Blower in bathroom ran continuously

On way home from Dallas. Exhaust fan NEVER shut off hence ongoing noise from bathroom. Very annoying. Great tv. Appreciate having option to connect to Netflix.

Staff was very personable and friendly. The room m was clean and comfortable but light fixtures were missing. We were also disappointed to find the pool and hot tub under renovations.

The hotel staff were excellent. The breakfast crew made a wonderful breakfast They bused our table while we drank coffee and visited. Friendly staff. Great beds!!

Do not stay here if you value your car. My rental car was absolutely inundated with bird droppings during the first night of my stay. It looked like it was vandalized. I reported it to the front desk staff and they said they would speak to the manager. I have yet to hear anything. I spent my money on a drive thru car wash and that failed to get it clean. I then tried a self service wash and spent more money and another half hour of my time getting it clean. I would like to be reimbursed for my expenses and the staff should block off spaces that are prone to these attacks or warn the guests about this potential problem. If I did not take on this massive cleaning project I’m sure I would have been charged an outrageous cleaning fee.

The hotel was clean the front desk employees was nice Just need more people to assist-had to wait for the front desk employe to get a break and bring us some towels

The tv would not work. Contacted front desk and they said that they had an outage. So no tv the two days there. The ac was extremely loud and sounded like a Mack truck outside our window. The room was clean but the bathroom had areas that hadn’t been mopped.

Check in process was easy, although an extra $100 was required that I wasn’t counting on. No mention of this when I booked with hotels.com, so I was frustrated. The room was damp and humid. Thought it was just me at first, tried everything to change how it felt, including turning the air off at 2am to try and dry the room out. Our clothes and sheets were damp. The next day I told the front desk and they quickly got me into another room. Second room was much better, no dampness, it was a huge relief!! Booked a refundable room & needed to leave a day early since this stay was for a tournament & we lost out. Hotels.com was refusing to refund my “refundable” room. However the hotel stepped up, & I only had to pay for the nights we stayed & got the money back for the incidentals. Overall, hotel was great. My advice- don’t book through hotels.com, save yourself the headache and book directly with the hotel. Hotels.com is using false advertising, was not willing to work with my “refundable” room, & never mentioned there’d be an extra charge. Customer Service is outsourced to another country, I could barely understand the woman I spoke with & she never veered from her script. I’ll book directly from now on!

It was fine, and the staff was very nice. The room was comfortable and spacious, but it was honestly bothersome that the towels were all different and the toiletries were a hodge-podge of brands and quality. I guess I expected more from a Hampton Inn.

Upon arrival, there was a “wet floor” sign laying flat in the hall we had to navigate around. The trash can at the elevator was overflowing and was still there the next morning. In our room, the tv went in and out, the window shade was broken and couldn’t be raised and the lights above the bathroom mirror must have all been burned out bc none worked. Very disappointing.

Overall we enjoyed our stay at this hotel. Before checking out, we were knocked on the door 3 times between 9am and 10am for room cleaning, even though we told them we would be checking out that day. We did not understand why the cleaning staff was so rushed.

Very easy to get to. I do appreciate the waring signs about construction because it definetly looked messy as is to be expected during construction. Appreciated the warm greeting from staff and how well they treated my fur baby.

Hotel being remodeled - some construction. Our room had a vent cover missing in the bathroom leaving a big hole in the wall and lots of little things not done right.

It was good for a single night stay.

Nice stay

The room was clean, but the air conditioner didn’t seem to be pulling out the moisture in the room. Never really got cool enough.

We booked this hotel specifically over others due to it showing as having an indoor pool for our kids. Upon check in, there was a sign posted saying the indoor pool had been closed since 2/27 due to remodeling/upgrades to the property - which is completely understandable. My issue is the indoor pool no longer exists - it has been filled with concrete. Yet, it is still advertised as having the indoor pool. While they do have an outdoor pool, we were unable to use it due to a storm that hit while we stayed there. Additionally, the handle to the bathroom in our room had been installed backward. Our kids thought it was great fun to lock us in the bathroom when we went in and we just had to sit it out until they decided to let us out.

They've switched to using only digital keys and you have to download an app on your phone, but sometimes it would take a while to load or log me out so it really wasn't very convenient. The hotel lobby and common spaces were always clean, but the drain in our shower was super clogged and would immediately fill with water. The pillows were also just a few separated clumps of cotton. I tried using them one night and it was so bad that I bought a pillow from Target for the next night. The location was nice and we never felt unsafe, just not super comfortable.
