Elizabeth at the front desk was a karen ,she has no hospitality especially to black people,i was there because that hotel was one of closest to Paris Island for my daughter graduation from the marine, we never feel welcome, never going back there ...

Check-in was great as I arrived early and they accommodated me. Beds are very comfortable.

The desk could not process my American Express we tried two different cards. They wanted cash but eventually took a master card. First 10 channels on TV all religious. Last 10 channels ponorgorphy. The breakfast advertised was an apple they had drinks for sale. This place stunk and was dirty.

We enjoyed our stay.it was clean and there was plenty of room.

Tha door didn't have tha weather strep all tha way round tha door,had to ask for ash trays...it was all bullcrap but we wanted to see our MARINE...BUT OVER ALL IT WAS NOT A WONDERFULLY STAY..MY OTHER FAMILY KILLED 2ROACHES IN THEIR ROOM

Room was not clean and had a bad odor to it. The floor was so dirty you could not walk around the room barefoot without your feet turning black.

I checked in early since I came from Florida for my sons Graduation from the Marine Corp. I had a reservation and they said they had one room but it was a smoking room. After asking my 25 yr old daughter if that was ok with her since we both are non smokers, I have been quit for over a yr, and we had traveled already 6 yrs after our 9 hr work shifts we just needed a bed to get some sleep. Opening the door to the room it was SO STRONG, we had to spray the room down!! My daughter’s allergies kicked in so bad she took 2 Zyrtecs. Getting up at 4am to hit Parris island we did not want to leave our belongings there any longer! I can say when we got back to the hotel they did kindly reimbursed me half of my second day, since I didn’t tell them this before 11am. I told them I’m sorry I was spending time with my son and I understand. BUT if they read this…. PLEASE do better with ventilation, air purifier maybe for your “smoking” rooms, which I was shocked that they still have! Not only that but I was slightly confused about the ceiling in the room……

We chose this motel because it was affordable and a short drive to Parris Island for grandson's graduation from Marine Corps boot camp. The motel room gave the appearance as having been updated. The decor was nice, to include bed coverings and nice wall art. However, when we arrived in our room we found that the fridge was leaking water on the floor, the TV wouldn't come on and the microwave not operating. We realized that all three were plugged into a power strip, which was plugged into another power strip, which was plugged into a household type extension cord! Somewhere along the way one of those had become unplugged. Bedside lamps were plugged into extension cords. Don't think that set up would be approved by the fire marshall! When we wiped up the water from the leaking fridge with tissues, the tissues were absolutely black. Made us wonder how often the floors are actually cleaned. We had no issues with the cleanliness of the bathroom fixtures. They seemed to very clean. The bath towels were small and thin but we made them work. We weren't expecting a fancy breakfast but truthfully it was disappointing - no bowls for cereal, only one lid left for coffee cup (coffee from a thermos type container), napkin tray w/3 napkins left. The other breakfast choices - a banana-nut mini-muffin and/or an apple from a bowl. We stayed four nights and each day the same. The food area was not well cleaned except for Sunday am the desk clerk did a great job. She was very friendly.

The rate of the room was awesome the beds were super comfortable unfortunately I did see a few cockroaches and the floors were so dirty that walking on them barefoot made your feet very black

There’s no way that the pictures on line looked that hotel. My sister in laws room was a smoking room, yuck…who has smoking rooms anymore. My room was not a smoking room but had cigarette burns in the bedspread and the small couch in there was disgusting. We did not stay either night. We still had to pay for one night. It was really awful

The rooms need to be cleaned a lot better. The staff were nice and helpful, but I would not stay here again.

Convenient to Parris Island. The room smelled odd. Fridg smelled like shrimp

this was not the same property listed on expedia when I booked. picture was not at all what the property actually looked like. the hotel had unsavory people walking around trying to borrow or ask for things when we walked outside of the room. the hotel staff were nice and helpful but apparently its in a semi bad area and not very safe in my opinion. looks like false advertising to me and i will be asking for some of my money refunded.

Found some dead bugs in the room , spots on the bedding. Looked like spots of blood on the wall and bathroom was not very clean.

Nice convenient stay

The place was dirty. And the lady in front desk was smoking when check in . It was smelled very bad .

The people at the front desk are nice, helpful, respectful and the area is good.

The floors were dirty. Had to go buy cleaning supplies and scrub the floors before they were fit to walk on. if you walked across the floors and entered the tub you had black foot prints you had to scrub out. while sitting on the toilet a small lizzard came out of the crack in the wall. I stuffed clorox wipes in the cracks to finish my stay. Never again

Picture frame falling off wall, bottom of lamps have rust, ice dispenser has rust around it. Filter of air conditioner, I cleaned it. Bed linen and towels look worn out with holes in it and nasty stains. Dust on toilets and furniture. Overall nasty.

Great value and great rooms for the money

The property had roaches. You can smell the roach spray. People walking all night outside the door.

The room and staff was good. The surrounding area had some questionable characters. I would use this hotel again in the future.

Near Parris Island

The room was nice. But we weren’t allowed daily towels and were told we could only get toilet paper after we stayed two days. Other than that it was a pleasant stay

Nice location, hotel staff was friendly. Breakfast was cereal, muffins and coffee. Everything was clean, a/c was cold.

I did not like anything. We had to leave the property at 9:00pm because of the noise. The room above ours had 6 children in it and the were taking turns on a chair ride across the entire room. The room next to our had 4 children running around outside and screaming. I expect a full refund. This has been reported to Expedia.

Room are not cleaned and No clean towels room smells like an ashtray and room walls and bathroom door have cracks and room have cockroaches

The pool was amazing. The property was quiet. The chamber maid was kind and helpful. The property is old but is being remodeled, and has a lot of potential. The breakfast was horrible. No coffee, no juice, no milk, need I say more.

Loved the 3 beds not a fan that it was upstairs. As a handicapped person, stairs are not a good thing for me. Otherwise where it was located was easy to get too. The staff was friendly.
