It was just horrible. They said they were going to give breakfast. They didn’t have breakfast. They just had coffee and muffins. The lights were very dim in the hallways. It was just I didn’t enjoy this stay I will never do another extended stay

I have stayed at this hotel a few times and have always had a good experience, and find it to be a very good value for the price. The staff was friendly and helpful when they had difficulty accommodating for the room I booked, and I appreciate how it was handled. I will stay there again.

The rooms whats not even close looking like the advertised one, its says breakfast included it but only like coffe and cookies sitting by the front desk window, the room inside was very pooly maintain, with things about to fall apart, it was not pleasent to be there

The woman at the front desk remembered me from previous stays and is all smiles and helpful. I love the simple desk, the soft chair near the bed and multiple pillows. The cabinet near the sink for the garbage pail is falling apart from repeated use. Other than that one thing ive stayed here many times and its consistently great.

When my boyfriend arrived for his overnight stay, he went into the room to find the bed not made from the previous guest and 3 used towels on the bathroom floor. When he addressed it with the front desk, they all but said oh well.
I am extremely disappointed that they didn’t offer to move him to a clean unused room.
We travel a lot. He is young, and i feel as though they took advantage of him. I would appreciate for someone to reach out please.

I really enjoyed my time there and I got much needed sleep and rest. If I stayed in Woodbridge again I will stay at extended stay.

First they gave me a key for a room that wasn't even clean. Then they gave me a room that was not really clean. There was hair all over the bottom of the toilet. They need to update those rooms . It was just nasty.

The hotel is okay. Not fancy not ugly...average. Beds are nice.
I had issues with the housekeeping service. I was supposed to get my room cleaned a week in my stay, it never happened. I asked about and nothing. There was a constant fishy smell on the third floor.
Breakfast to go is very limited, the same thing everyday...it gets the job done but its disappointing for a "breakfast included" advertisment. Overall, its not bad but its not good.

The rooms were clean and everything worked in the room. Water pressure was a little weak and there would often be times when the front office staff was away from the desk leading to lines waiting for help. Wi-fi worked very well and great location for travel (easy access to highways)

The young lady at the front desk was very friendly at check in Whenever we needed something she was very accommodating. She made us feel welcome

I booked it at 11pm for 2 nights. I went to check-in the next day, they rented the room to someone else. They had me wait an hour to check in. I checked out after 4 hrs. They charged me for 2 nights and refused to give me a refund for 1 day. The place is dirty, old and smells.

Tub has hair in it and plug does not work. Front doors are difficult to open. Sign in room says they will deliver utensils to your room. I had to go to desk to get a fork, that was ulled out of a drawer in the back. It was not wrapped or anything. Had to wash it with hand soap bar.

The customer service here was good . it was a really quiet location very peaceful. However, the building had a very bad smell , as well as the room itself. We were able to get air freshener to make it easier to deal with. Aside from that , our stay was good.

This hotel was absolutely bad. We walked in and there was a very strong smell of weed and when we went up stairs to our room the first thing we see is a bug on the bed, it wasnt small either. There was also tape on the carpets cause it was all ripped up. We didn’t even sleep a night in that hotel we got out after 2 minutes of being in there and we want our money back and refund cause we didn’t even stay at the hotel

Rooms were not as pictured. There were several stains on the floor. There were no blankets for the pullout couch and when we called the front desk (repeatedly), no one answered. The staff admitted that the front desk had no staff at it for at least an hour between 10pm and 11pm. My parents room had no bath towels. If you want dishes or a coffee maker, you need to request them in advance- they are not automatically provided despite being an extended stay. The bed was comfy but the pillows were flat.

Rooms were not up to par as far as cleanliness. I had to request a different room because I pulled back the blanket on the bed, and what appeared to be pub** hair(alot of it)was on the sheets. Toilet was clogged in my room. Gross. Staff was very nice. I probably wont be staying here again.

The rooms were very dirty. They were so dirty that my black socks turned white at the bottom. The sheets on the beds were obviously not changed because there was stains and hairs in both queen beds also the bath tub had a lot of hairs in it. We were offered another room and were told to inspect it first but that room was even worse. It smelled like urine and the bath tub also had lots of hair. I would not recommend anyone stay at this hotel and the price is way to high for the quality. If I could give a negative star I would.

I will never stay in this hotel again. It’s dated, noisy, smelly and breakfast consist of coffee and granola bars served on a dirty table. Service is very poor.
You will definitely get what you’ve paid for.

My room had not been cleaned. The Breakfast offering was meager. But the staff was helpful to get me a clean room. The bathroom shows signs of wear and tear, but attempts have been made to correct the problems.
