I went was heading to Emory for health matters. The staff were very kind and helped me with directions. Smiles and good attitude. The room was clean but needed some repairs. I felt safe.

Elevator was out of order & we were on the 5th floor, bed was too firm for me, couch was old & stained. Asides from that, our stay was great.

This property is disgusting. My room stunk, the towels were dirty, the toilet had pee and toilet paper sitting in it when I first got into my room, the refrigerator had rust all around it, and the hallways stink as well. The elevators were broken so I had to walk up 3 flights of stairs with my infant and luggage as they said there were no available rooms on the 1st or 2nd floor on a Tuesday. The stair wells were the emergency exits and were disgusting as well.

The hotel as a whole was enjoyable. It was clean but it could use some updates. I stayed in the Jacuzzi suite. The showerhead need tightening because it sprayed water every where. And the washers on the jacuzzi needed tightening because when you cut the cold water all the way on the cold water would leak and run everywhere. Also breakfast needs a major up all you get is starches (toast and waffles)

I have stayed at this location But several times when my family comes in the town they stay at this location too however I do not think that I will be staying here again because when you walk into the lobby it smells like marijuana In my room the blanket had cigarette Burns in it And I killed 2 cockroaches crawling on the wall And the breakfast only consisted of waffles falls and yogurt There was no eggs the sausage no danishes nothing else that made no sense There was no eggs the sausage no danishes nothing else that made no sense I'm seriously disappointed in this hotel and I have stayed here several times. My car was broken into in the parking lot of the hotel as I stayed there. I wouldn't blame the hotel. If I decide to stay again then I will be parking right by the cameras!!!! The room was nice and had lots of space

Nice place, easy access, nothing special about it, but priced very well. I’d stay here again.

The mattress and box spring had yellow stains that were visible through the sheets.

The room I had, the furniture was old and outdated. The bed was not comfortable and it was very noisy as my room was on the front.

Night one: fighting and yelling in the hallway. Man using foul language with a woman. Called front desk. Unless I could tell them the room number, they couldn’t help. It was in the hallway.
All nights: bed was hard as a rock. We both got little sleep and have sore backs. Also, the entry light wasn’t working.
I inadvertently left our hanging clothes behind when we left (it didn’t help that the bathroom door open up and covers the closet). When I called, the man at the desk (I assume the owner or manager) was so rude and unfriendly. I asked if he could ship them to me since I live 3 hours away. He said he didn’t know how to do that. Really? So I made the trip back to the hotel and then home. When I got back to the hotel, he was rude and unfriendly again. I told him who I was and what I was there for. He held them up and said are these yours. I said yes. He opened the door and stood there holding them. I asked if I could have them and he handed them to me and closed the door. Absolutely rude and unfriendly. I’ll never go back to this hotel again.

The property is in a great location and the staff is great however the rooms need some serious deep cleaning. There's mold in the bathrooms and the carpet smells like it's had water damage.
The bedding had burn holes and it was a non smoking room.
The ironing board needed a new cover because it had red stuff on it that could get on your clothes.
I've stayed a few times and probably won't be back after this stay because of it needing to be cleaned a bit better.

Our room had black mildew all over the ceiling, the bathroom and in the caulking around the tub. The wall by the toilet was rotten to the point that if leaned on it that it caved in. It took forever for the A/c to get cold.

Probably a customer dropped food in te elevator, it was smelly and not nice. I told the manager so the elevator could be cleaned

So disappointed. I booked this hotel off of Expedia, where the reviews seemed decent. We were traveling back and this was 1/2 way on our 16 hour drive. We were traveling with 5 of us. Our 3 teenage sons,my husband and myself. As soon as we arrived at the property there was no one at the front desk, but there was another guest in the lobby on speaker phone yelling and talking about how someone was going to find them and threatening them. So that was quite the welcome to Georgia. When the young woman who worked the front desk did come to the desk, it was a very normal interaction for check in. Nothing above and beyond but, fine. My husband and I did ask to see if there was a Military discount and were told “we can’t change the reservation price.” - again…fine. When we did get to our room, the room was large and since we were there for only one night to cut our trip in half, we weren’t spending too much attention on details. Though it did not take long to realize that EVERYTHING was stained, including blankets. there were 2 towels for 5 guests, no extra blanket for the pull out sofa, the hair dryer had something all over the handle, the wall had toothpaste spatters on it, the TV had a broken line going through the entire screen (which usually wouldn’t have been noticed, but with 3 teen boys, they picked up on it right away). The mini fridge was completely wet because the freezer had completely thawed before we checked in. The shower curtain rail was about to come off of the wa

We were pleased that though they did not have breakfast scheduled to begin until 7:00AM, they put out coffee and muffins for us. The room was booked for three people but there were only two bath towels/washcloths and only one coffee pack and one decaffeinated coffee pack placed in the room. The bathroom door was not in good shape and would not close.

Staff and managers wonderful to us

The luggage carrier was not wide enough for large suitcases, and it did not have any hooks to hang bags on. The paint was peeling on the bathroom walls and the toilet paper holder was loose and rusted.
The cabinet door was broken and would not close on the TV stand, and the TV didn't have my favorite channels: A&E & USA! 😠 The freezer in the fridge did not freeze at all- I had my ice pack in it from 7pm - 7:30am and after 12.5 hours it was cool and soft, not frozen at all! The "breakfast" was TERRIBLE!! All it consisted of was packaged blueberry & chocolate chip muffins, and a juice machine with orange juice & cranberry juice that was out. That was the WORST breakfast I have ever experienced at a hotel!! The room next to us had a plumbing issue and the water overflowed into that room and it stunk.
All in all, this building is old and needs to be updated immediately!!

Pillows were not firm at all and the bathroom door would latch to close. We had to hang a towel on the top corner of the door so it would close. It was quiet . The ac worked well. Check in was easy.

Room was decent, though mold on the bathroom walls was a bit of a turnoff. Much appreciated having a refrigerator in the room. "Free breakfast" was the disappointing thing - that meant one variety of packaged muffins, and juice. That's it. Breakfast is a meal, and advertising muffins as a meal was a letdown.

Smell is horrible and management not vey nice
