Room was extremely dirty

Smells like cigarettes

Room was spacious and appeared clean on the surface. However, when I pulled the covers back, I found a pubic hair, and then discovered that there was lots of hair in the bathtub and the surround walls. Looked like the room didn’t get cleaned though the bed was made and fresh towels added. The sink wasn’t clean either. I spoke to the front desk, and everything was fixed. Yuck. Other than that, it was comfortable, quiet, and easy to get to.

Parking was a bit inconvenient as I was driving a 26' truck. Right by the railroad tracks so a couple of wake up calls by train airhorns. Also a couple of very loud fights in the parking lot in the middle of the night.

I"m from the north not use to bugs. I know it's extened stay but the towel could have been cleaner. Im' blaming the construction worker. but bleach and hot water pulls a lot of that out. front desk was very helpful. location was great for what i needed.

room was clean bed comfortable a/c worked well, there was an iron but no ironing board, the only rack for hanging clothes was only tall enough for a shirt, the hot water was iffy, but i would stay there again. it was close to where i needed to be and options for food close by was good. staff was friendly and check in was super fast. re

First off, the good. The room was immaculate. Housekeeping does an amazing job. The mattress was fine. Both of the front desk clerks were just lovely; efficient and friendly!! Now for the bad. The TV was not working. The coffee maker was broken. The toilet ran all night. The coffee maker was broken. The curtains were literally nailed to the wall so any thought of natural light was but a dream. The coffee maker was broker. The pillows were absolute trash. The Wi-Fi was spotty at best. Did I mention the coffee maker was broken? The general area is very much a “main drag”, meaning fast food, gas stations, etc. It’s typical small town Texas, which also means the friendliest people you could ever want to meet. Overall, it was a clean, cheap motel. If I had to stay there again I would, but it wouldn’t be my first choice, and I’d be ready to hit a coffee shop first thing.

Area is not quiet, loud trains in the night. Also we unfortunately had a really loud car start at 5:30 both mornings but that can’t be helped. The motel was fine for sleeping in and felt safe. The only concern was the AC having mould inside the fans, we switched it off as it wasn’t pleasant. Other than that we had a lovely stop gap in San Angelo on our road trip across Texas!

George was very helpful. H He noticed that I reserved a smoking room so he asked me and I'm glad he did cause. I did not realize that and he was able to change me to an nonsmoking area. He made it so easy.

The office gentleman was very nice and accommodating. Our first room there was blood on the floor and chair so we were moved to another room which was cleaner but realized later there were fleas in there. Good thing we were only there for 12 hours

Motel has been remodeled. Has all the necessary items for a night’s sleep at an affordable rate.

Speed hasle free check in

It's very well kept and clean and the lighting in the rooms isn't bad either. The room isn't very sound proof so you can hear the cars outside and people talking outside but it isn't too bad/loud or too distracting. What I REALLY did not like was when it was near check-out (like 10:40am) time and they just helped themselves into our room to take our cards. My girlfriend had to quickly run and shut the door because I was half undressed still. That was a very uncomfortable experience. So uther than the staff pulling that horrible move, the place itself was a good stay. Just make sure to keep the hatch and lock on near check-out time incase they try to barge into your room just to take your cards too.

To expensive for area

I stayed here 2 nights the gurl in morning up front isnt to friendly but dont let her ruin the day the guys were very nice when i checked in i think one of them was a maintenance guy not sure but nice spacy room

I didnt like that they charged my card more then what i was told

Train track is too close to hotel and very noisy. Other than that,,, the stay was great

The only thing is water pressure is low! Also beds could have mattress cushion or be a bit more comfy but it’s a doable! Price is perfect especially when you are coming a few times every other month!

It’s hard to beat for the price.

Feet were dirtier when I got out of the shower than when I went in. The floors were so nasty and sticky. I'm not sure the floors had ever been mopped. The condiment packages for the coffee were sticky.

The room was large and included a separate area with a kitchenette. The bed was relatively comfortable. The problem was with the staff. We were not provided with a do not disturb sign, so the staff pounded on our door early each morning shouting for laundry. Then, about half an hour later, the cleaners came and pounded on the door again. Finally, on our check out day, we counted them pounding on the door seven times starting an hour and a half before 11am asking if we had laundry, then asking if they could clean, and finally asking when we were leaving. While our trip was mainly business, we had several evening meetings that ran really late, so we were hoping to rest in the morning. Between the staff’s loud knocking and yelling, and the train directly behind the building, it was impossible to get decent rest.
