No water available at front desk, snack/drink area bare, beds not comfortable, loud air conditioner, bathroom floor dirty.

We came for CU graduation in Boulder. The hotel had balloons and tons of decorations for graduates and their families in the lobby. Very fun.
5.0
The hotel was wonderful. The staff was fantastic. Breakfast was disappointing as most of the bagels were gone by 6:30 and the waffle batter was too thin.

The hotel wasn’t bad for the price. But the walls are paper thin. We could hear everything going on down the hall from inside our room. We had issues with our lock on our door when we first checked in however that did get resolved after making 3 trips down to the front desk. The shower is designed for short people not average height people like myself (5’10”) the layout was a little confusing due to being a huge L shape and the lobby was at the exact opposite end of the building as our room. Overall it wasn’t that bad for under $100 for a night

Had reservations for handicap room. Room was on the Third Floor and the farthest you could get from the lobby. Made no sense at all. Staff not empathetic at all and did not offer a different room. Will not stay at this property again.

Older hotel has been remodeled nicely. My room was big and comfortable. Housekeeping did not come on day 2 but didn’t bother me as only there for two nights. Good location. Right off Hwy 36. 10-15mins from Boulder.

All excellent other than they had an exterior door that was out of service so not quite as convenient to get to the room. Would recommend regardless.

My room was very clean, very quite and very comfortable. It had everything I wanted. The breakfast was seriously lacking: all yogurts expired, stale bread, no bowls for the oatmeal, rotten fruit. It was the worst breakfast buffet I've ever encountered.

room was great, breakfast on the other hand was just so so for two days they had no bowls for the cereal or oatmeal.Literally a store across the street. eggs so so only turkey sausage.

The room was clean, but the shower had pink algae / mold in it. The toiletries did not include lotion. I had one shampoo toiletry and two conditioner toiletries...no lotion. The dish satelite service was horrible blinking on and off so no entertainment. Get a better service provider.

Heating / AC not working in room. Outlets in bathroom not working; few other outlets available. Marginal lighting. No hair dryer. Room and building showing its age - not in the best condition.

Don’t know where to start 😟. Stayed for 5 Nights!! At Check in couldn’t find my booking through Hotels. Com. Water faucet was running worse than tear drops. No one showed up to clean the room. Had to get bedsheets, pillows, Towels, soap, shampoo, toilet rolls from the front desk. Bed is not comfortable!! Seeing my chiropractor after returning home.

Called the desk to get the lights in the room fixed and she said sorry we dont have light bulbs. Went down for b-fast and THE FRONT DOOR was Broken open! we were freezing, asked about the door and got a shrug. Customer service needs training and repairs need to be addressed at the time of need! Glad it was only one night. The beds were very uncomfortable!

I had stayed previously with no issues, but room was 55 deg @ checkin. It warmed up quickly. No internet due to storm. TV had smashed screen & was changed out.

No extra pillows available to replace the flat pillows that were in the room. Bed was comfortable otherwise. Room was clean. Only two full size towels provided for a family of three.

This stay was HORRIBLE! I honestly would never stay at a LaQuinta hotel again! My first and last time!! The front desk agents were no help and were hardly there! The shower was broken tub was dirty, house keeping didn’t come clean the room until the third day of our 4 day stay! The breakfast area was very dirty. They didn’t have any towels for us take baths

I did not like having an adjoining room. The young family was loud which is fine because they were having fun but not fun for my husband and me. The front desk offered to move us but we had settled in and accepted it.

Other than ppl leaving their trash and dirty linens in the hallway, it was a nice place to stay especially given the price point

The location was ideal for the purpose of our trip. However, when I checked in the desk person acted like I was making her job more challenging as she sighed often & rolled her eyes. Apparently I had taken her away from her favorite TV show (she told me). Even checking out, a different desk person was less than helpful and acted inconvenienced when I asked for a receipt of charges made to my credit card.

Check in was easy and accomadating, room was clean and comfortable. Hotel was easy to locate and felt safe.
My only complaint was that the over night clerk was not always the friendliest.

Everyone was extremely pleasant, accommodating & helpful. Several places to eat within walking distance that were good. Totally recommend & would return.

We found a good deal for this property which is why we chose it over competitors. Nothing terrible happened while we’re there but the experience as a whole was below average. The heater in the lobby was broken for our whole stay so we had to bundle up like we were going out in the snow just to go eat breakfast. Also you had to ring the bell at the front desk to get any assistance because the poor employees had to hide in the back office where there was a heater. The breakfast was free but we chose to pay to go elsewhere the last two mornings we were there because of how bland the breakfast choices were and the menu never changed the whole stay; cereal, bread, yogurt, and those liquid eggs you pour in a tray and cook like a cake and then just break it up with no seasoning and call it scrambled eggs. Also the eggs were cold by the time you ate them because the lobby was 45 degrees. Other than the lobby issues the room was clean and warm, only complaints there were that there was only one roll of toilet paper in the room and no one ever came to replenish toiletries or towels despite there being multiple signs stating someone would be by at least every third day to tidy and give fresh towels. Also ask for extra pillows because they are pretty flat, we ended up going to target and buying our own to get a good nights sleep.

Friendly staff. Clean room. I enjoyed the peace and quiet.

We have stayed here before and love it. We appreciate the great location to CU campus, the cleanliness and friendly staff. This time, however, the lobby was frigid cold. Even the poor staff had to wear a jacket to check us in. We didn't eat breakfast in the lobby/breakfast area because it was too cold. It was like the heater wasn't working or on too low. I know the temps outside were below zero, but the lobby should have been warm and inviting. Even the hallway was cold. Luckily the heater in our room was nice and made it cozy for the night.

My only disappointment was not having any meat for breakfast, i.e. sausage, bacon, or ham. Microwaving sausage shouldn't be expensive or require a lot of equipment. Everything else was great. My room was spacious and comfortable.

Good location . Front staff were very rude …. Not welcoming at all . Stayed in room 124 had paint all over the floor tiles and the sheet rock in the ceiling corner was falling into the tub - poor maintenance. Spilled coffee in the lobby tile was there for 4 days …… nobody really cares . I usually like staying at LaQuinta but this one was a little rough. Nice to leave.

The staff and the cleanliness were good I enjoyed that part of the stay. However I thought it was extremely inconvenient that I was not allowed to pay cash at checkout. I was informed that this hotel has not allowed cash payment for 5 years and I think that that is absolutely ridiculous and should be amended immediately. I should not have to put charges on my credit card to make the life convenient for you when cash is still the currency of this country.

Breakfast has severely declined over the years but it’s clean enough and comfortable.

Overall, was a very good experience. The staff was very helpful and got me a plunger when there were plumbing issues. The complementary breakfast was also very convenient. There were a couple issues with the property, however. It was a bit strange that the bathroom in the room had no lock and the door would not close completely. The door to one half of the hotel was also broken, so I had to walk all the way around every time I needed to go back and forth. One of the elevators was also in a bit of rough shape. I would like to emphasize that I enjoyed my stay, but would've liked if there was some better upkeep.
