Front desk lady was rude for starters. Hotel room 3 had roaches. Asked for a refund and was denied. So left and lost out on money.

Close to nice restaurants and Christmas activity, decent room and clean

The room was clean and comfortable. Hotel could use an update on paint and carpet. Breakfast was okay. The staff was friendly and helpful.

The gentleman helped me out- I accidentally booked the wrong date and when we got there tired and ready for a good night’s rest -he fixed it for me. It meant a lot to me because I know he didn’t have to but he went out of his way to fix my mistake.

Horrible customer service.

Awful awful awful. Like the title says, I found a bag of someone else’s underwear in my room. The floor obviously hadn’t been vacuumed, the mirrors were covered in fingerprints (so obviously hadn’t been cleaned either), and the window was just one giant smudge of handprints. The lamp shades were disgusting, and somehow the room was filled with a chokingly strong smell of disinfectant, even though everything in it was filthy. I didn’t feel safe there at all. I left and went to another hotel—didn’t really feel like staying there was even a choice. Worst hotel experience of my life, even if I was only there about 20 minutes before running away. The hotel refused to refund my room, even though I had pictures as proof. So not only are they fine with their rooms being disgusting, they also don’t even care about a customer’s experience. This place deserves to go out of business.

Basic motel-clean, comfortable beds, ok breakfast.Shuttle driver terrible-wouldn’t help at all with luggage, didn’t even open or close van doors which were awkward to close from the inside.

Staff was great, breakfast for a hotel was really good lots of options and close to Main Street shopping and train station!

All in all our brief stay was good. We were very near the airport for our long layover. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, staff were welcoming, and it was really quiet. Our only frustration was that we chose this hotel for the airport shuttle and free breakfast, neither of which we could use. The hotel shuttle only runs from 7:00 am to 6:00 pm and breakfast on the weekend starts at 7:00. As an airport adjacent hotel, this was frustrating. Hotels.com didn’t make this clear, so after a long day of travel we had to use Uber and buy breakfast. We ended up spending more to stay at a cheaper hotel.

The bed was comfortable and the room was clean and didn’t have the smell we expected when saw the rest of the hotel had a “run down” look and feel to it. The water pressure was bad to begin with and got worse before shower was over. Did it serve our purpose as a clean place to sleep? Yes. Will we come back? No.

Amazing customer service!

I was here on business and after 48 hours of work and only 3 hours of sleep I was in need of some sleep. All in all it wasn’t terrible but it was dirty, shower pressure was horrible and the breakfast was terrible. Other hotels for 50.00 cheaper were a lot better. Not knocking but I’ll go elsewhere next time I’m here on business which is a lot

Great place, close to Main Street and the airport. Older hotel but clean and nice.

Hotel was outdated. Dirty carpet, bed was stiff and pillows.were not comfortable, low water pressure, limited parking and staff member could not provide me extra key cards. Will never stay at this hotel again.

Good quality for the price. Hotel grounds outside were dirty, otherwise good place to stay.
