Terrible had to move rooms 4 times and then the cops shows up last day bc someone had a knife said get a refund for one night but couldn’t

DO NOT STAY HERE! Out room was awful and smelled so we switched rooms then the TV in the second room didn’t work and they pretty much just told us it wasn’t their problem. The bed was hard as a rock. Terrible customer service, and all of the amenities are closed.

The room was disgusting. Sticky handprints on the walls and huge spiderwebs on the ceiling. Toilet was broken. Balcony door was broken and would not lock. Would not ever stay here again.

Horrible. Room was not vacuum. Closet door broken. Shower/bathtub was dirty. Room only had two towel. Guest service at check-in was horrible and lazy.

Was double-charged at check in by an incompetent desk attendant, then when I requested a receipt for the refund they would only provide a receipt for the charge, saying "that's the amount you'll get refunded." Eventually got to my room and didn't even have towels or sheets to separate the unwashed, uncovered duvet. I didn't want to bother with the desk staff and just made to for the one night I was staying there. There was obvious spit on the walls in the hallway, and the cleaning staff left piles of garbage from the rooms in the hall in the morning.

Overall cleanliness is poor. There were sunflower seeds shells all over the place.

Says that it's pet friendly but it's not. Told them the toilet was broken the first day, they didn't do anything about it for our entire stay. All the time people were smoking weed on the floor, you could smell it along with cigarettes. People slamming doors all night. Don't stay here. Breakfast was garbage.

The check in staff needs some customer service training, being rude for no reason as soon as i got there. The hotel needs more towels & wash clothes, we had to wait hours after check in to get some. The pool was freezing, no one could stay in it longer than 2min. There was no hot water for showers. There was broken toilet paper holder.

Honestly one of the worst hotel stays I've ever had. It took three different rooms before getting one that was semi-clean. First room had hair and even a sock from the previous people that stayed there. second room was just as dirty with hair everywhere.

Well got locked out of room for 5 hr and the next morning new front desk lady kicked us out because of our tiny dog becouse dogs are not welcome so had to sit outside during a snow Strom waiting for a ride

The first room was dirty and no shower that worked and no cork for the tube the second room was a deluxe room and it was a little better but ants everywhere and no towels and I actual ant in between the sheets and at that point I left the hotel it was that bad

Beds were cleaned, but carpet needs sweeping/vacuuming. There were no shampoo , no bar soap, no hair dryer.

Pool was closed more than it was open, hot tub was broken and has been broken down for a while, phone in room didn't work, hot water was hit or miss, towels were hard to get, but staff was friendly and mostly helpful.

No comforters on bed had to ask the desk pool was closed for cleaning and when rinsing out the tub to shower the water backed up and was clogged for hours until we finally asked front desk for a plunger and was made to do it ourself

Horrible customer service. Was approached about my pet being on the property, told it would be $500 fine. I clearly confirmed prior to booking that dogs are ok. It also states dogs are permitted with a limit of one. The rooms were dirty, along with the sheets, it was also a huge hole behind the door.

No towels in the room and when we asked for towels they didn’t have any we had to settle for dingy face towel a DJ a few pool towels the ice machines doesn’t work the pool was closed the milk machine was out of order for breakfast no one at the front desk ever. Just all around stay was a disaster.

Unprofessional person working the front desk to say the least. Did not want to check me in because i booked through “expedia”. When i contacted expedia they reached to her but she refused to pick up the phone. Eventually after i kept telling expedia to refund me, the front desk finally picked up the phone. Expedia refunded me and asked her to book me directly and give me their rate. I was very tired from traveling all day and i had to wait an hour to check into my room. If it was a different scenario i would have left the hotel. I appreciate expedia for their efforts, but some hotels really dont care about customer service.

We checked into our hotel at 2pm. It was supposed to be non-smoking but the whole hotel smells like cigarette smoke, especially the room we had, room 314. We didnt have any towels when we got to the room. About 11pm, our bathroom ceiling, around the light, had water pouring down into our bathroom. We decided then to checkout and they did apologize and issue us a full refund.

