The man that checked me in was very kind and professional. I was able to check in early which helped me out. The matress was very firm.
Bathroom shower was good but shower curtin caused the floor to be filled with water. The jacussi was comfortable but a few jets were broken, and it was silocined on the inside.
Super close to the casino.

I was very pleased with every aspect of my 4-night stay here! The room was very clean and in very good condition. All of the fixtures worked, there was plenty of hot water and good water pressure, the bed was comfortable, the room was dark at night and the place was quiet.
The front-desk service was very friendly, the breakfast was fine and the breakfast area was clean and well-stocked.
I think this is a family-run property, and they are clearly doing an excellent job!!
And then, considering the reasonable price, this was an excellent value that just can't be beat!
I would gladly stay here again if I return to this area!

We are everyday people who weren’t looking for fancy. This hotel was comfortable for our stay. Carpet isn’t new and only thing I thought could have been vacuumed better. Hotel staff were very friendly and helpful! Breakfast was included and on the nicer side of most free continental breakfast I have had. We were in the area for a bowling tournament and we would stay there again.

We came to see the solar eclipse. The room (bed and pillows) was comfortable. The staff was excellent. I asked a maid for towels, she gave them to me, I offered her a tip and she refused. Front desk and cleaning staff were exceptional. The hotel is basic but a clean and safe place to stay.

Nice and clean. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I was so thankful they were pet friendly for my service dog. I would recommend this facility for a nice sleep.

The staff was nice. I booked the hotel because Hotels.com said they have a pool - the pool was closed for my entire stay. Make sure the pool is open if that’s important before you book. It also says there is a gym on the hotels.com site - I didn’t see a gym. When I checked in they said they would do room service to change the sheets and Tidy up every other day. I was there for four days - they never came to tidy up the room. I would have given less stars BUT the staff was very nice. I felt I got tricked into booking there as I was expecting to use the advertised pool.

The room was clean but needed a DEEP cleaning of the rugs and bathroom. The beds were comfortable and clean. The free breakfast was good - scrambled eggs, waffles, biscuits and gravy, cold and hot cereal yogurt, and fruit with bagels and muffins. The only problem is that we needed sugar free syrup for the waffles and sugar free jelly.

Photos online do not reflect the condition of the hotel, from the outside it looks run down , the inside is slightly better but dated. When we first got to our room it was absolutely freezing the heat was completely shut off. The room took awhile to warm up , but eventually did. Paid for a king suite, since it had a hot tub in it. We werent able to use it as it looked stained and didnt appear to be clean. The room cleanliness was incredibly questionable, but we were tired and did not feel like searching the area for another room since we had already paid. I will not book a room here in the future.

The 1st night was awesome, the 2nd night my husband had to call desk at 1:15am because the rm 102 were extremely loud. After you told them to quiet down the asked who the f. King snitch was and tried to come in our adjoining door so we didnt get any sleep last night. They didnt get quiet til 3:30am. Other than that it was a nice stay even though i wanted a jacuzzi room and none available. Plus all the marijuana smell was horrible even though not your fault.

Everyone from the front desk to the maid are so nice and friendly! Rooms very clean and best sleep my husband and I have had in a hotel!

Staff was exceptionally friendly and breakfast was great, but the room wasn't completely clean. Hair in the bathtub, dried up used washrag hanging on shower curtain rod, and what I can only describe as blood stains all over the curtains which is what scored this as poor vs average. It was pretty gross!

Hotel and room were clean. The hot tub *is* bigger than most we've experienced; easy to use and we both fit in it (a plus at our age!). Pool and area around it was clean and bright. The key cards worked every time (we've stayed at places where they don't)! The owners/staff are young and energetic. We would stay here again.

This room was filthy. There were panties and a plastic rose left in our room that we hadn't noticed the night of check in. My husband and I got back to the room after dinner and drinks and crashed. Then waking up this morning I notice waded up panties in the back corner and under the blankets after they were moved there is a plastic red rose laying on the floor. Makes me wonder if they just made the bed and left after the last guest stay.
Notifying the clerk, he didn't care at all. No apologies in fact he blatantly called my husband a liar after complaining.

We stayed at a Wyndham outside of Flint and it was horrible, this Wyndham was super nice, very clean and friendly.

I'll just call my stay "adequate". Front desk experience was fine, courteous and quick. Parking was a little inconvenient. There were no luggage carts. Room was spacious and comfortable however, sorely in need of a remodel. Carpet was stained, previous repairs of towel rack & (flimsy) shower curtain rod were sketchy and shabby workmanship with spackling. Climate control was good. Could not connect to WiFi - was too tired to figure out why not. I used the password in the guidebook and the Baymount network with no success. The TV was way too small. Was nice to have refrig & microwave in the room, would have been nice if front desk sold microwave foods & snacks. I am glad I only needed a place for the one night due to work being done on my house. Like I said, it was "adequate" but next time I think I'd spend the extra $20 and stay next door.

This hotel is in awful shape. There were bugs crawling in the bed, blood stains on the curtains, the chair was very stained and the carpets were in rough shape as well. The jacuzzi in the room was missing jets and you could tell it hasn’t been properly maintained.
We also had an incident take place that was not properly handled. The employees were very unprofessional.

I like staying at Baymont when we go to Indiana it’s a good hotel and their prices are decent. Comfy beds. Good size rooms. There’s a few minor things that could be a little cleaner but nothing that makes me not want to stay there. I always tell anyone that goes to Indiana to stay at the Baymont! We stay there every time we go as long as there’s rooms available!

This was the dirtiest hotel that I have ever stayed in. The room smelled like cigarettes. I wouldn't even trust the breakfast in the morning. I will never stay in this location again! The chair in the room has stains allover it. It was horrible.
