Always friendly service and clean. Not your high end hotel but the prices are great for what you get. Typically can get a standard room around $80-$90, but I typically get the hot tub suite, great size hot tub and rate is usually $90-$100. Hot breakfast that typically consists of sausage links, box eggs, waffles, fruit, juice, cereal, bagels, donut holes, hot cocoa, coffee, hot tea. The back of hotel there are a couple of patio areas and seating. I’ve even seen a grill out there. When I have used the pool a couple of times the water temp was great.

Seemed clean. There was a fairly powerful perfumy smell in the hotel that I didn't care for. Not sure if it was related to a cleaning product or laundry soap. Room was comfy enough for the overnight stay. Breakfast was better than expected for this type of stay...eggs, sausage, waffles,cereal.

Exhaust fan in bathroom would randomly turn on and off.

I enjoyed my hotel stay. The parking was easy and plentiful. The front desk staff was friendly. There was even complimentary dinner M-Th. (Who does that!). The room was clean, the bed was comfortable. No complaints.

I was very pleased with our stay! I had my doubts going in because there were some poor reviews but there were also some very good ones so I was counting on those. My fears were unnecessary.The hotel was very clean, up to date and the staff was wonderful. We were close to Carver Hawkeye Arena so getting there was fast. Our room (Dream Suite) had a large jacuzzi tub in it (separate from the bathroom), a king bed and a club chair seating area. TV was adjustable so you could watch it in the tub or even from the bed. Tub was a 2 person and felt wonderful after a cold day traveling. The room was quiet except for the usual hotel heater coming on and off. Bed was fine except too firm for us and that was the only negative. Not sure what other rooms have. Staff was courteous and gave us great service, even a coupon for Texas Roadhouse when we mentioned we were heading there. The breakfast area was clean although we didn't utilize it the next day. Coffee/tea/hot cocoa was available all the time (it was below zero all weekend so that was great). Needed extra pillows and staff was happy to accommodate us. Lots of places to eat in the area as well. We enjoyed our stay and the excellent service. The price point was amazing as well at $114! We will be back!

We stayed here for an Iowa Hawkeye sporting event, and it met our needs perfectly. The room was clean and comfortable. The light evening soup and sandwich was a surprising bonus. And just a short 0.5 mile walk to CHA. The complimentary breakfast was better than most. We will definitely stay here again.

They do a great job at getting people to and from the hospital. But would love to see them pickup and drop off at sporting events.

Amazing hotel! We have stayed here many times! The location and service are perfect and the pricing can’t be beat! The only complaint I would have is the beds could be more comfortable! Everything else is perfect!

Hair and pieces of toilet paper in bathroom upon arrival. Beds are hard and there was not enough pillows and towels for our stay. Wouldn’t stay here again or recommend.

The bed was extremely uncomfortable and I could hear the people in the room above me making a ton of noise until 3 am. The breakfast was undesirable, eggs were very watery. There was not a good variety of options to choose from.

Nice place. I had 2 minor issues. The vending machine was an isdue as was in room tv. It worked, but channel lineup was crazy.

Was kindly upgraded which was definitely appreciated and unexpected. Would appreciate additional pillows on a king bed (just 3). . Asked for 3 extra and was told just two but medically needed the third.

The stay was very good. Took a family member for hospital treatment. Hotel is very close to the hospital. It was clean. The hotel offers a nice breakfast and a light dinner during the week. Yvonne at the front desk is the absolute best.

Hotel was fine. First hotel I have ever seen that has served "dinner" However, the "dinner" was a plain salad mix, soup, and make your own sandwich in which each meat and cheese was in a separate sandwich bag. It was simple. The bed was not the most comfortable, but it was close to where I needed to be and the cost was reasonable. They nor hotels.com send me a receipt that I need for work so that is not cool.

The staff are so friendly. So impressed with the services this hotel offers to our military families who are staying here to go to the VA hospital. Rooms are roomy and beds are comfortable.

I called ahead for an early check in and they assured me a room would be ready by 1:30. Unfortunately, due to work we couldn't check in early. The gentleman checking us in asked if our travel was ok, he was concerned as I had planned an early check in. Staff was very thougtful and kind. We enjoyed a warm complimentary dinner of chili, hotdog and salad with cookies for dessert. The room smelled nice and was very clean. We attempted a dip in the pool, but was a bit cool for us. The pool area was very clean and the pool temperature was fine, but after a day outside for work in the cold, too cool for our blood...haha.

I stayed at this hotel before having a medical procedure, and it was a great choice. The location was incredibly convenient, and the staff was helpful and considerate. The room was comfortable, providing a welcoming place to rest before my procedure and for my husband to relax while he waited for me. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone needing accommodation near the hospital.

Convenient, clean, and available during a home game weekend; although disappointing that hotels raise the rates on home game weekends. Very noisy which made it hard to sleep.
