The room was filthy. There were stains all over the carpet. The bathroom had black hair in the shower on the tile. And the 2 tiles by the spout in the tub were damaged and they were barely attached.

The front desk representative was really nice! However the hotel was dirty, the room itself had toys and trash under the bed, the paint in the tub was peeling off, and the worst part of it all was the multiple roaches that decided to wait until night to start coming out. We called the front desk and the new lady was so rude! We asked for a refund and checked out at 12:30am. Don’t waste your time here even if it’s for one night! We went to Sonesta Select down the street and was very pleased!!!!

Was overbooked when I arrived only because rooms were not cleaned of the five that were listed. Took over a half hour to get a key to a room that was available. Left for work a 6:30 am with no breakfast or even coffee available; negative stars in my book.

When I first arrived,I was not given the room that I had booked, the front desk staff were very kind and put me in another room. Later that evening my husband had to kill 2 roaches, because it was late we opted to go to sleep and complain in the morning. The next morning, we opted to find another hotel but couldn't find one for the price I had already paid. We left the building for the day and returned that night to sleep. My husband couldn't sleep because there was even more roaches. We left that next morning and will never return to that location again.

The floors and carpets were dirty. The lighting was limited and dark in the suite.

The rear entrance was dirty and had a heavy smell of smoke. There was always full trash cans inside the door.

Very clean, great place. A few noisy neighbors but that's not the hotels fault.

Absolutely disgusting! Will never stay here again. First got sent to the wrong room, ok it happens, get into a new one, 10 hours into the stay, we see a dead cockroach on the floor. Hmm maybe they exterminated? I did check the beds and cupboards and didn’t see anything. A live cockroach crawled out of the outlet plug. Then another was found in the sink where I had my 5 month olds babies bottles Being washed. To say I’m angry is an understatement. We had so much stuff since it was my family of 5, (3 kids) I had to load the car back up, and grab what I needed as I went because we couldn’t find another hotel that last minute, and we couldn’t get out money back!! How!!! I still haven’t brought our belongings back in the house in fear of anything being somewhere I didn’t catch. Disgusting!

The room was very dirty. The room and surrounding areas smelled awful. They had a cockroach trap in the bathroom and we found a roach in the corner of the bathroom. We asked for our money back and went to a clean hotel. Also, it looked like people were living there as a home situation.

I absolutely loved the handicap accessible shower with chair.i have trouble walking & standing long. Clean comfortable room. Just wish it had a coffee maker in room since it did have a kitchen.

Room was extremely gross. Killed five cockroaches. Various other bugs in room. The staff was very nice. Overall super disgusting. Wanted a cheap room because I was only staying briefly for one night. I definitely would pay the extra 50 or 60 dollars and stay at one of the other hotels near by. Super gross. Would not recommend. The most redeeming part was the extremely kind staff we talked to. 10/10 for staff!!

Night time worker was sleeping 3 times we needed our room key reprogrammed.. total of 4 times. When she seen me recording her sleeping , she got very foul and preceded to call the cops and have me, my niece, and my children (who were sleeping) removed, and we were two hours from home. She called me every name in the book because I requested bedding for my pull out which they had no pillows for. Dirty, dirty place. Had to change rooms when we got there. Drug addicts, broken windows, and police were on site when we were about to grill dinner. Never had such a horrific experience. If you need drugs, this is your hotel!!

Room had a strong musty/sewer smell!. The carpet felt sticky. Crumbs on kitchen counter, cobwebs around mirror, and bathroom floor was dirty. We really like the room layout for our family and the refrigerator in the room. The location of the hotel was perfect for our trip but next time we will spend the extra money for a nicer property. The staff we dealt with were very friendly.

I had to change my first room, due to the bed looked like someone had just gotten out of it, and a KY jelly bottle left in the night stand and food was left in the microwave. Then I moved another room. Was getting in the elevator, that’s when u saw a roach crawling down the hallway. Told the front desk, then I checked my room for them, and found 1 under the kitchen sink, made another report to the front desk. Then I proceeded to exterminate the room myself. But I will never go back to that one ever. I can’t get comfortable, knowing that there is varmin running around like it’s normal and ok.

Wasn't able to get much sleep. IT took two nights for staff to evict people above me who were loud and bouncing a soccor ball late at night. The third night, people above me had an autistic child who was a regular customer they would not move. The child was playing with a loud toy. Despite my illness, I had to pack up to a new room at midnight. They should never had put me in the room below those people if they knew they were going to be there. The move was difficult for me at the late hour due to my terminal pulmonary fibrosis. I did not feel welcome at this place and will not stau there agaom/

Upon checking in there was a woman dressed like a hooker bent over the front desk chatting with the employee on duty. I think they both work there but her attire was short booty shorts and a bikini top with stuff sticking out - you do the math.
Next, while checking in, a couple comes down to complain a large dog is on the loose in a hallway and has attacked thier child. The employee behind the desk says "call the police 'cause hotel management won't do anything" - Disconcerting to say the least.
The cleanliness, or lack thereof, was the least of my concern.
But - it was inexpensive. And had a full kitchen!

I thought I was booking at a decent hotel. My check in experience was ok, easy. But once I got to the room it was clean, but not much else, lots of wear and tear, shelving broken. It was a straight up hotel in the middle of the hood by the way people were being all loud, walking around yelling, barefoot. Placed me right next to the exercise room had to hear the noise of people working out until late at night. The next morning I walk my dog in the pet area got locked out. Walked around to the front the check in desk walked away, couldn't get up and open a door, had to yell at me to pull the door. Lazy, disrespectful, and inconsiderate as I was holding my dog because it was too cold for him to walk.
Lesson learned you get what you pay for, which is why I checked out the next day. Next time I will book at a better hotel and pay the higher room expense but I won't repeat another extended stay again.

When we first checked in we were given a room with a leaky bathtub faucet that sounded like someone was taking a shower, the counter was dirty, floor had not been vacuumed, there was a huge red (what looked like juice) on the carpet and smelled like cat/dog urine. I spoke with the first desk about this and they gave us another room very quickly and the second room was better but still not great. The walls seem to be very thin as you can hear every noise that happens in the hallway
