Its all good

A really lovely hotel for us to spend the night after missing our ferry from Prince Rupert. Thanks for the wonderful stay!

This place is just fine for the price.

Out side appear was unkempt

TV didn't work. Towels stained. Lamp shade missing the other taped up. Front staff upon arrival was very good. Morning staff was okay.

Black mold in the bath room, dirty sheets stained blankets and mattress. Would like my money back.

The staff were great. The rooms were quiet and I was able to get a good sleep. The location was good. The building is run down and the rooms were dirty. You get what you pay for. This was cheap so I didn't expect it to be super nice.

The night auditor was excellent, even helping us unload and all with a smile. Didn't like the need for security in the parking lot overnight, but it did demonstrate the hotel's desire to ensure the safety of their guests and their belongings.

There wasn't much to like. Check in, no conversation, no how was your trip, she handed me the paper to fill out liscence etc. then answered phone, only put person on hold to hand me key. Morning worker no better, she definitely didn't want to be there. Breakfast was the usual cereal, toast, pancake thing, nothing wrong there, but both the coffee and juice were just colored water, wife took a drink of my orange juice and asked me what it was. Room. Although it was clean, $20.00 and 20 minutes for maintenance worker, would of resulted in me not writing this review. 4 lights in room, 1 worked with both bulbs, 1 worked dim, only 1 of 2 bulbs, 3rd had no bulb in it, and bath light was 2 out of 3 working. Light with the 1 working bulb, had shade hanging off attached by a few threads. Toilet wasn't bolted to floor, rocked about 1/2" back and forth. Two people Check in to a room that sleeps 4, but we only got 1 face clothe, oh ya and they don't service room unless you ask. It takes a lot for me to write a review, I don't usually write or read reviews, but everything I mentioned was such an easy fix, I had to, 3 light bulbs, a wrench, drop of crazy glue on shade, and front desk staff with a personality. This hotel was average priced in Quesnel, about 1/2 of what we usually pay for hotels in other places. I'd rather pay double if that's what they need to put a bulb in.

Good downtown location. Overpowering perfumed smell in our room.

If I could post photos I would. Scum around the inside of the bathtub and body hairs on the bath mat. Hair and dust on the floor around the toilet… I have never seen such a dirty hotel. And no hot water. We went straight to front desk to complain so they gave us another “clean” room. Only to find bears hairs all around the bathroom faucet from shaving. Spots on the faucet and counter. And hairs in the bed!!! We were to tired to complain again after a 9 hour drive. I use to stay at Ramadas but NEVER AGAIN! They should be ashamed of the service. Disgusting.

It seems like the pool and hot tub are rarely functional. This was a big disappointment for us because we had our young children with us and they were looking forward to that. This is the second time we've stayed there in the last few years and both times it was closed. I think it's false advertising. Otherwise, the place is decent. Also, the breakfast had hard-boiled eggs so I liked that they had eggs with the otherwise continental breakfast, nice to have some protein!

Felt safe in the area and easy to find.

Clean and quiet and you can walk to almost anything in ten minutes

I booked hotel months in advance, said it had a pool, which would be great for the grandson. When we arrived, there were broken garbage bags strewn about, the pool was “under maintenance” but was filled with cobwebs. The room, itself had an overwhelming smell of smoke from years gone by… very disappointed, as it had two names we thought we could rely on..Ramada by Wyndham. Paid for one night, but never stayed there over half an hour… left the room feeling like I needed a shower.

Super low class for a Ramada. Incredibly disappointed. Room was dirty, bathroom was dirty- very outdated.

Accommodating no matter the time of check in.

I liked hiw they advertise the pool and hottub. But no telling us that it is no in service.

Check in was easy. Staff was polite. But our first night our bathroom toilet stopped working for some reason and WE had to ask for a plunger so “WE “ could try and fix it which the toilet was a write off. Told staff staff said handy man wasn’t available till Monday to fix and if it continued they would change us rooms. First morning continental breakfast was gone and no coffee was left and we got there at 8:30. Ended up going for breakfast in town which is fine. Got back toilet still causing issues but then all the rooms were booked up so couldn’t be moved. Luckily my grandmother had the room below us so we used her bathroom. Last went to have a shower and the water kept coming out brown for the longest time until finally it ran clear. It’s a place to sleep other then that I don’t think we would go back.

Wanted non smoking and was put in smoking

Don't stay here. We booked the suite for family of 4. Suite was old and crowded. Seemed dirty because low upkeep. Its on top floor no elevator so had to carry 2 pack n plays and all luggage up 3 flights of stairs. AC is on complete opposite side of space than the bedroom. Asked for a fan and was told they have none. Pool closed. Disappointing Continental breakfast its 3 types of cereal, toast, yogurt and hard boiled eggs. We wont stay again

Property location is very convenient , close to city center and walking distance to restaurants, cities only theater.

Nice place to stay for quick overnight need

Place average. Asked about AC not working 2 timesand someone was to come and check. Never heard from anyone. On checkout said again the AC not working and didn't seem to care much. Won't be staying at a RAMADA INN for a long time too come.
