Desk staff friendly, efficient, and helpful. I was very disappointed you service was scheduled for three days after check in, because we stayed four days. Our room had two towels, two wash clothes, roll and half tissue to last until service… three days. I received more towels and clean bed sheets from desk clerk in the evening. I changed bed covers myself after two days. Trash over flowed, I changed trash basket myself. Bought more tissue paper myself.

The room was clean & comfortable. The bathroom tub was stained (?rust stain). Water pressure was great. Neither the microwave nor the refrigerator worked. The microwave wouldn’t even come on & the refrigerator did not cool at all. There due to weather & very grateful for a place to stay near my work.

Very industrialized- colors are like a hospital **overpriced** FABULOUS HOT WATER!! The bed was spacious but too firm. Decently quiet.

Room was ok. The hallway had a very strong air freshener that was very over powering. Also the entry/exit doors at the end of the hallways didnt work with room key. They were held open by rocks 24/7 so anyone could have walked into hotel at anytime. There was a dead rat in the landscape rocks right by the parking lot entry door. I will not stay here again

They were not upfront about the pet fee, I told them before and at check in we had a pet, but it apparently was not included in what I paid at check in, then charged my credit card multiple times days later without notice. Outside covered in litter, a big dead rat by the side door, parking lot was sticky, pool uncovered and green. Room was relatively clean but maintenance was lacking- Tub didn't drain, towel hook falling off the wall, paint on things like light bulbs and tub, I could go on...

There were multiple things broken or in disrepair in the room. the frame around the mirror was loose and in danger of falling off, the toilet was loose and rattled, shook every time I used it, the shear curtains were in sheds, stains on the sheets light out above the sink. This was room 105.

Just one problem -- it was listed as having a gym / fitness center, but I found out after I arrived that it been converted to a laundry room. If I had been alone, I would have then switched to another hotel with a gym; but the others with me did not want to make any last-minute change. So I was very disappointed not to have a gym as advertised. Other than that, everything was great!

The hotel was adequate for one night's stay and in a convenient location. Beds were comfortable, and the room seemed clean. BUT the heat/AC unit in the room was incredibly noisy, cycling on and off all night with groans and whines as it wound up to speed each time. I will give kudos to the lady taking care of the breakfast area in the morning. We came down to eat near the end of their service time, and she made sure there was fresh juice for us. Breakfast choices were good, and (great surprise!) they had real half & half for the coffee and not just artificial creamer.

Woke up to the entire room flooded from the refrigerator and the front desks response was “we won’t charge you any damage fees.” I checked in at 9:30pm after driving 13 hours. I did not even use the refrigerator. Just terrible.

The property was generally clean though the floors in the room could have used a mopping. The orange juice in the continental breakfast was almost pure water. Someone told me the apple juice was the same.

Giving this hotel one star is unfair because it should get zero. The room was dirty with urine on the floor and on the toilet seat. I brought the manager who cleaned it and apologized and said that some of the cleaning crew are older family members of the owners who do not see very well. The soap dish had not been cleaned and had a used piece of soap in it. The bed had not been fully made. Outside my room in the hallway there were people who were obviously drunk and yelling late in the evening. The parking lot did not appear like a safe place for anyone with several men who were not guests loitering in cars and just "hanging out" there for hours. Dirty and unsafe. All this for $202 for one night. Just unacceptable.

I am a one hundred percent service connected disabled Veteran. My hotel had my parking by the front door, and my room was right by the elevator. The room was spotless. I was thrilled to find not only an iron, but also an ironing board. Even though I move very slowly, after having 37 broken bones, with massive neurological damage, the hotel saw to it that I still received some nutrition before I left the state to continue my research. I would highly recommend your Oak Ridge facility for all sojourners. Thank you for helping arrange my visit.

Ashley was such a great host at welcoming us in. I called her told her we wld be late she said no worries ur room will be ready and available at your arrival no matter how late y'all get in. She did exactly that at our arrival. Keys ready and paperwork printed out and all I did was sign and headed off to our room. Great place with all types of eating and shopping near by. Hotel was spotless and well kept. You will not be disappointed.

