Manager Bri was amazing. However, the hotel needs to be renovated. Furniture has stains, water does get that hot, and hotel smells like mildew throughout the hotel

This hotel is in a great location for shopping, the Toyota Arena, restaurants, and more. The hotel itself is clearly in need of being updated. The TVs have directv, and there is an entertainment hub in the wall I was able to plug my Roku into. The elevators were nice, the hotel lobby was clean, and everyone who worked there was very nice. Breakfasts were okay - some mornings were better than others. There is plenty of parking. The beds are comfortable. If you book a room that says it has a tub, you'll want to verify that when you check in. I verified mine a few weeks ahead of time, and still didn't end up with a tub. Not a huge deal, but a little bit of a bummer. There also is a small fridge in the room, but no microwave (there is one in the lobby, however). The hotel as a whole was pretty quiet too, which was really nice!

The hotel is great if you stay in the rooms facing the front, if you are facing the highway you will not be able to sleep at all. Luckily they were able to switch me and I was able to enjoy myself. Breakfast options are not the greatest, but at least is something

Excelent view to San Antonio Mountains from the sixth floor! Walking distance to Ontario Mills. Convenient room space for my family (3 children / 2 adults). Complimentary self service hot breakfast. Coffee availaible for free during the day. Pretty close dining options. Very well location for a day trip to Bear Mountain and for Vegas.

This hotel is not good, the bed was terrible and the shower head blew off in my face when I went to show. Rancho is the worst also.

Hotel in general was decent. Issue was there was a palm tree outside our window on the 5th floor. At night when high winds kicked up the palm tree hit our window all night long. We got little to no sleep at all. It was awful.

The rooms provide ample space, I like that. The breakfast was good, you won’t have go out to eat which is nice. The in-room coffee maker was dirty inside, I tried to flush it with water but after four tries gave up.

The hotel was clean and odor free. The counter ladies were friendly and polite. Breakfast was good and plenty. I just wish they had pancakes or waffles.

This hotel is old. The blankets and comforters are grey instead of white..Bad smell in rooms. A/C broken. Had to get moved and my second room A/C never worked..dated tv, just disgusting. The only good thing wasCourtney at front desk

Great location in the Ontario Mills. The mall is just a walk across where you get everything you need like food court. It comes Modest free breakfast just enough to make tummy happy. Rooms are big and clean. The location is next to HWY 15 one of the 24hr. Busy freeway and it was little noisy at night.

Construction going on across the street all night long. Terrible. Hallway smelled of burnt feces.

Minimal to no improvement is condition of hotel since opened. Staff is amazing but facility is a mess. Also next to major highways so noisy all night. Won’t be coming back.
