Cheap did the job for 2 night didn’t mind it will be staying there again soon

It was decent, first time at an extended stay. The kids ran the property in the day and the street walkers ran it at night.

I never fill these out but this time I will. First room assigned to us - door could not be opened (key worked, door stuck, safety issue?), second room assigned - smelled horrible of cat urine. Third room- horrible chemical smell but took it. The worse part of this room was the beds. We stayed 3 nights and I never slept. The plastic on the mattresses was abolutely a nightmare and this is coming from someone who sleeps on the ground in a tent. Everytime you moved it was so loud. Everytime anyone in the room moved the plastic sound woke everyone. The sleeper sofa in the room was horribly tilted. No one slept.

First off the front desk staff I did not get their name unfortunately but the male (blonde )and female (blonde) were remarkably kind and helpful. I truly wish they can take their hard work to a better established place. They are unfortunately misplaced.
The hotel on the other hand, was not clean at all. Linen were dirty. The room spelled like weed and what made me check out an hour after checking in what I saw next store was a street worker leaving from the room and watching her go to the next room. I was with my family and definitely was not an environment for that.
Once again that staff was super kind and I appreciate that for the assistance. Spend the extra $30 a night and stay at the hotels that are 2 mins away.

For $155/night, we expected a stocked room with the cooking utensils and trash cans shown in the picture.
There wasn't even a hair dryer.

There was a roach in the room not enough pillows for four guests. I left the next day and brought Ike’s at the Holiday Inn. I will never book another room at this establishment again

Old and grungy. I would not stay here again. I wish I had looked for a newer hotel with a full breakfast, as the price may have been similar.

Entire floor smelled like smoke. Room smelled just as bad. Property claims to be “non smoking” but the entire building smelled awful

Booked on Expedia. Came to property to check in and said the manager forgot to take it off. They were overbooked and had no room for us.

Overall terrible hotel. smelled really bad. Most furniture was falling apart and actually in pieces. Luggage carts barely functional. Cops showed up several times for people fighting in the hotel. Dogs fighting each other in the halls. Easily the worst experience I had at a hotel!!

Overall it was fairly clean in the room, but once outside the room it was dirty and dingy in the hallways and outside. It was suppose to be a nonsmoking facility but our floor consistently smelled like a mix of cigarettes and weed. It didn't appear that there was anyone out and about ensuring things were being maintained appropriately.

First the fire alarm was tripped at 3A after our delayed flight got us in at 2A, and we needed to be up and social at 9A. No reason was ever given or found, and we were all rousted from our rooms.
It appears there are quite a few people being housed there on welfare dollars. Just a skeevy crowd. I can't point to anything in particular, but that's the way it felt.
We have stayed there before and it just feels like the property has gone downhill. My son who works for a carpet cleaning firm mentioned they are called to Extended Stay properties often to remediate everything from guest purposely leaving the sinks stopped and running water, to cooking, and pet disasters.
I realize this isn't the fault of the property but of the guest. None the less, caveat emptor.

Breakfast consisted of coffee and tea, no food. When brought to attention of staff, I got excuses rather than a solution. Never an apology.

My first room my beds was all messed up and sheet on the floor. And dead insect on the bed. Transferred to a new room immediately

Facility was dirty. Trash outside near entrance on ground. Was not picked up over night. Trash can was overflowing. Hallway to rooms smelled like cigarettes and body odor. Giant trash bin in hallway to room filled with smelly food trash. Bed was very uncomfortable. No “grab and go” breakfast.

The property was overall nicely kept. Room was very nice. Will exclusively use this place in the future if I'm able to.

Shortly after we arrived in our room, my wife began looking for a trash can. She opened a lower door in the kitchenette and the trash can was completely full from the prior guest. Hopefully the rest of the room was cleaned better than this area.

The establishment is very adequate and equipped, it is ok about the cleaning there were small hairs in the sink but it was ok I like the location , lots of food , stores

It was a last minute trip so we needed something reasonably priced. The check in process was smooth. The only thing was the smell of the room. It had a stale basement/attic smell, even after spraying the smell came back. Other than that nice place

I had a nice clean big room. The bed was comfortable. The bathroom had a very nice shower. It was a bit dated but it was clean:)

Pillows are weird, maybe covid has something to do with it, but they were literally plastic air filled bags for pillows.
Blankets were surprisingly thin, but overall was kept warm.
Batteries in remote didnt work, not a big deal, but convenience wise, it wasnt, because i had to stand by the tv and press buttons.
Room was clean, bathroom was old school, no trash can in bathroom, again not a huge deal, just weird. Towels had brown stains on them. Staff was friendly.

Had to switch rooms three times as they were filthy, trash can full of trash in kitchen. Had dead roaches and even roach bait on the walls.....

I loved the room it had a stove microwave and a place to eat. Very clean. Only missing was a cozy comforter on the bed and bigger pillows. Also it was rather noisy upstairs like they were moving furniture around. But other than that it was great.

Room was not clean. There were dirty diapers in the kitchen trash, spreading stink throughout. Bathroom didnt have toiletries. Bed sheets were not clean. Room wasnt vacuumed. Front desk couldnt get us a similar room.
They hire third party contractors to do the cleaning.
Horrible experience, will avoid staying at all costs, especially if you're traveling with family.

The staff is always friendly and very helpful. The only real issues are the shower curtains being so short.

First I want to say, the staff were friendly and the room I stayed in appeared to be well cleaned.
But I have to say this place shows its age and is in dire need of an update. Everything appears to be from the early 2000s and all the furniture is worn down to the point the veneer is gone on the furniture. It's kind of depressing.
Also the only USB port to charge from is on the back of the TV.
