We didn’t stay there because the room was dirty and there were at least 10 to 15 mattresses in the hallway. We assumed they had bedbugs.

We stayed a total of 30 minutes before checking out. There was 2 1/2” of standing stagnant water in the bathtub, the room was musty smelling, the hot tub was out of order and just generally uncomfortable. When we checked out, the owner shrugged her shoulders and took our room key. Would not suggest to anyone.

The initial room that I was assigned had a musty smell. I started sneezing right away. I went to the front desk and the clerk moved me to another room. The beds are way to stiff. I won't stay at another Super 8.

Nothing about our stay was better than "ok"! 2 bath towels, 1 wash cloth and 1 hand towel in the room, had to beg the housekeeper for additional. Pillows on the bed were horrible, front desk person said
"sorry we can't give additional pillows"!! We were hunting and they did start the breakfast 2 hours early at 4 a.m. which was nice, but again it was only "ok"!

I think it’s time to replace the sheets, specifically those with small “stains”. I’m not normally freaked out but the sheets just caused me to pause and the more I looked around a more comprehensive refresh might be in order.
Popular spot for hunters and a perfect option for them. For us, a one night stay would be the max.
Staff couldn’t have been more friendly and available.

we did'nt like the small pool towels, Enough of that. this super8 has a good location, family restauant across the street, several more within 1 mi. a little bit further is Dub's pub and catering, smoked meat's great meal's and burger's. Back to business- this super8 had nice breakfast options while we were there, different every day, the standard was hot potato, egg's, 1 day bacon,next day biscuit's and gravy, then breakfast sausage the next, cold offerings were what u would expect. We booked at this super8 for the pool and hot tub cause we on the bike trail, not disappointed, both hot tub and pool were clean and seamed well mantained. our visit the 4th week of oct 2023 weather did not let us use the outside patio and grill. I think we will return late spring or summer 2024 to ride more of the trail's that are avalible in the area. Check-in&out easy peasy staff was friendly housekeeping thourogh and looking forward to a return stay in2024. Sparta trail head is app .5 mi from thi property.

Comfortable room and close to many places in Sparta, including the bike trail. The pool is small, so if there are a lot of people swimming, it would be crowded quickly. Wood walls in pool area need new varnish. The many plants are very pretty though. Breakfast was pretty good.

Good value for money. Very clean and good breakfast. Only bad part was we asked for extra blanket and lady at desk said they had none because they were booked. Didn’t seem booked, but beds were hard so wanted to soften it up a bit.

Very friendly desk person..she recommended several restaurants...room clean quiet and comfortable with added amenities of frig, microwave and safe for longer stays. Breakfast was a nice perk but ran out of hot food within an hour ..will still stay again on our way to Twin Cities...

When we arrived the staff was helpful. We checked in on a friday for a three night stay. When we got into our room there was a couple of problems that needed fixed a light bulb was out above the vanity mirror and the toilet seat was broke. I called the desk and they said they would fix it. Called the desk twice in two day and said someone needs to fix the toilet seat or somebody is going to get hurt and i went to use it and it slid off and cracked my knee on the wall. that is when we checked out because no one cared about the broken items and that is why people get hurt. I told the front desk and he said that the manager is the only to fix the problems and he showed me the list of items.We checked out early and tried to find another hotel to no avail so we had our weekend ruined and could not finish our trip to the Cran festival.

The hotel was just more run-down than I had hoped. The bed covers had stains, the sheets were thread-bare (that's really rare to see these days!), the carpets did not look clean. The things that could be cleaned easily were clean (bathroom, specifically). The hot tub strangely had dead black (pretty little) beetles floating in it - there was a skimmer we used to clear the surface. Also, there wasn't any coffee in the morning at the buffet, no apple juice; breakfast in general was sad. However, the staff really was nice and helpful, for whatever that's worth. Maybe it's better to have terrible service but clean rooms, I'm not sure! Anyway, for us this was an alternative to camping during our bike trip. It was better than camping, but honestly still disappointing.

The hotel was clean. It looks like they started some updating. The carpet appeared new yet it didn’t go with the rest of the decor. Bathroom countertop was new. Beautiful new picture above the bed. Yet new furniture would be a big upgrade.

Was convenient-breakfast fair. Should fix the safety chain rail on our room as it was damaged. No one available at front desk at check out early morning -after repeated attempts to contact…

This is the second time I chose a Wyndham property because of a swimming pool. Sadly this pool was out of service. Probably won't choose Wyndham again. It would be nice if Travelocity would know the condition of amenities before accepting a reservation.

It was our 2nd time staying at this property while biking the Elroy-Sparta bike trail. Enjoyable hot tub and pool area. Nice breakfast and exceptionally clean room. The price can't be beat!

This property exhibits a certain pride in doing things well. Whether flowers out front or good solid breakfast it comes across as a nice place. Nothing fancy, but for the price range, one of the best motels I've stayed at in my last two months of bicycle travels.

Efficient check-in and wonderful spacious king with hide abed couch and wingback chair. Breakfast included Belgian waffle maker as well as biscuits and gravy -much better than some others--hot items may vary. Only traveling through so only there for one night but would definitely stay again. Didn't get a chance to enjoy the indoor pool or outdoor patio areas that looked very inviting.

This was by far the nice's Super 8 that we have stayed.
It was very clean, had nice comfortable furniture other that a bed. The outside picnic area was wonderful, we did not use the grill, but it was great to have it available.
