The breakfast was fabulous, and the staff was extremely friendly.

Clean, spacious rooms. The bed was a lot like sleeping on a concrete slab. Very, very hard, which made it difficult to get comfortable. We were on the 3rd floor facing the highway and could hear the highway noise but it wasnt too distracting.

We arrived around 8pm. We weren’t greeted with even a hello or a smile. The lady working the front desk looked at us and asked for a last name. We asked about laundry and she said she didn’t know about what they hotel had to offer. We talked to another guest about how well the washer and dryers worked and they informed us that it would take more to dry then anything. When we asked the front desk lady for quarters for the washer and dryer she acted like she didn’t want to give us any quarters at all. I wanted at least 5 dollars to make sure that we had enough for both loads so we didn’t have to bother her again cause she was very rude. When laundry was started I realized that I had left both room keys in the the room with the door shut, so once again I was wanting to talk to the front desk but had to. When I explained what had happened with the room keys, I asked for another and apologized for the inconvenience. She very rudely sighed and rolled her eyes. The dryers took over $4 in quarters to dry and not getting enough quarters because the front desk didn’t want to give anymore I decided to use the vending machine to get more quarters which was way easier then dealing with the rude lady. Overall, the service was very rude and unprofessional, the room still had hair stuck to the shower walls and chips left on floor next to bed side. The tv remote wouldn’t work correctly. We choose not to say anything because we didn’t wanna deal with the rude attitude of the front desk lady.

The Lady at the counter, Deb, that checked us in was Amazing! We had a late start so i called at 2pm to let her know we would be checking in around 1am. We actually arrived at 2am and she was still working. Very friendly and accommodating. We have a disabled mom with us and she was very sympathetic to her needs. When we woke in the morning and went down to breakfast at 9am she was still working! We were so amazed at how alert she was. My husband commented on her long work shift. She said they were so short staffed and she was working a triple shift! She is an extraordinary, dedicated lady and deserves much praise! The breakfast was beyond delicious! The best breakfast we have seen at a hotel ever!!!

The staff were very friendly and the location is convenient. The filthiness of the carpets in the room and the stain on the bed comforter were not up to Hampson Inn standards.

The staff were friendly, informative and accommodating. Breakfast has good selection and the eating area is relatively spacious. Great place to stay.

Everything was very nice except for probably the most important item. The bed was very uncomfortable resulting in a sleepless night for both my wife and I.

This was a nice hotel in an area with a bunch. It was about what i would have expectes. It was clean and food was close by the hotel. The carpet meeds replaced, but was clean

Requested quiet location on 2d or 3rd floor. Made reservation in June. Provided with a room on 1st floor adjacent to office and lobby and directly across from soda machine and ice dispenser. Furthermore plumbing pipes ran across ceiling in room so I heard running water every time some guest showered. Just the opposite of quiet. Finally got quiet after midnight. All desk attendant offered was "sorry, we're fully booked." and refund. Avoid room 113 at all costs. Never should have been used as a guest room because it was intended for another use - office, storage, etc. but someone wanted to maximize $$$. Shame on management. Will never return.

It was very clean and quiet.

Hotel has had some upgrades but not quality workmanship. ie. Bathroom floor needs caulking around tub. Box breakfasts sitting in a table getting warm. Not a typical Hampton experience.

Front desk personnel were very nice and helpful. We had to change rooms because the bathroom sink drain wasn’t working. The rooms seemed very clean. The box breakfast was ok.
