed. It could have been more comfortable, but it was a great area and very quiet. We felt very safe in the area and it was a convenient location.

Got stranded in Dallas and got a room here- have to say it’s an impeccably pristinely clean hotel and the rooms have an extreme level of detail and cleanliness - the first paramount priority for me - the mattress not bad not great- duvet needs to be thicker - but the level of clean of this hotel is outstanding and that matters to me most

breakfast could be served till later, cockroach crawling up hallway wall, sofa sleeper piece of crap cushions wore out very unpleasant to sit on, beds seem to be old and you sink in the middle, pool very small.

We enjoyed our stay, however, the bed pillows are very small. Standard or king size pillows would have made for a more comfortable night’s rest. The hotel was clean, breakfast was good. We would stay again, but will bring our own pillows.

We arrived, and check-in was a breeze no issues at all. Room was clean. Bed could’ve been a little bit more comfortable, but it was OK for the one night stay.

As expected…hotel is next to freeway. Was expecting the sound of the traffic. The plus side is it made it easy to get where we needed to go.

It was nice, room was clean and spacious, breakfast was ok no bacon lol, it was quiet the only down side was parking, it is very limited. Someone with a truck and uhaul trailer took 5 parking spots needs a over flow lot give tags to put on cars other then that it was a great.

Room great clean bed I don’t know the edge of the bed could feel a hard wire other than that would stay there again also why unsafe Jack in the box next door homeless camp in tent in back of the store.

We get at the property at 3:00 to check in, they tell us room is not ready will be ready in 15-20 Minutes. We finally were able to get in our room at 4:10. Very disappointing and was advised there was nothing they could do about pricing since we had booked thru Expedia. The hotel was clean and the breakfast was good.

The hotel was clean and nice with the amenities we needed. The staff was friendly and helpful. My complaints were the loud road noise throughout the night from the highway. We stayed in room 212 and it’s at front of hotel. It was very loud. Also the bed and pillows were very hard. Made for a hard night to get any sleep.

Everything clean. Beds are hard as a rock, towels hard and rough like sandpaper, body was dispenser not helpful rather have small bottles. Need bigger parking lot.
