Front desk staff was so welcoming, every time we entered the front door. Breakfast area was tidy, with a lot of options. Fresh fruit always available. Loved the ice water container, nice touch.

Hotel staff were friendly. Breakfast was hot and tasty. Comfortable atmosphere. Room was clean and had a nice lavender scent. Location of the hotel is quiet. I would recommend this hotel to a friend in need of a reasonable priced well taken care of hotel. Stayed for business reasons. Will consider this hotel again.

Staff was very friendly and helpful, free breakfast was pretty good and room was clean, quiet and nice. Need a car to drive to shopping and dining as it's in an industrial area. The only thing that I didn't like was there was no magnifying makeup mirror and the lighting in the bathroom area wasn't bright enough.

Very clean. Everything worked as expected. Staff was friendly. Breakfast was good. No problems at all. Close to where we needed to go. Parking is barely enough.

It's a great place to stay

We truly enjoyed our stay. The staff was exceptionally helpful and friendly, especially Shane who did our initial check in.
We had an issue with the key lock on the room that we had originally booked and Shane was very quick to not only find us another room but to also upgrade us. All the while apologizing for the inconvenience.
We definitely look forward to staying at this location again on our next trip to Spokane Valley.

Our stay was good. The welcome was lukewarm, but efficient. We were impressed by the breakfast choices and the extra facilities. Our room and the hallways, etc. were very clean. We would recommend this hotel as a good place to stay if you are visiting the area.

Room we reserved had been smoked in by previous guest. Staff was very accommodating giving us another room that was clean and larger then the one we reserved.

We have stayed at La Quinta and it was OK. The bed and the pillows are not very comfortable at all! That’s the only thing I was disappointed. The front desk was good!

The night Audit at the front desk was amazing. She provided for my needs and was sure to tell me they had further accommodation if i needed it asi am disabled and after traveling 6 hours was having a difficult time with my balance and general thinking and she was kind and patient. We have stayed several time.and I have always enjoyed this little motel.
