If it hadn’t been for the mold on the caulk around the tub, I would have given five stars.

If the hot water was working i had to take cold showers both days

I’ve stayed at the hotel a few times in the past… but the room that I was in this particular time the bathroom was not cleaned as it should have been . It was hair in the shower. I used a Clorox wipe to wipe everything down and it was filthy by the time I was done. Never had this before. It was just this particular room

No hot water at check-in, in the morning scalding hot. The pool was an algae filled mess, probably not cleaned for years. How you advertise a pool cannot be used for years??? No ice machine on 3rd or 4th floors. Only nice thing was the beds.

This place doesn’t care about their guests 1 bit. First of all we checked in and the whole hotel didn’t have any hot water. 2nd of all, the lady at the desk that checked us in didn’t know the WiFi password so I wasn’t able to conduct my business on my laptop. The pool is the most disgusting pool I’ve ever seen in my life. The walls and elevators walls are all chipped up. The place was filthy. The bathrooms are outdated and was hair all over my floor. The ceiling tile in the bathroom is falling down. The beds were comfortable and this place has a lot of potential if they had a good manager. Start on your pool. You’ve been accepting negative feedback for years on this issue but still continue to do nothing about it! Get a new manager and this hotel could be a 4 star hotel. I’ll never stay here ever again. How many more negative feedbacks do you need to get to make a change? This place is a joke.

Hotel definitely needs a refreshing touch. Toilet seat was broken but I fixed it. All the faucets were lose and needed to be fixed. We asked for more pillows and fresh sheets because they didn’t look clean. After an hour of no sheets or extra pillows I went out to buy some for us. The staff was nice but that was literally the only thing nice about this hotel.

The clerk that checked me late at night was very helpful and made sure I received the room I requested. We didn’t have any problems with our booking. My main issue was that the entrance way and lobby smelled of weed.

I received a friendly greeting at check in, the room was large and comfortable, and the property was clean. The room door stuck and required a shove to open and close. Breakfast was good. I would go back.

The bathroom and room were dirty, there were dried boogers in both rooms and the shower. The ac was so dirty we didn’t turn it on. Sheets were dirty. It was honestly, gross. Had we not arrived so late abd had been so exhausted, we wouldve left

The only issue that we had was that the door key would not work and we had to get new keys everyday.

Very nice room and affordable. Stayed 2 nights instead of just one and adding the 2nd night was no problem. Disappointed that housekeeping--emptying trash and removing used towels and wash clothes is not offered until 3rd night. Breakfast was adequate, but staff had trouble keeping up with replenishing. Needed to do laundry and facilities for this were available at no charge.

I have traveled this whole country and I never had the experience that I had at this hotel. I felt that the young lady youhad working your reception desk on Wednesday night needs a couple of training classes in customer service. I will NEVER stay at this hotel ever again and I will tell my friends not to stay at any Baymont Hotel.

The door entry to our room was kind of messed up. It look like they had to break the lock to get access. You would have to see it, to see what I’m saying. I was in room 415.
Other than the pillows hard to sleep on, everything thing else was fine. We liked the continental breakfast.

Dirty, run down, bed fell apart when my son laid on it (side panel fell off and it was evident that it had happened many times), the bathroom was covered in rust and the bathroom door was mishung so it wouldn’t close. The shower was so bad that I had to rinse my hair in the sink to get the shampoo all the way out. The lampshades were broken. One was even put on upside down…. It was one of those places that you slept in your clothes fully dressed because it didn’t feel clean enough not, too. However, the breakfast was nice and that area was clean. The staff was pleasant- so that’s a plus!

I booked an upgraded room on Hotels.com and the desk agent refused to give it to me. They put me in a standard room, refusing to look at the information I tried to show them indicating the level of room that I booked.
Additionally, the desk agent was dismissive and condescending.

I think the rating numbers that I saw pre-booking were a little high based on my experience. What I liked was the ease of parking, easy access to the interstate, and availability of free WiFi’s and breakfast.
However, there were particles of hair present in my bathroom, the tub looked questionable, I saw marks on one of the beds, the door was a bit warn down, the juice machine was out of order, there was no bacon at breakfast, the cleaners came by bothering me before the official check out time, and the walls were thin so I could hear noise from the room beside me.

Room was filthy. Halls reeked of weed. There was a plastic grocery bag outside of the room next door that contained what could only be poo-soiled clothing. The smell was awful. We checked in late after a long day on the road, and

I was charged $100 deposit after paying for my room via your website and there's nothing that says that a $100 will be charged once you arrive at the check in. My room did not have a shower curtain we called and nothing was done about it. The bathroom was not 100% cleaned.

This was an overnight stay enroute to Nashville. Easy access off the highway. Comfortable. Had no shower curtain. Bathroom could do with an upgrade. Breakfast was adequate for us.
