Rude staff. Cold breakfast. Musty smelling room.

The staff was very good. My only problem was: with so vacant rooms, why did we get "up-graded" to a room that was on the second level at the end of the building which was a very long distance from the main building? Using the main buildings' facilities ie: pool, hot tub, etc. was very inconvenient from where our room was located (it's a very big resort).

One thousand percent different from photos. The gentleman was great but the lady at the desk was rude. Super dated. Not at all like photos.

Dirty room. Horribly loud neighbours. Bad stay. Only saving grace were the staff. Although only two out of three staff interactions were good.

Sorry to say very disappointed receptions staff and restaurant staff rude, attitude not answer my questions terrible service, rushing on us, cockroaches in room plus ants, of course pool in maintenance I have pictures of both.
I am travelling for work and business often so I’ve been in hotels a lot but this escape which was a family long weekend celebration and my wedding anniversary
Horrible memories Never put my foot there again!
They were not busy at all so they had time to welcoming us and treat us like humans,but unfortunately NOT!

Jenna at the check in counter was kind to check us in earlier because we booked a couple massage at the spa for 4pm.
Our room was spacious and clean.

Room was comfortable and clean; pool and hot tub were very nice, clean and set at a comfortable temperature. The included breakfast was a nice touch. Overall value was great.

Our family had a great stay. Breakfast was included. The pool was great for the kids. Hot tub was lovely for the adults. Rooms were clean. We went in the winter and could see the potential for the summer. Could use some updating though.

We use this property because our kids love the pool and hot tub. Hot tub was drained and out of order. Pool use was limited. Couldn't get any reception on my Rogers phone to get calls or messages. Heat control was missing from wall so husband had to adjust it on the unit. Was either hot or cold in our room making it difficult to sleep.when we were leaving resort they told us breakfast was included which is not what the site said when I booked our room.we had gone out for breakfast the day before.Staff were trying hard to please us but facility is in need of maintenance.

We have stayed here several times but always had a room in the main building. This time, we were in one of the outbuildings buildings close to the water. The room was huge and very comfortable, although the ceiling was rather shabby looking as were the bathroom walls, but this did not make a difference in how comfortable it was. I enjoyed the view of a beautiful sunrise over the water. We will definitely be returning.

Property is very expensive for a below average at best room. Price should take in account off season. Room could have been much cleaner amd is need of repairs to the curtains, main door taps etc.

I would definitely stay here again. The staff was friendly, check-in was easy, our room was clean, there were many amenities on the grounds that we were happy with and the view of Lake Simcoe is lovely. We had dinner at the restaurant in the hotel and greatly enjoyed the food with a gorgeous view of the lake. After dinner we did a quick swim, hot tub and dried off in the sauna. It was a little cold running back to our rooms because we were placed in a separate building from where the main pool building is but that's understandable given that it's late October.

The rooms are well updated, beds comfortable. Needs a small table and 2 chairs so you can eat in there though. Big room with lots of empty space.
Weekend service included simply a plastic bag with replacement towels and toilet paper dropped in front of the door.

The staff are very friendly. Moved us from Lakeside to inside because we were concerned about being close to the water with our two children. They were very understanding.

Our family comes here every year, we love it! There's no other place like this by the water around lake Simcoe, we bring the boat and have so much fun!!! Amazing spot for wakeboard!!!

Stayed 1 night the room was average, in the morning there wasn’t hot water has to take a cold shower wasn’t happy with that.
Breakfast are was average not much choice but it was ok
Service very poor there was 4 people we asked for the four serving and one extra and also a side of fruit salad the waitress said will be extra 3 dollars.
Well the extra plate never came and the fruit was 1 orange cut up, never came around with refills for coffee, waitress was very confused and slow.
