This hotel, while economical, would not be a place I stay again. The room smelled like mildew and did not feel clean. There was a small blood stain on my sheets, strands of hair in the tub, and I got bug bites the last night I was there. The walls were thin and I could hear doors slamming and people talking. Breakfast wasn’t great- no hot options other than the waffles. The only positives are the convenient location and free parking.

Wasn’t expecting any 5 star room but expecting a clean room. The cleaning crew must have cleaned this room too quickly because they left the prior customers used bar of soap in the shower. The bath towel had two long black curly hairs on the inside . Turn off right from the start.

Being right next to Assembly Row is a huge asset for this hotel. If not for the location, I wouldn’t recommend it. But it’s still conveniently located, so it’ll do.

The hotel looked awfully dingy. I thought the front entrance is the back entrance just to be surprised that the back entrance is even smaller. The area is somewhat deserted.The elevators looked ugly, dark and dirty. You could smell pot in the elevator. The hallways smelled stale and damp.
The room was normal. Bathroom was small and the tub wouldn’t drain swiftly. For the amount charged (240$), this is considered below average. I have been to inns, even in remote places that I had to text my location to friends in case(!) and La Quinta Summerville topped them in dinginess…

The hotel was a dump. It’s old and tired. It doesn’t need to be renovated. It needs to be torn down. It’s good for a 3rd world country, not the great city of Boston. I paid top dollar on the weekday and really felt ripped off.

The rooms and furniture are very old and run down as is the plumbing. The rooms were muggy and slightly odorous. The location was convenient and the service was excellent but would probably not stay again.

We were simply under the impression that the hotel room would be cleaned more than it was.
You walk in the elevator was heavily graffitied. The bathroom had some fresh towels,.others looked as if they had make up still left on it. Soap scum in the shower. Fingerprints all over the mirror and furniture.
It truly felt like the bare minimum was done to the room. Change of sheets and some towels.

This place is about a low as you can go and still call it a barely acceptable hotel. Condition is poor, lots of water damage and poorly maintained walls and floor. There is literally graffiti in the elevator! Room was ok but no more than staff. Staff ranges from friendly to downright surly, try your luck! This place is clearly a remnant of 1982 when the surrounding area was a lot more rundown and this hotel is barely creaking along until it gets demolished which can’t be more than a year or so away

The hotel staff was extremely kind and efficient. The location was great. The subway was just a 5-10 min walk.

Great stay for Patriots day. Nice breakfast, convenient short walk to T and restaurants and shopping in Assembly square. And surprisingly quiet even though it's right next to I-93. Definitely would stay here again.

The room was comfortable, clean, convenient, and quiet. The front desk employees were friendly and informative. Our shuttle driver was on time and very safe. A great location for making flights at Logan.

The bed was comfortable and the location and price are good, but the facility needs an update. Breakfast had so few options (scrambled eggs, waffles, or a loaf of bread by the toaster) that the waffle line went across the whole room.

Not worth the $400/night cost. Carpets are outdated, elevators are unclean and sound like they are about to fall any second, ac/heater was so loud and rattled horribly that I couldn't sleep. I didn't finish my night there, I took a cab to another hotel where I finally got some sleep. The lobby feels like a hospital waiting room and the only positive about the stay were the employees who were very kind and prompt. I also got bit by a mysterious bug in spite of checking the room for potential bed bugs. I will not be staying there again.

Corner room on the fourth floor. Lots of light. room was well equipped. it was quiet. Previous stays had not been very good so i have been avoiding La Quinta. Location is good for what I was doing so I tried it again. The included breakfast is pathetic however.

ORIGIONAL RESERVED ROOM SMELLED OF SMOKING AND WOULD HAVE BEEN TOXIC TO OCCUPY. THE DESK ATTENDANT DID RELUCTANTLY GIVE ME A NEW ROOM BUT DIDN'T LIFT A FINGER TO MOVE MY LUGGAGE OR DO THE KEY EXCHANGE. NEW ROOM SMELLED FINE, BATHROOM WAS CLEAN, BUT THE SHOWER HEAD POINTED TO THE SHOWER WALL AND COULDN'T BE CORRECTED, AND THE RUGS IN THE ROOM HAD A LOT OF SMALL LITTER THAT COULD HAVE BEEN CORRECTED WITH A VACUUM JOB

It was a nice clean room. Larger than expected. Breakfast had lots of choices and was clean and well prepared. Would have been nice to have a pool.

An older, basic hotel. Don’t expect frills here. Location is convenient as it is a half mile to a T station, but the bathroom in the room was pretty run down and the TV should have been mounted on the wall to be out of the way and higher to be more easily seen

I booked the hotel in a rush without checking the reviews, it’s very old building and dirty .the bathroom barely could flush normally I thought it was clogged but you just have to keep your hands there until it flush properly, towels dirty. I couldn’t wait to leave the hotel.

it's in a great location close to Boston and surrounding areas to eat and entertainment. Breakfast was very good, was hot and offered variety to satisfy everyone. Although clean and comfortable rooms was disappointing to see sheets with holes.
