Hotel is doing major renovations. Would not recommend staying here at this time. Lobby was unusable and completely under construction. We were with a large group and there was no where to congregate. Entire hotel smelled of paint fumes/glue, including in rooms. Large gap under doors to room allowed all noise in so very little sleep frim all the noise. Staff were very rude and not trained. Only plus was rooms were recently renovated.

Renovation construction going on so public areas/bathrooms were undergoing upgrades, but rooms are VERY nice and bath/showers are the best Ive seen. KING bed is like sleeping on a giant cloud. Will DEFINITELY stay here again

Hotel is under renovation and it is dirty and noisy. Bed/pillows are comfortable and room is spacious. Would wait until renovations are done.

Property is being remodeled on first four floors. It will probably be really nice when done. I would not have stayed here if I knew this up front but my room on 5 th floor was ok.

Someone was assigned the same room as me. And about 2 AM in the morning, someone was entering my room. Definitely a scare, never happened to me before and I travel very often.

They are remodeling only one elevator working in the back told to park in the back where there were only three spaces which were already taken Parking lot was totally trashed with broken pieces of old furniture making it unsafe to walk I left demanded a refund which I hope I get

The room was super clean. Hardly anyone around so quiet. They are doing construction or up grading areas. In the long run this will be great but looks tacky. Would have given 5 for everything if someone said we are undergoing some renovations and are giving our customers a small discount. They have a smoking area out front so that is the first thing you see and smell, cigarette butts all over. Feels like a safe area. Can't comment on the breakfast, it ends early and if their is a pool or gym I never saw it.

Checked in and wasn’t asked anything about my dogs. La Quintas are pet friendly and I’ve never heard of any fees that’s why I booked with them. Gave my credit card as my form of payment. Got a call about my dogs barking while I was in the middle of a concert, the reason I was in town. Left the concert early and went to the front desk where the young lady was frantic and I asked her if we needed to leave. She said no, just fill out some information about my dogs. So I did and went to my room and heard nothing else. Now I’m home and looked at my bank account and I was charged on my debit card that I did not present and an extra $75 for a pet fee. A pet fee I did not know about and was not presented at any time. The location is under construction and very noisy with what I’m assuming everyone being put on the same floor. I specifically wanted a suite so my dogs would be near the door and listening to all the noise. I feel scammed with the pet fees and mismanagement of my credit cards. No one had permission to run my debit card or charge me an extra amount. Won’t stay there again.

There nothing unique about the property renovations was going on doing my visit. Limited handicap parking, no mobility accessible rooms available during my visit. The breakfast coffee cold, no milk for cereal.

We were not able to stay there because the room was not designed for a handicapped person. We were forced to pay for the first night even though we weren’t able to stay there. I would never recommend your property.

The property was being remodeled but the room we were in was dirty, dated, and dilapidated. The pull out sofa was a joke and miserable. The carpet was stained. The bathroom door doesn’t lock. The sheets seemed clean. Weekend break at started at 7 am, by 7:30 most of the main food was gone. Nothing was being replaced. I would wait for the remodel to be finished if you even want to risk it then.

This La Quinta is in an excellent location. It's convenient to the airport and to many restaurants. The staff was friendly and the room looked like it was brand new (just re-done).

It all started off with our room not being ready at 5pm!! What the hell, 5pm! We had to wait in the lobby for 45 minutes. In the meantime there were no luggage carts to be found. Then we got our keys and when we arrived at our room the keys wouldn't open the door. It took 2 trips downstairs and 2 employees to finally get us in the room. Room was basic and appeared clean so that was a win. However we heard constant pounding and hammering. Called down and was told they are remodeling on a floor below and they stop at 8pm. Great ambiance staying in a construction zone. Went out for dinner, came back and couldn't get in the room again. Had to wait on maintenance to come and get us in. They explanation was "must be something wrong with the lock". At 3am a fire alarm went off for 5 minutes, great! In the morning still no luggage carts so lugging our bags out by hand another minus. Told other guests have them. Truthfully never saw one the entire stay. Worst hotel and stay in a very long time. Won't be back or any other LaQuinta properties. Also, never got an "I'm sorry" from any employee.

Breakfast is lacking protein. They had the fire alarms going off all night during one of the nights during my stay. They shut off the water for 2 days which meant no one could shower or flush toilets. For 2 days!! Disgusting. The inside of the elevators smelled like marijuana every day. Very filthy place. Staff always annoyed at questions and especially dislike being asked what was going on with the water and fire alarms. The fridge in my room died a few days into my stay, so I lost some perishable goods there too.

The hotel is in a renovation for one year per the manager sherry. The website and check in did not inform about the renovation so we could find another hotel. Per sherry this was per owners Mr Patels direction to not represent. Corridors were a fire hazard and work above our room started at 8.15 after a late arrival. Manager failed to apologize and claimed our factual complaint was rude. Sad and deceptive management

There was construction going on above our room… Went down and they did move us… The beds have no mattress pads on them. The mattresses were filthy with stains. The room smelt rancid, front desk people were polite. dogs barked for hours under us. We were in room 211.

Was not made aware that the pool was not open. I always select a pool while traveling with my 4 year old. She travels with her sister for basketball games and I try to give her something to do. Would not have booked if I would’ve known

They are renovating the property. I stayed in a newly renovated room and it was fabulous! The property around the hotel could use some work (it's in progress).

The room was beautiful since newly renovated . They are still in the process of renovating ( as of 9/24/23) but we were not inconvenienced at all and we did NOT experience any noise. Just outside has construction trucks and storage trailers but didn’t bother me in the least. I loved the staff and room cleanliness . Close to shopping and dining and 20 minutes from HPU! I will be back again!
