Room was very comfortable and clean, and the complimentary breakfast was appreciated and better than we've had at some hotels. Our room didn't have a view, it only looked out at another wall, but that was okay since we didn't come to Madera for the views. Staff was friendly and helpful. The pool was clean and maintained, but it was too cold to swim. We would stay here again.

We were a very late arrival - but had no issues with coming in so late. Property was clean & comfortable.

This place is nice and clean for a quick overnight stay. Walls are thin so you can hear a lot of noise. Other than that, it’s great!

Everyone was so friendly, and accomidating.
A cleaning staff member when out of their way to find us towels for the pool. Kitchen staff all said good morning, and let us stay a little later in the dinning area even after they closed.
Property/room were clean, eveything worked well, bed was comfortable, hot tub and pool were great!
Absolutely wpuld stay again!

It was a short distance from family gatherings. It was conveniently located next to a freeway entrance.
The bathroom toilet was not functioning properly. It seemed like it was clogged somewhere along the line. The bathroom sink drained very slowly. The heating system blew cold air most of the time, so we kept it turned off. The breakfast was delicious.

The website said it had a bar but it did not. That was very disappointing as that was why we chose to stay there. Please update the hotel info since there is no bar or lounge.

I was booked for a suite with 2 beds and a couch and got a room with 1 king bed only. Had to go out and buy an inflatable mattress.

Check in staff was less than pleasant, toilet seat was coming off the toilet, went to breakfast to be told they were out of a number of things with 30 minutes left to closing.

Few things in area open late, clean but pool and jacuzzi closed. Area a bit run down but overall a secure clean place in Madera that is JUST off the freeway. 5 stars for excellent staff. 4.5 for overall really.

I love this hotel when I visit my family in Madera. The hotel itself is clean nice little pool, cozy rooms, friendly staff. The location is also conveniently right off the exit, across from a Starbucks and less than five minutes away from a shopping plaza.

The sheets in our room where not clean. Looked like someone ate Cheetos in bed and sheet where not changed.

Staff were very courteous and helpful. Breakfast was excellent and about as easy and pleasant as anywhere we have stayed.

No hot water.
Upgraded us to a larger room free of charge. But the room was not super clean. Would have much rather been able to receive a credit on another stay or something as we were only there for less than 11 hours.

Clean, neat and comfortable. From the lobby to the room. Lobby had e-amenities, tv, seating. Breakfast was good and constantly maintained by pleasant staff.

Beds were very comfortable. Breakfast was very good, with several hot items. I always wonder why hotels don't have towel bars by the sink or hooks for a towel by the shower??? Our only complaint was the AC & fan was very noisy, and we kept hearing and feeling vibrations from a fan running in another room.
