Very lovely convenient place near the airport. Allowed us to be able to do local touristy things while finding good eateries.

I would definitely rate this hotel a 8.5 .the staff was friendly and helpful, the room was clean the only negatives were there were some spots where it looked like they needed to be painted and no coffee in the room. But they did have coffee,snacks in the lobby overall a very nice hotel

Loss of my free breakfast. Loss of my holiday points. I feel like I would not book another motel via Expedia. Could not change motel without losing all my money for two scheduled days. Good thing I did not book a week!!!!

Loved the breakfast! Nice staff and nice rooms. Although, could clearly hear everything at 10 pm in the next room as the couple decided to have late night "relations." 😅😅

The room was filthy. The bed had been peed in. The shower head had piled growing out if it. The tub had not been cleaned. Moved to another room that had bugs. Will not be returning.

Rooms were over priced, breakfast was overpriced, short staffed, poor lighting in parking lot, never cleaned my room, most hotels have free breakfast…. For the price of the room there should have been breakfast in bed! I will say the coffee was good! Don’t think I will return…

The staff on all shifts were excellent. The rooms were very nice and suited our needs, and the kitchen was a plus. The only problem we had was with the pull-out sofa bed. The mattress was completely flat and severely stained with no sheets or bedding. My daughter had to sleep on the couch and was uncomfortable, but overall, we will stay again with no hesitation.

Our room was accommodating for our stay with two small children. We wish the staff would have informed us of the air purifiers in our rooms and emptied them when they would service our rooms and prior to our arrival. The front desk personnel were very wishy washy, you never knew which attitude you would receive. The fixtures in the rooms are rusting due to the humidity in the rooms.

My husband and I stayed in the one bedroom suite. I liked the fact that you get dishes, knives, forks, spoons, bowls, cups, cooking utencils, a full refrigerator, a stove top to cook, the room tidy everyday of our stay and the garbage put out everyday.

The housekeepers did not even hit my room the first night which meant I had to go to front desk staff to get clean towels, cups etc. The room itself was damp enough to turn your clothes, belongings and sheets noticeably wet. (When you sat on the couch your pants were wet when you got up). Staff were friendly and considerate.

Conveniently located near a shopping center and access roads. room 341which i stayed in is very dusty, the chair and the bed headboard were worse.the floor had trash on it, at the corners and underneath the refrigerator. The cell service was non existent. As soon as we reached the hotel my phone went from 5G to SOS (911 only) as soon as we were away from the hotel I had service again. That was crazy never experienced that before. The room was okay probably would have been better had their not be clipped toenails on the carpet. (Gross - thank goodness I packed my slippers) the pool was small and the top tiles of the pool were black. They need to spray bleach and scrub to get that film off. Next GA trip I’ll stay elsewhere.

I’ve stayed at this hotel many times and most recently in November last year before visiting this past week. The property really seems to have taken a nosedive in such a short time. The only positive this time was the friendly staff who was nice enough to get us a second room after we found SO MANY BUGS - LIVE BUGS in our first room. It was nasty. Our second room smelled of bleach which I’m not sure if that’s comforting or not. We were only there for two nights, but I don’t think we will be back.

I was pretty disappointed that the overall look and feel of the property did not really seem like the photos on the IHG/Holiday Inn/Expedia site. It appeared that there was an expansive pool area when it was actually really tiny. The rooms were very small and there were no ice machines to be found. The exterior seemed dingy and outdated.

Enjoyed the stay however not fond of the way they do the morning meal. We are used to a buffet style but this was prepared for you. I asked 3 different people as to what was included in the breakfast and was handed a menu. I again asked what was included for the package we bought. Did it include a drink, were you able to get more than one item? I’m on a high protein restriction and can’t eat eggs and everything with protein came with eggs. Beds are soft and you sink into them. I loved it however my husband who sleeps on a firmer mattress woke each morning with a backache. Overall stay was great and the ladies at check in and out were very nice and helpful.

My mother and I felt welcomed and relaxed I. A clean suite. We stayed for one night and we were happy with the room’s amenities. Staff at breakfast were sweet and served hot breakfast. Not a Buffet. We put in our order from a full menu. We would stay again if needing a place in Peachtree City.

This is my third stay at this hotel and my previous two stays were fabulous. However, this stay was so disappointing. My telephone line wasn’t operational for the whole 5-night stay even though I reported on the first day. I attached pics of the lampshades and once reported, they were changed out. The kitchen wall was filthy (see pic) but after reporting, it was cleaned. The shower door screeched when sliding (not addressed), the only ladder out of the pool was missing one of its two steps, and even though the workout room had a dehumidifier (fantastic idea), it wasn’t being emptied. Two days in a row I emptied it because it was full and shut off. Finally, the room’s dishwasher started leaking water onto the kitchen floor. I was offered another room after discovering the phone line didn’t work, but had everything put away, including a fridge full of food. Sam at the front desk was phenomenal and took the issues seriously, reporting them to maintenance and housekeeping. She ended up giving me a partial refund, which was greatly appreciated. The area is wonderful and convenient; the hotel is situated in a nice area. Shopping is close by: Kroger’s, Chik Fil-A, and others. I was so disappointed this visit and am hopping it was an anomaly because it has everything I want for my stay.

There was a slight hiccup with there computer at checkin, so they gave us a free breakfast to compensate. The room was impeccable and so comfortable. The breakfast was cook to order, and I would have preferred buffet style for convenience. All in all, I would give it 4.5 out of 5 stars.
