Check in was quick. Bed was very hard. Not comfortable at all. Toilet never quit running. No hand soap. Continental breakfast was okay. Won’t stay there again. For the cost, it wasn’t a good value.

The staff were great but that’s about it. Found multiple roaches in the room. Bright light on the bathroom mirror that can’t be turned off pointing right at the bed disrupting sleep. Loud groups of people outside in the parking lot all night long drinking and yelling. And to top it off, our window got smashed at 12:30 at night by angry drunk construction workers waking us up and putting us on edge all night long. They offered to move us rooms at 12:30 at night but with a sleeping baby and bags unpacked, it just wasn’t worth it when checking out at 8 in the morning.

The hallways & outside seemed to be under construction and questionable, but was pleasantly surprised witha newly renovated every clean room.

Inn is being remodeled and our room was not complete. a section had pipes sticking out and there was not a fridge in our room as was described.

Pool was freezing and no hot tub available. Under renovation while we were there but the room we were in was renovated and very nice. Also a great location for shopping and dining. Would stay there again.

Friendly front desk staff. Room was clean and Bed was comfortable. Wi-Fi kept going offline throughout my stay but it was free so I can’t complain.

The hotel is under renovation and not in prime condition. My room had no bedside lamps; it had one low-quality floor lamp in the back corner of the room. The clerk said new bedside lamps are on order but have not come in. So the room was unreasonably dark. Also the TV did not work. The hotel advertises a hot breakfast buffet area, but that too is inoperable currently, so their alternative was a grab-bag breakfast which I had no interest in grabbing but assume it was a danish, fruit and coffee. So I had to go to a fast food restaurant next door and spend extra money, to get what was supposed to have been included with my room. I'm sure the hotel will be nice when the work is complete, but had I realized the current status I absolutely would not have stayed there.

There was no continental breakfast. We got a brown bag with a granola bar and Little Debbie cakes.

Hotel seems to be being remodeled, room was missing alot of things such as the clock and the bed lamps. Also the pool is really cold and the ac units in pool room do not work. There is no sauna nor water heater for pool. The brakfast was a granola bar some powdered donutts and a drink. I found a towel that had mucus on it

The service was very friendly but the hotel was still under renovation…but our room was nice, beds comfortable…only thing was the bathroom was a little small.

The hotel has been recently remodeled, so everything is brand new. The room was very spacious, the bed was super comfortable and the stag was really kind and helpful.
We will definitely stay here again when we come back.

The breakfast advertised was not what was offered. We got a granola bar, coffee cake and cheese danish in a bag. Building is under construction, exposed sheet rock that looks to have been just put in the bathroom and not completed, furniture falling apart, not toddler friendly. smelt stale, pool did not look maintained so we didn't even try to use. Definitely needs to refurbished/remodeled and actually completed before renting out rooms.

Just stay for a night. Pool was nice, Room was clean, furniture looks old. We could not conect the fire stick.

This hotel was not well marked, rooms under construction and unfriendly staff. Our room was only half finished. No carpeting, lamps or chair. Just the bathroom light. Hallway carpeting dirty. Walls in hallway with holes and missing paint. Another guest was at front desk asking for new room stating her room was so bad. Breakfast in a bag. Would like refund.

Construction would be the excuse, but not accurate. Ac units smelled. holes drilled in walls, crickets everywhere- no shower curtain, and I could go on, but I wont. Pool was green.

There were hairs all over the room. Beds, inside folded towels, bath tub walls, restroom floor and inside the toilet

The hotel is fine but a few things were wrong. Our A/C unit cooled but was loud throughout the night. The TV reception was horrible- very bad. We only got about 40% of the picture and sound. But the worse was the ‘breakfast’ which was a brown bag with a granola bar and apple. Except for coffee there was no breakfast.

This place was not cleaned very well, our bathroom looked under construction, moved nightstand to plug phone & it looked like it had not been swept or cleaned n any way in quite some time. TV cable was spotty, when asked for new cable cord or solution, clerk just shrugged shoulders & said “sorry no housekeeping”.

Did not feel safe in this place…kept getting crank calls in the middle of the night from room phone. When complained to front desk, the guy said that room to room calls cannot be made and only front desk can call rooms, not sure if that was supposed to make us feel better?? The bed pillows were tiny and no more available when asked front desk. Room looked like it was in the middle of a reno that wasn’t finished but they rented it anyways. Furniture was old and beat up….wouldn’t go back for a free stay. Shame on Wyndham for allowing a property to be this rundown.

You get what you paid for. Only accurate picture was the entrance to hotel. Room are super run down, cleanliness was questionable, beds were uncomfortable, and breakfast was a grab and go bag of sugar(granola bar, danish, powdered donuts and coffee).
