The hotel was run down, i had to wait until 6 pm to get my room due to no housekeeping.

No pillow cases, no soap or shampoo, no wash cloth, burn hole in cover, occupant noise above our room through most of the night. Night manager was friendly, provided pillow cases.

This property was absolutely disgusting. The room I received was dirty and a lot of the rooms were! I ended up requesting a refund and not staying because it was disgusting

It's a typical 2 star hotel, appearing to be used by construction workers. The room was reasonably clean, bed very good, clean towels but only a bar of soap, no shampoo. Carpet in the halls and stairs were dirty. The most serious problem was that there was only one fire exit through the front of the building. THE REAR FIRE EXIT WAS LOCKED AND THE STAFF SAID IT WAS BROKEN. A VERY GRAVE HAZARD IF A FIRE STARTED IN THE BUILDING FRONT. YOU DIE HERE!

My husband is handicapped and Roz went out of her way to accommodate us. Thank you Motel 6! We will be back.

The room was clean, close to shopping & some restaurants. Located near drop off for bus-El Limousine. The hot springs are located downtown, which has a different vibe to it.

Staff was friendly

floors were dirty got there at 830 pm room wasnt ready. toilet paper in toilet . couldnt. lock the door from the inside. couldnt. get a/c working properly. will never stay there again

Could be updated but for the price it was a place to rest the old dogs for the night.

This motel was both dirty and uninviting. The manager on duty was very unapologetic. The dogs were barking so loud. It was just gross gross gross gross.

People had dogs in thier room that barked or howled most of the night

It served my purpose as just a place to stay overnight while traveling with my dogs.

If the room would've been half as good as the front desk staff, it would have been tolerable, but it wasn't.

This is truly a pet friendly hotel, at no extra charge. The check-in staff were wonderful. They went the extra mile to assure our comfort! The price was perfect for a 2 star hotel. People who complain about the amenities need to pay more for a higher star and stay away from pet friendly accommodations. I am happy with a clean, comfortable room, a shower and TV. I would not hesitate to stay here again!

It is a Bed. Sheets were clean but dust on lots of the flat surfaces. Bath room very small.

Check in @ 11,we arrived at 5.Took at least 20 minutes in stinky lobby even though pre-paid. Att. tried to charge again! Climbing stairs it was obvious filthy. At our room, door open, garbage all over, beds not made, blankets still in dryer, and there was a man urinating in the toilet, but he (Chris) turned out to be the nicest person there. There was loud profanity, and angry claims that staff had left before cleaning TWO rooms, although there was already one mad guy in the lobby, and another after us. Tried to get us to leave for half hour, but we had hauled all of our bags and drinks and food up the stairs, so we put it all on the table and watched. No microwave, no mini-fridge, 1 washcloth, 1 hand towel and 2 towels for two people for 2 days. The curtains are only about half connected to the rod. The safety latch on the door was busted. The walls and floors were dirty, and even had broken glass left. The TV was tiny, old, and had actual static lines running across the screen like back in the 60's, and that was on all of the 12 or so available channels. The second morning, we were locked out, needed new key passes but the desk attend. were in a car outside the largest window in the lobby smoking dope and we had to go out and yell at them to come in and fix our cards. The only I have is nice area at back of parking lot for my dog to take a dump.

Disgusting . Didn’t have enough clean towels. Only one I. My room. When I asked for another, they could only give me a face towel and a bath mat. I had to go to the laundry room to ask for one.

Dont stay here, ever. When i checked in they said pet friendly and after booking for 4 days, received a call on the last day telling me that my dogs were barking so much and the rules are that if you have pets you cant leave them alone. After getting a copy of the pet agreement, it states if you are not in the room the pets need to be in a kennel or carrier. I told them ours have been everyday so far. My dogs werent barking because after called out of my appointment, i went to the hotel to find out my dogs were quiet but the ones across the hall well barking as they had all week. The owners here arent polite and after being accused of this with no proof, i faced them and told them we had been here 4 days with no problems until we spoke to a hotel employee and the next day accused of this. I told them you lie about things and dont face the proper people with issues because the person who has the dogs is the owner of the hotel. I packed our things and left immediately after telling me false accusations. I insisted on a refund for the final day not being there now. They tried to say it couldnt be done, but i knew different and wasnt leaving until this was done.If you have pets DONT STAY HERE! They dont even clean your rooms daily like other hotels always do. You have to ask for what you need in your room NEVER AGAIN STAYING HERE...WITH PETS OR NOT....

When I had car trouble I had to find a cheap, local motel in a hurry. This motel fit the requirements. It was pretty run down, stains on the bedspread, old fixtures, but everything seemed clean. It was also quiet which was another plus. It was an easy check in, no hassles. The one person staff was efficient. No security here that I saw, but we followed safety procedures and had no problems. Probably not a good place for a family unless there was no other rooms available in the area. In spite of how run down the property is I was happy to get a cheap, clean room when I needed it.

Stayed here many times. Very convenient for lots of restaurants. There is a Walmart nearby.

Good mattresses and lots of hot water. Clean rooms. Staff was helpful. Very poor maintenance condition. Common areas not regularly cleaned (stairs and hallways). Back entrance door did not close or secure, and front entrance was not always staffed. Satisfactory for the price, but needs a full refurbishment.

My room was not clean as it usually is when I stayed at this hotel in the past. There was trash in the halls, my toilet rocked, and there were flying bugs in my room, and overall it seemed janky.

Room mot cleaned and ready at check in time of 3pm. Arrived at hotel approx. 7:30pm. Had to wait another 30 minutes or so for room to get cleaned. Not enough towels, only 2 pillows, advised they didnt have any more. TV had horrible, distorted sound.

This was the most disgusting place I've ever stayed! The lady at the front was also the housekeeper and we couldn't check in till an hour and a half later. The property is run down. Our first room had ants on our bed, linen looked dirty, bugs in the toilet, and our second room was just as bad. We had bugs in the bed the curtains were damaged and the whole place had a bad smell!! We ended up leaving and slept in our vehicle. That's how bad it was!

The worst hotel we have ever stayed

Terrible experience at your horel. Bathroom was not clean, there was urine and ***** on the tiolet bowl and seat, no extra toilet paper only what was on the holder which was more than half done. No towels there was one hanging on door as it had been used. The front desk lady attitude was horrible. The whole hotel smelled horrible. When i checked out i gave my complaint to the guy that was at front desk and just to me put my review online because housekeeping sucked and he wanted to see place shut down. There was people wandering around in the parking lot, you could tell they were up to no good. We couldnt sleep confortable worried they would brake in to car or the boat. I will never stay there ever again. Hotel smelled terrible. Front desk people terrible.
