Hotels needs updates. Was stuck in the elevator and tired the bell and alarm luckily my husband opened the door and we got out. Maintenance was standing like why did you get in?? No sign - he was just applying out of order. I have stayed many times. This time was not good. Room super hot even with air on .

The problem was that management cheated on the rooms that I ordered. Instead of two double rooms they gave me two double bed rooms. The rest was fine. Cleaning services were excellent. Always on time and clean.

Just older than most of the 4 star hotels i stayed at and had issues with the toilet. Carpet was ripped and windows were not clean

The hotel is nice and clean. Only bad point is the breakfast which i will not book again. If i ask for huevos fritos duros i dint want to get the protein still in liquid condition. This should be fairly easy to do but was too much to ask for already. Not again.

Great hotel and I have stayed there many times over the last 10 years. Amazing Customer Service and definitely wanted to mention that uno de los buttones se llama Orlando was a great help!

I had a live cockroach on my bed and construction started outside my door at 7am, do I need to say more. The desk staff could not have cared less.

The staff was extremely polite and resourceful. My room was clean, comfortable and had a great view of the city. My driver gave me a tour of certain prominent buildings and he told me on the 42nd floor was a beautiful view of the city, good music, food, and drinks.

It’s a nice hotel but Needs to be updated. Carpet should be removed from room, it’s too stuffy

This building is a city landmark but the hotel runs short of our expectations as such. Our room A/C wasn't working properly, the TV had no signal, the safe didn't work, bathroom sink had no hot water. The elevator system was pretty much like a maze. To get to rooftop restaurant you have to walk up 2 sets of stairs.
The staff was very friendly and helpful. We went to the rooftop restaurant and the waitress was doing everything by herself: sitting customers, taking their orders, bringing orders to the tables, closing accounts and even cleaning up the tables...and she ALWAYS had a smile in her face, she was the highlight of our stay at the hotel.
The breakfast is not included in your stay, I even think they charge you for a cup of coffee.
The bed was comfortable!
Overall was disappointing for such big and famous hotel. The staff definitely made a diference for us!

I booked an Executive Room, 2 Double Beds but I was assigned a small room with only one bed. After discussing with them, they just let me in that room.

my stay at this location was HORRIBLE NEVER AGAIN.
4 nights and 5 days.
The staff member Daniela was unapproachable and her demeanor was as if you were bothering her. Unfortunately for me she was always at the front desk.
The hotel had only 2 elevators working for the guest, the hotel staff, including housekeeping with the carts full of clean and dirty linen. In 5 days I was there the elevator was never fixed. I had to wait 15-20 minutes for an elevator in a hotel of 44 floors. The elevator will go up to floor 20 and ther people will use it for other events.
Is obvious that the hotel manager does not care about fixing this issue.
The hotel pictures posted on expedia for the Premier Room with city view is not what I got when I arrived at the hotel. I wish I can upload the pictures of my room. Overall don't stay in this hotel is my personal opinion. low quality rooms, the ac was leaking all night, staff mediocre, the hotel beds uncomfortable, poor management.

I very much enjoyed the service and staff. Ricardo and Orlando especially were very great staff members. The hotel was clean and tidy each day and everything was very pleasant. The food was excellent and always convenient at any time of the day. The stay was great! Muchas Gracias!
