It was dirty and smelled really bad. Like the carpet had wet mildew pads underneath. The place is a budget hotel that is close to JFK. So if you're looking for that, this will work. Staff was really nice though.

Great location for an overnight layover. The free shuttle is a big plus. Convenient complimentary breakfast served each morning. Situation in a neighborhood rather than an industrial area like other airport hotels. Decent quality for the price.

We chose this hotel because it had a shuttle to the JFK. The shuttle worked out great! There is the possibility of ordering bar food as I recall. It was mice to have a bar. We aren’t fast food people so there wasn’t anything within a 30 minute walk that I was interested in eating. The room and most importantly the bed were comfortable. Check out was at 11:00, which was great for is. I don’t remember the breakfast so it was probably standard hotel fate. The downside to this property for me was the fragrance in the common areas and our room.

This hotel was very nice. Clean,bright, roomy, and modern appeal. I got an airport pickup and breakfast. Hotel felt safe with key access to each floor via elevators.

The hotel and the rooms are tired and run down. Not the quality of a usual Hampton Inn.

The receptionist Chelse was very cheerful and helpful after a long flight. Quick bite at the bar was quick. The room was immaculate. Didnt sample breakfast but there was a good spread.

The hotel was very nice and comfortable. The staff were friendly. The only complaint is the shuttle took awhile to get us at the airport and it wasn’t easy getting in contact with the hotel about the shuttle.

We stayed here overnight after flying into JFK late. The check in was quick, the room was comfortable, and the place was quiet. It is very close to JFK. You may need to wait for the shuttle because it comes every half hour. They provide you a link to request the shuttle when you land.

Everything was great with the exception , no Bellman / Porter to assist with your luggage . Have to put them on the trolley yourself . Diana the front desk clerk was very helpful . Hotel is located very closed to the Airport which is convenient for overnight guest .

Hotel is nice, staff great, bed was old needs replaced.
No shuttle service available, had to take a taxi to a nearby pickup point, cold and rainy, then the taxi drivers try to rob you, first taxi wanted $65 for what turned out to be a 5 minute ride

The overall condition of the room was nice clean and spacious. The bed was very comfortable and the staff was friendly. My stay was only for 5 or 6 hours because of a 11 hour layover at the Airport. The breakfast was tasty fresh and filling. My only issue was with the water controls in the bathroom which otherwise was well stocked with various amenities. I couldn’t get a hot shower yet the sink had plenty

Good location. Easy to get transportation from Fed Circle. Drivers really helpful. Great check in/out. Fast & efficient. Only $50 incidental charge. Room did exactly what it said on the tin. Would stay there again.

Fairly convenient - shuttle from Federal Circle was a plus. Nothing really around in the neighborhood. Room smelled like it had been smoked in.

We were told we needed to let them know we needed the shuttle 10 minutes before leavings. This was incorrect information causing us to be rushed for our flight. There needs to be a better system for the shuttle or the correct information needs to be shared.

The property needs renovation. The rooms are OK but the lobby is not. Pick-up at JFK airport is confusing. The staff seems that they don't care about you.

Alarm clock was pre-set by previous guest waking us up, then housekeeping staff knocking woke us up a second and overall property was old and dated

The rooms are so bright at night since the curtains don’t help (only sheer curtains in the middle) to keep the light from the neon sign of the adjacent hotel.

For the JFK frequent visitor, this is very close to the airport and exceeded all my expectations in a good way. I will stay here on all future visits.
