Please dont stay here. The hotel is beyond dirty. We saw mice, the room is full of insects. You are sleeping and ants get all over your body. It smells REALLY bad. Carpets are old, smelly and totally dirty. The floor is sticky and shower is dirty and we stayed for 7 days and had any cleaning service whatsoever. Common areas smell like marihuana and all class of other odors. The mattres is HORRIBLE old, noisy, you can even feel the springs of how old it is... and not just old but also DIRTY, STAINED, with food on it. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE....

Very bad hotel. Not clean, breakfast option is farce. There was hardly anything to eat for breakfast. 2 times the fire alarm was on . One was at midnight. I would not recommend this hotel at all. Don't waste your money

Hotel was dirty, no ice bucket, hotel did not have ice machine, toilet Seat falling off, night table light would not work. Breakfast was awful with poor coffee and dried up muffin. Chairs for table was cloth and filthy. And hair dryer did not work. Hotel was not as listed. Do not understand how others rated excellent.

It is not so good. Restrooms cannot be locked from inside when asked about it to management, they said it cannot be locked and asked to just close the door.

It was okay. Fire alarm went off multiple times in the middle of the night. Shower valve in room was broken.

We stayed here to visit NY.
Yes it was a cheap, but you get what you pay for.
The bed was comfortable. But we booked a Queen bed, and we got a double bed instead.
There was a black hair in the shower when we first arrived. Neither of us have black hair. So we kept our shoes on in our room.
The bathroom lights stopped working mid trip.
The fire alarm went off twice on Sunday morning. It is very loud and really unpleasant, especially after we got back from partying in NY in the early hours of the morning. We just wanted to sleep.
We asked for a late check out, which was granted. We were trying to sleep and get a call before 11 to remind us that check out is at 11. I reminded the employee of our late check out, and he said: oh sorry I see the note here. Never mind”. Sigh. Mind you, we just wanted to enjoy sleeping an extra hour, before going on an 8 hour drive. We ended up checking out at 11 because we were fed up of getting woken up from the alarm and phone calls.
Also, I tried to request a late check in and it was very inconvenient. I get the run around, and eventually I was told to call the day of. Which I did, and I was then advised that I can arrive before 2AM, but if I’m late, I can just call.
Well, since we were driving 8 hours, we got into some traffic and tried calling to advise we might be late, no answer. Good thing check in was still okay but it was stressful to know we may lose our room.
The breakfast was just coffee and muffins.

I came to take a break from everyday work, but for 6 days in a row at 8-9 am the fire alarm in the building went off, which was very unpleasant and scary, imagine, the sleeping person would jump up.

The hotel is simply terrible. We rented a room for 2 nights with a double bed and a sofa bed, which was originally for 2 people, but it was 1. We are traveling as a family of 2 adults and 2 children. My wife slept with 2 children on a queen size bed. And moving to another room, they asked for an additional payment of $29 and we had to wait for other guests to check out. But there was no time for that. Then we lost our phone and backpack in New York. My wife forgot the exact name and tried in 2 locations. When we called them around 10 at night and tried to explain that we had forgotten the exact address, could they look up our number and clarify our registration, they simply put the phone on us and repeated calls were in vain! Next, everything is dirty, chairs, mattresses are stained. And they have cockroaches. Now we are concerned not to transfer these residents to our house!

Cons: it's an extended stay but no utensils or cups or plates whatsoever. No coffee machine. No conditioner. Pool closed during winter months. Pros: the room is quiet, management was friendly, check in was quick and the location is great near a movie theater and dining options.

Nice hotel convenient location, pool was out of service during stay.

They use deceptive pictures to hide how dirty and old the facility is. I only booked here because it claimed to have a pool. When we arrived the pool had clearly not been functional for years.

The hotel is functional, to say the best. If you need to stay a few nights to get in and out of NYC, this place works. The fire alarm goes off without reason at least 48 hourly, and it's loud. The rooms, bed, toilet has not been refurbished in a long time. Breakfast is pure basic, coffee, oats and granola bars. The kitchenette is a plus. Bus to NYC is a plus. Staff are great.

The proerty was updated. Shower faucet needs help. It was hard to work. To operate it, they need a signs and it is very loud for traffic is close. If you are an early riser, great. Not meI like to sleep in esp.if I am on a trip. .

We walk in and there was a cockroach in the kitchen. We walk into the bathroom didn’t look like it was cleaned. The toilet was nasty. And there was used soap still in the shower. The pull out couch was the size of a twin so they should have said the room was for 3 people max. The beds were extremely uncomfortable. Also the pool was broke and was not fair warned about it at all. And the whole reason my family choose this hotel was for the pool. I am disappointed.

I had this girls trip booked for quite awhile. When we started planning we did not know exactly how many of us there would be. So I booked 2 deluxe studios, which each is 2 double beds and a double pull out sofa.
I looked at my hotels.com reservation/ confirmation number several times a week to calm my nerves. But I still felt uneasy. We were going to New Jersey right outside of NYC. That’s a 7 hour trip for us. So two days before our trip I ended up calling the hotel. They only had a reservation for one of our two rooms. And they were fully booked for the weekend.
I was panicking. So I reached out to hotels.com. The guy that was corresponding with assured me it would be alright. He contacted the hotel. BUT, like they already told me…. It was booked out.
The guy from Hotels.com blamed the hotel for not accepting my second room reservation. The hotel blamed Hotels.com for not pushing the reservation through. I don’t know where the problem was. I just know I got no true resolution in fixing the problem.
Luckily, we still had one deluxe studio. We just had to sleep very crowded for 2 nights.
The hotel itself was fine. Our shower control was somewhat broken. And breakfast was coffee and oatmeal. But the hotel it self was pretty decent. And what I saw of the staff, they seemed nice.

We booked this hotel because it had a pool and full kitchenettes , however pool was closed down, you had to ask for kitchen utensils plates bowls etc and for a 5 day stay you had only two rolls of toilet paper
Other than that the location was clean and very very close to public transportation that was reasonably priced
We would stay again

The first room we got turned out to be one that had not yet been cleaned. I saw towels and trash on the ground as soon as I walked in. The front desk staff then assigned another room at the same level. The room was clean this time, but the sofa bed, which we need for the kid, was broken. The staff then gave us a new room. This time, we even got an "upgrade." Instead of a studio, we got a room with two full-size beds. However, the room is located across from the public toilet. While the two beds and bathroom were clean, a thick layer of dust was on the coffee table. I am guessing they don't often assign this room due to its location. Well, the front desk staff was helpful since he helped us switch rooms twice.

Place was in need of improvements. Room came with kitchenette, but no utensils, plates etc. AC very noisy. One light switch was broken next to overhead bed-light. TV screen was blue-tinted & could not be fixed through remote. Tub faucet would not shut off completely. Was there two nights, so reported all problems & light-switch & tv fixed…AC & tub faucet not fixed.
Breakfast was totally inadequate, only coffee (had to request refill, as canisters empty), muffins, & granola bars (one day only peanut butter flavor available?.
Fairly expensive price for place that offered so little.

I was so disappointed that the A/C wasn’t working. When i called the front desk, they told will submit a ticket to get fixed by tomorrow and didn’t want to change our room. We were only spending one night. So overall we were disappointed.
