stayed 2 nights, suite was big, no bugs seen but it is very outdated, and needs a GOOD cleaning. I brought my own cleaning supplies and such, made it comfortable enough but when you are within a certain budget, with a pet, you do what you have too. It was good enough.

Whole fourth floor smelled horrible and our room reeked with cigarette smoke.

There were roaches that I made aware to the front desk. The lady that was in duty brushes it off like it was bi big deal. Asked for a manager. Said no one was in but they'd have him call me..of course,no call...

Rented 2 rooms. Neither phone worked. I had to play around with 1 tv for 20 minutes before i figured it out. Other tv never worked. 1 refrigerator smelled AWFUL. Didnt even open the other one. Soap in 1 bathroom was used. Floors were filthy. If we hadnt already driven for 8 hours, would have NEVER stayed. Absolutely gross and not worth the money.

Kate was busy with a guest away from the front desk when I arrived, so I had to wait a few minutes for her to check me in, but she was pleasant and helpful.

I arrived at around 11 pm and the night receptionist was very friendly. The hotel was fine for what I paid and the area was pretty nice.

Amazing place with a wouderful staff that bkth resoectful and more accommodating then most hotels ive stayed out. Its our go to in haggerstown.

Had a pool and hot tub but it was shut down all weekend on New Year’s Eve you would think that they would have it up and running for a big weekend

We literally had ti change rooms the place stunk so bad. Even the elevator was filthy. Doors and walls dripping with dirty fingerprints. Sheets clearly just made up after someone stayed there before.

Immediately I stepped in the building and into the lobby, there was a heavy smell that resonated. I entered the room and the room smells like cigarette mixed with some other unnatural smell. I walked out and never returned.

All the sheets had stains on them that were there before we laid down for bed. The shower had no pressure and never got hot enough! I was supposed to have the 2 double beds and pull out couch but when I arrived on Thursday only got the 2 double bed room.

We felt that overall the hotel needed some updates but also a deep clean. Even the walls in the roon were dirty i cant imagine the areas that are not visible (carpet etc). The room also had a musty smell to it and some of the towels as well.

Do yourself a favor and find somewhere else to stay. The carpet is filthy throughout, everything is old and worn out, sofa very uncomfortable and filthy. The TV is tiny, the bath exhaust fan was black, hair on the tub, big unsightly gaps in the caulking. The ONLY thing nice was the bath vanity as it looks new. Continental “Breakfast” a joke. No cream, no lids for coffee cups, no yogurt. The woman at the desk. Stephanie who was very sweet and helpful tried to get the TV working but couldn’t so she moved us to another room.

I left after 2 hours. Didnt want to stay in fear of what id catch from just the smells. Im not going to beat you down with everything thats wrong. You already wasted my time and money. I work all day to earn the money to pay you over a hundred dollars to not even want to sit on the bed

The room and the hallways smelled like a cigarette lounge, when our room smelled that way I went to the phone to call…. Phone did not work, lock on the door was broken. Breakfast @ 9 am ( closes at 10) had one bagel and some dried up egg circles. Would never recommend this place even to my enemy!

The beds are always comfortable and theyhave a selection of pillows. The breakfast was good as usual. I find the bathrooms small and the sink was on the outside of the actual bathroom. The water pressure was non existent in the sink, but great in the shower

It is a very nice hotel, the bathroom is small, and the shower is odd like a spaceship. The hotel workers were very nice and helpful. I would recommend this hotel if you were shopping at the outlets in Hagerstown.

I book this stay based.on them having a pool and hot tub
It needed to have these components. It hasnt had the pool or hot tub up in months. Very very upset i paid for this stay and its not open

Good, safe and quiet stay with friendly staff. It was clean but had old items and some were stained.

This place is a mess. It needs paint, the pool was not working, it stunk of cigarettes and pot. I was not happy at all. We found out the pool was out of order when my son came back to the room to tell us. I walked in and out several times without a hello. Just low end. So very disappointed. Will never stay at one of these properties again.

1. Have you night time staff worry more about taking care of guests then talking to the person out front.
2. Not have spiders all over my room killed 6. Killed 2 of them on me while I was sleeping.
3. Not have my room infested with ants.
4. Not have condoms floating in the hot tub.
5. Have the manager put the 5,000 points on my IHG account or comp my room like she said she was going to.
