Checked me in and gave me a foom someone was already in. Then the other room they put me in had dirty wash clothes in the tub and hair. Check out was at 12pm but someone comes nlknocking on the door at 10:20

The room had no hot water. The breakfast was not great at all. The bathrooms really need some attention

We stayed for 1 night and for the price and length of stay, it was fine. The tub in our room needed heavy updating though. The tub was badly worn to the point of looking dirty but it was the finish that was coming off. The sink would splash everywhere when you turned it on. There were burn stains in the floor. Breakfast was good and service was great! Once updated, it'll be a great place to stay

The front desk was nice and very friendly. The bathroom was not clean well at all. There was hair from the people before in the sink and bath tub. I couldnt even give my kids a bath. Shower curtian was ripped, no water pressure in the shower head, tube was peeling nasty looking. Beds were not comfortable and pills had black stains on them. Also smelled bad. Not worth what I had to pay.

The staff was friendly and the room was very comfortable and had all the amenities I needed. The breakfast selection was lacking but that wasn't a big deal.

Check was fast and the lady was friendly and helpful. The lobby looked clean and organized. The room was spacious, beds were very comfortable, inckuding the pillow. However, the floor desperately needs shampooing and also, one of the comforter on one of the beds looked like it had large pee stains of some sort. If the comforters and floors were sorted out, our visit would have been perfect.

The only issue I had with the room was the carpet was stained badly, however there were a lot of construction workers stay there due to new construction on I95. Other than that it was peaceful and comfortable.

Looks like they spent money to remodel but they aren’t keeping it up. Stained carpet, bathtub pealing, sink leaking etc. for the money it was a good price for a bed to sleep in but it really needs work. Batteries were held in remote with one strip of scotch tape and we found a random toothbrush under desk.

One tv didnt work at first. The second didnt have a power cable. I found raisin under the chair. The room was comfortable besides that.
AC and shower were fine. One side door to the property didnt work. My first morning they were out of coffee. Free breakfast was ok.
Desk staff were friendly and professional. I have concerns one housekeeping member was a drug user and bought from her dealer behind the building.

Place is refurbished and looks good and clean. Tub coating is peeling, unfortunately. Location is very close to road and construction and is very noisy. Many items were empty at breakfast

Our experience was good for a 1 night travel stay.. while the room was average, the staff at the complimentary breakfast area was excellent, keeping the food trays filled and cleaning empty tables promptly.

All staff were very friendly and breakfast was good. Comfortable beds and pillows, but the carpet in the room was stained badly and there was a peanut on the floor, which caused my 8-year-old grandson to question my choice of hotel.

It was a pleasant stay. The bedding was comfy. It eas great having breakfast included.

It was fine, but there was no ice bucket in the room and the receptionist said they only had plastic bags. It got very messy trying to get ice to spit into the bag. If this is a hotel policy I won't be back.

They gave me 2 different roo.s which hadn't been made up and acted surprised when I asked for different rooms. Carpets were betond filthy.
Finally got a made up room, but wouldn't stat here again.

Asked for handicap room twice before the trip. Checked in to a regular room with NO handicap amenities. Husband had to use bathroom in the lobby because bathroom room had no raised toilet, no grab bars.

I hate to do it, but it wasn't my best stay. The room smelled like wet dog. We could not get any of 4 devices on the WIFI. Which means I had to hotspot. May have just been the 3rd floors router.

We arrived early but were rudely told by the girl at the front desk that there were no rooms available until 3 oclock. We had to wait in the lobby until then. I have never had this happen before.

Beds are old and the place really needs an upgrade on the inside.
Breakfast was cut short by almost 2hours due to either no food or not enough help to make anymore....not even a cup of coffee! I usually stay where I can get a breakfast before I head out for another drive but had to stop and for that...very disappointed that there was literally nothing to eat but dry cereal or if u wanted some oatmeal. There are plenty of places to stay in that area or a short drive so may consider that next time I travel through Lumberton.

If you want comfort and relaxation, go somewhere else. The bed was so uncomfortable and the noise from the highway was non-stop.

No hot water, I got there at 11:00 p.m. after 14 hrs of driving to tired to go back down. Took a cold shower went to bed. Awful experience.

Check in was easy, times online do not match the hotels.com. We booked expecting to be able to get breakfast, when we arrived they told us weekend breakfast is an hour later. Rooms seem clean, few spots here and there with damage but nothing that made the room bad.

Booked for convenience on a long i95 road trip. One day stay. Loved the outdoor seating area in the front. Room was clean and comfortable. They keep the hotel clean and updated/nicer than expected for the price.
Neighborhood and surrounding area is basic but looks like there’s basic options nearby to order, supermarket etc. Not sure about safety but the immediate vicinity was fine. The breakfast was pretty good and the lobby is nice for a traveler hotel-modern, little fireplace etc. Staff was nice and got our room as quickly as possible. The room also had modern bathrooms.
Only cons are that shower water didn’t get so hot, warm but not super hot, and not all vending machines work. As a traveler, my family and I found this place convenient and comfortable. We weren’t dining or touring, just needed a clean comfortable hotel for a road trip overnight stay.

I booked two days. I was out all day when I returned to hotel, my room keys were not active. I went to front desk and told Alelea that I booked two nights and that cards were not working she checked computer and confirmed reservation. She activated keys for me.
I went up to room everything was as I left it. I prepared to go to sleep and fire alarm keep beeping every 30 seconds. I tried to call front desk and room phone didn't work. I had to return to front desk. Aleela said she would move us to room directly across the hall so I could sleep.
I appreciate the effort to make my stay less stressful and to provide excellent customer service!!!

We picked this hotel on our way up I-95 two hours before we checked in. It was after 11pm and the girl at the front door was very nice. When we got to the room it was tidy and welcoming but noticed the rug needed to be vacuumed a little better but was not a deterrent. I was disappointed there was no hairdryer in the bathroom but other than that it was comfy and served the purpose.
I would definitely stay here again if the need arose.

Moved into 4 rooms because of problems with cleanliness and non working refrigerators and air/heat. Very run down hotel and needs major renovations and rug cleaning throughout. I have stayed at quite a few Country Inn & Suites and this was disappointing.