Front desk personnel were great. However, after checking my on line reservation thru Expedia/ hotels.com I did request a handicap room and it shows that on my confirmation. I was told at the desk that was not requested and none were available. The room was clean, quiet and bed and pillows very comfortable. However, the frame around the mirror was very loose and and falling off the wall and the marble backsplash to the sink was completely detached and fell over when bumped.

Every staff member was polite and helpful. The property had plenty of parking. It is located in a safe area, and was well lit. My room was clean with lots of amenties, including an outdoor pool. I was very pleased with the Quality Inn at Oakridge, TN.

Sometime in the past year or years, the hotel switched some of the rooms from smoking to non-smoking. I would know since I have stayed here for the past 8 years. I was unlucky enough to get one of these rooms, I asked to be switched to a different room because of the smell and was told no. The general condition of the place really hasn't improved recently either. I will more than likely look for different options next time.

This place has had a recent refurbished, our room was clean, nice amenities, nice, common breakfast area, and overall I would write this very well! Staff at the check-in was very good! Check out, however, was the only place I would give us a one star. Richard was at the front desk and checked us out. He asked me if I would like a receipt, I said, yes. When he proceeded to print it, he said that he could not give me a receipt as I had not paid the hotel. He had noted that it was paid through a third-party, Expedia. His face expression and tone of his voice was very not approving. It was as though I short changed the hotel when I went to use Expedia. I commented that he didn’t sound very pleasant and wasn’t happy. No answer. Richard needs to realize that upper management has decided Expedia is a good resource to book more rooms in their facility And he needs to take a better look at his attitude. They came across like he wasn’t happy with his job, nor was he happy with me as a customer. What a shame that I could have a nice experience altar end when I’m checking out with a irritable person. there are a lot of other nice places to stay in Oak Ridge, you might want to consider another option.

This was one of the nastiest hotels I have ever stayed at. We had to br transfered to a room across the hall because there were used wash cloths all over our room. The whole third floor smells musty like cigarettes, and that day is also smelled like "a thousand rotting animal corpses" according to my 9 year old. We kept the window open our entire stay. The toilet had urine spots on it and floor was noticeably grimy under my feet. A swiffer goes a long way in wood floors. The desk people were not at all kind and the night desk people were rarely there. The last day their air was nroken in the lobby and it was so hot that i had to sit during the ckeck out process that i had to sit down which they were not happy about. Even though no one else was in the lobby. Also house keeping tried to come into our room despite the do not disturb sign. The pool was relatively clean the first day but filthy the next. I will not stay here again.

I was staying here to attend business matters, needing a place that was convenient, safe, comfortable, quiet and affordable. In most respects this property was that. Handicap parking was sufficient and convenient. The interior is clean and in good condition. The front desk attendant was pleasant and helpful. Online photos are dated. The non-smoking first floor room I was initially given reeked of tobacco smoke. When reported, a room was quickly found for me on the third floor. Housekeeping was not as competent as expected. The second room looked good, clean and comfortable. Its wi-fi was insecure, accessible without sign-in, but worked with my VPN. The wet area lacked towel racks and the room faucet lacked a flow restrictor and splashed water over the sink, counter, towels and guests unless gingerly operated. The student desk chair with hard surface floor are a fall hazard. The "business center" within the lobby was worse than average. There was a computer and a printer - claimed full time by someone using clothing and other items to discourage use, even when they weren't present, by guests. No business traveler should rely on the availability, privacy or security of a hotel business center. If hotels understood the needs of a business traveler, they wouldn't have "business centers" located in front lobbies or their PCs on non-partitioned, insecure hotel wi-fi network. If you can't work efficiently with a phone, bring a secure tablet or laptop.

Staff very friendly. Housekeeping is only done if asked. Recent remodeled, but i think they were taken advantage because the work was shoddy. The upgrades will not hold up.

I’m not sure who they hired to update the hotel, but they should get their money back! The paint job is awful, not to mention they used the new flooring as also the baseboards. When the AC turned on the whole room smelled like burnt plastic mixed with mold. The mattress had cigarette burns and gross yellow stains.