The was not made it looked like someone was staying in it, the tub wouldn't hold water with the plug, pillows were dirty, closet doors were broken i wouldnt stay again and i didn't have towels

took a hour ad half to get into our rooms, they gave away the jacuzzi suite I paid for and put me in a dirty room. I had 12 basketball kids with me we had no towels the whole weekend. no pool bad service all bad!!!1

We checked in at 4pm and right off the bat was given a room that wasn't even clean. Went down to the desk and got assigned a new one. Upon entering that room the sheets were still dirty. Got another room given to us and this one appeared to be clean but we only had 1 towel. 1 towel for 6 of us staying there. (4 small children). Went down to the counter in the morning and she told me they didnt have any clean towels. I proceeded to ask how we were suppose to shower 6 people without any towels. So she go in their back room and brings me out a set a towels. THAT WERENT CLEAN. She then tried to tell me they were just stained, which they were not. You could see the food specks on it. So she goes in the back and bring me out 3 pool towels. At this point there was no way in hell i was going to use these tows on me or my family. I asked for a refund on my room and I way he'd her write it down. Said she'd have to give it to the manager, which highly doubt she will. Absolutely the WORST customer service and the ABSOLUTE WORSE hotel I have ever stayed.

Second room had no towels in smelt very bad, No manager was on duty for 3 hours.
My kids got very ill and threw up all night at this hotel. It was late we drove 4 hours and this was the only option.

After I booked it and read the reviews, I was concerned for no hot water but the room in which we were in, had no problems with hot water. Bed was comfortable, did have to ask for extra towels and pillows as they were small. My toilet roll kept falling off the holder as it seemed like it was barely attached to the wall. There was a microwave and refrigerator and they worked fine. No hair dryer. The wall paper in the shower was peeling off. But other than that, for the $, it was fine. Didn’t try their breakfast so not sure. If you need a comfortable place to sleep with basic necessities like working fridge, hot water, AC/heater and microwave for a budget, then this is great! Would I go back, yes.

This hotel is ready to shut down. There were bugs in the pool and the hot tub was shut down. The only way to enter the pool area, which was very dimly lit, was when the desk clerk jammed a key card repeatedly until a light came on. No towels in the room and when we requested towels for 3 people he provided 1 towel. When pushed, he gave us a pool towel and 3 bath rugs! There was hardly any food out for breakfast. No juice, 2 danishes, 2 pieces of bread and a few apples. There was a cup of scrambled eggs, certainly not a breakfast for more than 2-3 people and I know we weren't the only ones there. The bedding had no top blanket. The remote for the TV was missing a battery and the chair by the desk no longer had a seat cover. This place isn't sanitary and with key cards not working properly for the pool or our room, it's not safe. The reviews pre 2024 when I booked the room were not bad, but since were. I tried to contact the hotel the day before we arrived and no one answered the phone or returned my voicemail. I am surprised a franchise would allow this property to remain open. Sad.

Dirty toilet, no towels, no botttom bed sheet, dirty plastic cups, no coffee cups, no continental breakfast available 25 min after service started, no remote for the TV, heater wasnt working.
I checked in at 3pm, and dint go to the room right away, so nobody at the desk when i returned at 10:15pm

We reserved 3 rooms and had nothing but problems with each room and had to move rooms. One room had a broken bed and the shower wouldn’t work, one room had a window missing and no towels or anything. One room was missing the shower curtain and had no soaps or towels or anything. And aside from the night manager who was very nice and helpful the customer service and staff was the worst any of us have ever seen.

First let me start off by saying the staff here was great and friendly. They worked above and beyond to accommodate their guests. Second, the rooms were a huge disappointment and needed much more attention. They hotel had no washcloths, thile rack to hold the towels was barely hanging on. The toilet paper holder was also broken. The office chair in my room the leather was ripped up. No comforters on the bed. The toilet was dirty when we checked in. No stopper for the tub. The microwave plate was missing. I only continued my stay because I had no other choice, but if I could have. I wouldve checked out immediately.
