No towels for the pool. Pool room was very cold.

I got there late in the morning the staff was very nice and friendly.

Heater was broken in the room and it was a cold night. They had no extra blankets at desk and switched our room at their suggestion. The 2nd room we would told heat is working great.. it worked for about 20 mins and then just cool air coming out. We were cold all night with just one thin comforter blanket. We wore extra socks and hoodie up over our head to try to sleep and it was still cold enough I shivered all night. I told the desk. They said “oh ya” again when I said we didn’t get to sleep because of the temperature they replied “oh ya”. Will not be staying there again.

I had the lady and 2 kids out for a getaway. The pictures looked nice and I was definitely fooled. It didn't look anything like the pictures. Very run down hotel for the name travellodge. We came into room to go to bed and as I was pulling the blankets free from the bed. A pair of used woman underwear popped out. It was extremely gross and I couldn't sleep all night after that. Very terrible experience.

Beds were comfortable. Did not receive any housekeeping services. They came in and took garbage out on day 2. Breakfast was good. Bathroom was old and outdated. Hooks ripped out of the door and wall in bathroom.

The room was ok, the bathroom window in shower is clear glass, this unit is main floor and street side, i could see where people would feel uncomfortabke with this, i thought it was odd

Need a exhaust fan for the bathroom. Curtains would not completely close off the window.

We stayed 3 nights. We did not get new towels, garbage was not picked up, beds were not made. Usually they still clean the room even if we are not checking out. Was disappointed for that. Also, breakfast was limited because the pancake machine was out of order and the juice dispenser machine also.

My experience at the hotel was quite positive. The staff was attentive, the room was comfortable, and the amenities provided a good level of convenience.

The facuality is very outdated. No glasses or chair in the room. The puctures on line are nothing like the actual room. They need to update their web site. The beds are saged in the middle.

To be honest this establishment is a complete craphole! The building is severely run down and falling apart. Bathrooms in your room are filled with mold, rooms are tiny and not well set up. Pool has been out of order for months. Drug addicts and prostitution going on, lots of sketchy people hang around the hotel. Do NOT stay here not worth the cost. Hotel owner clearly doesnt care about good, safe hospitality. Photos online are fake and do not represent the actual condition of this establishment. STAY AWAY!

King size room was so small i couldent open my fridge, bed was EXTREMELY uncomfortable..... people walking byand knocking or room doors ALL night

Highway 17 was closed East of Thunder Bay due to a collision we needed a place to stay for the night no timeframe on when highway reopening . Booked hotel on expedia showed had a pool and pet friendly. After travellkng with a 2 and 4 year old for 12 hours in vehicle pool is good way to tire them out before bed . Arrived at hotel smelled of cannabis and was dated . Front desk agent was very friendly. When i asked her about pool she said it was out of order for a heater upgrade to get the water temperature to brand standard ( bummer ) . Without me asking she said she would waive the $20 pet fee for the pool inconvienence when i told her i had a dog ( bonus ) . Not sure if it was the air freshners in hallways but amelled of cannabis or cheap cologne . The room and ameninitys are definitly dated and need of upgrading modernization . Room and plenty of room for kids to run around in . Beds onlynhad 2 small pillows and just a hospital style blanket and sheet. Overall a decent cheap hotel . Cinnamon buns from.the breakfast room in the morning tasted great !

Room was clean…king bed but room was small. Staff let my husband stay for a late checkout while I was at hospital with tests. No extra charges.

Easily the worst properties I’ve ever stayed on. I stayed for 4 days and never was the hallway vacuumed, same wrappers were on the floor. Wallpaper peeling, pool heater broken, corners on walls damage, placed reeked of weed. Our room was ok but not vacuumed, peeling paint in bathtub. Was offered a different room but I didn’t have the energy to move all my stuff again. The kicker was getting woken up at 1am on my last night with a domestic next door. Called front desk to call the cops and they said they will just tell them to keep it down. I explained I feared for the safety of the woman and they did nothing but knock on the door. Also found a dirty tray behind the tv stand, garbage in the drawers and small bits of glass on the bathroom floor. Will never return. This building is run down and just not great all the way around, which sucks because it would be nice if not left to get so ruined.

Staff was rude

It was a good price for the one night. However the room we had this time needed some work in the bathroom. The tub tap was difficult to turn on. We were too far from the desk. It was confusing. If we stayed again I would ask for a room on the main floor near the front.

I have stayed here many times but the building and facilities need updating BADLY! They keep staying they are renovating they have not in at least the past three years. It's too bad it is in a good location but the entire building needs work. And it's not little cosmetic things it's big things like shower not working properly, poor drainage, cracks in walls and ceilings, grouts in bathroom.

Bed bug infestation behind the headboard in room 105. No discount just an offer to relocate to another room. Absolutely disgusting and disgusted.

Room was clean but needs reno work and the bed had a broken spring.

The hotel room was filthy, as was the rest of the hotel. The staff wasn’t overly friendly, our key card didn’t work upon arrival so we had to trek back down to fix that with two small children. There were loud obnoxious people staying on our floor having some kind of party and the pool was out of service (my son was looking forward to swimming).

For the price was ok but for me value is about $70 no more than that.

Would not recommend staying here. Room has no heat, mold was in the showers. Overall the hotel is in desperate need of some serious updates.

Nothing wrong with this place. Would recommend to anyone
