Hotel was generally good. Room was adequate. However, there was a continual hammering sound at various hours of the night and early morning. It did not sound like other guests enjoying themselves in another room...It sounded like construction noise, as though someone was hammering nails in a nearby room. We were placed in a room that was close to the service staff work area so it could have been an employee making repairs to furniture or something. This noise kept us up both nights of our stay. The breakfast was ok. Pretty much what you would expect from a hotel at this price. The staff also allowed us to arrive a bit late as they were closing breakfast up. The vending machine offered horribly overpriced sodas and water. A soda was $4. When we put our money in, the machine did not dispense a soda. The indoor pool was clean and well maintained. However, there was no time that we tried to use the pool that there were not small children running, splashing, and screaming. There was supposed to be a quiet hour, 9-10 pm, but I'm not sure if this was enforced or not. We were coming here to visit a nearby college so we had plans for some of the time we were there. However, we had about 8 hours one of the days to kill. There was nothing else to do in the area for miles. I would stay here again to visit the college, but I would not plan a trip here to see any sights, etc.

Overall convenience with bustling restaurant onsite. Full, healthy breakfast, gym and spa and nice lobby with fireplace. Despite being situated between two major roads, the room was very quiet. Sheets were crisp, clean, and smelled fresh. This was a nice meeting place for our conference group.

The hotel was very nice! Clean and comfortable room and an excellent restaurant on property! After a long drive this was the perfect place.

Water issue was never disclosed at checked in. Room floor was sticky, wall paint peeling off, the sheets has hair, mattress squeaked, sheets were rough and pillows are horrible. Breakfast area is so small that people are bumping into each other.

Excellent staff which made our stay most pleasant! All staff went above and beyond for us. Very clean rooms and great breakfast too!

2nd stay here! Staff is top notch, love the food @ the Delaney House and the pool and hot tub always clean and inviting.

Front desk manager was great. I had issues with the restaurant next door (owned by the Husband of the owner of the hotel) Front desk manager addressed the issue. I have been staying there at least once a month for the last 3 years, this will be the last time I stay at D hotel. I feel that the restaurant bar manager treated me with disrespect.

It’s alway great to stay at the D Hotel. We in town for a concert and was able to book at room at you favorite place in the area.

Great place, we only stayed one night but we loved it! Kids had fun in the pool and hot tub too!

We stay here 5 or 6 times a year when we visit family in Northampton. Never disappointed. Room always clean, nice breakfast nook, welcoming people at the front desk. Plus the attached steakhouse is a great feed.

Everything was great! The breakfast was amazing. So many options! The elevator is quite slow but functions well!

Heat was awful. When we entered the room it was way too hot. Could never get the temperature right, whether you picked 65,66,67,68,69,70,71,72. So, when too hot at night, we shut it off. 1-2 hours later, woke up and turned it on for a while. Rise and repeat. Not a good setup.

No problems at all. Staff was great, food was great, parking great, some guests were rude and unfriendly.

Staff was very friendly beautiful atmosphere very clean nice pool and jacuzzi rooms stocked very well me and my husband had a wonderful time we will definitely be booking a room again thank you so much the hotel for an amazing stay and thank you Expedia for an amazing price

This was our second stay. First time room had microwave, mini fridge and hard floors. This time carpet and mini fridge no microwave. The mini fridge did not keep food cold enough, the cooler pack was colder than fridge. The breakfast room had a microwave but it would be much more convenient to have in room. Overall beds and bathroom were very clean. Room had a desk with office chair - chair was very dirty looking. Hotel is very quiet. Hotel is little pricier than others in the area but smaller, more quiet and overall very clean. Would prob stay again but request room with microwave.
