GREAT location: off County Road 12 only 2 miles from the Foley Beach Express, 3 miles from Highway 59 and about 12 miles from Gulf Shores & Orange Beach. 15-20 minutes from most area attractions, restaurants and shops. 5 minutes from Tanger Outlets. Minutes to the beach and area attractions yet far enough to avoid the congestion and noise of the tourists and traffic on the beach. Fabulous shopping includes the Tanger Outlet Center, The Wharf and the Eastern Shore Center. Top rated golf courses in our area include The Peninsula, Craft Farms, Glen Lakes, Kiva Dunes and Rock Creek. Other area activities include bike trails, in-shore or gulf charter fishing, sandy beaches and many fresh seafood restaurants abound. We enjoyed our stay at this property. We enjoyed our morning coffee and evening time on the patio. Only thing we had a problem with is the mattresses need updating.

This property offered plenty of room for all of us to sleep comfortably. The big plus for us was the proximity to the baseball fields. Also to the beach and shopping. Fishing opportunity is another plus.

Condo was exactly as pictured. Very clean, well maintained. Beautiful location on the water but away from crowds at beaches. We had an amazing stay. Would definitely stay here again.

We traveled here with some friends and the condo was nice but there are a lot of rules and things that aren’t explained. First it states in the rules that a 3 bedroom condo can have 3 vehicles, except during peak time, dates were not listed for peak times, but you can pay an extra 25.00 for an additional vehicle. When we got there you can only have 2 vehicles and we were informed that peak times fluctuate so no dates for peak times can be given. Peak times could be anytime throughout the year or if there was a wedding or event. We were told we could park our additional car at Walmart until the end of our stay. We also still paid 25.00 for our third vehicle.
Also for 8 people, for 4 days, we were given 3 rolls of toilet paper and 2 garbage bags and told if we needed more we needed to provide it ourselves. This seems a bit much for me. The condo was nice and clean but we won’t stay here again.

A very nice two wing, 3 story unit right on a Bay Area and not far from the beaches and other attractions. Very affordable, especially when beach houses are going for $1000+ per night.
Pluses—clean, comfortable, attractive decor, 3 bed/3bath unit with an additional pull out bed. We did fine with six adults and one child and never felt crowded. Great to have 3 full baths. Everything was well appointed and it included a washer/dryer. Adequate kitchen, tons of storage, nice dining room/living area and a really great deck. Beautiful pool and comfortable library/group meeting room. It’s gated which feels safe (as long as you remember your code :). Elevator which both made it easier to get moved in and out and essential for our daughter who uses a wheel chair.
Minus—lots and lots and lots of rules, some a bit head-scratching ($100 fine for moving a piece of furniture. How big a piece of furniture? How far a move? What is serious enough to cost $100?). I’d really recommend culling the rules down to reflect what actually happens often (like smoking or pets) and what must surely not be a common problem (like taking pictures off the walls). It would make it less intimidating for renters to stay there to and easier for them to comply with a simpler list. There’s a long list of things that can result in charges to the card on file and that’s a little worrisome.
Good to know—there is a distinctive Christian vibe. Bibles and “blessing” signs in the units, crosses in a number of places, religious books in the library. Not a problem for us but people of other faiths should decide how comfortable it is for them.

I would recommend families who want a quiet place away from the busy beach scene. The accommodations are clean and well taken care of. Beds are comfortable and manager is awesome!!

We really enjoyed our time there and the beach was only about ten minutes away. Good place to stay with children

The unit was as presented online and was nicely furnished with a great view of Wolf Bay. The location is great for guests visiting Foley as it is close to OWA and all the shopping.

It's all in the header :)Convenient to everything. No complaints, I could return here! Just came for a couple nights at New Years, next time would be for a week or longer to truly enjoy the relaxing environment. And I'll remember my fishing gear next time, I'm sure specks/redfish could be caught from the docks.
