Little disappointed I had called 5 days before my visit and asked for a room on lower floor since I struggle with stairs and the manager said no problem I get there and our room is on second floor. Then went to Hot tub and it was so dirty and no towels . I will stay somewhere else next time!

The room was dirty when we checked in. There was stickiness on the carpet and trash on it. The sink was dirty. The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful.

Shower and sink didn’t drain. Shower faucet stuck. No cups. No Kleenex. Said there was a pool when in fact it was a hot tub but it was closed.

I was revisiting the La Crosse Center over the weekend. I needed a place close. This hotel was convenient and nice. The bed was comfortable and there was plenty of hot water. The staff was friendly and courteous.

Our heater didn’t work. It was so loud and so cold in our room we slept with our winter coats on

I liked the price and the room i got was clean, tidy but cold, wasnt sure how to work temperature but they gave extra blankets. Breakfast was very small but they have a wafflemaker and its free so cant complain too much. They have a hot tub, but it was out of order when i was there. Overall best option for low cost on a short notice.

The location of my room was noisy. The bed was very firm. The room was clean and the staff were friendly.

No working hot tub. No Kleenex in room. No ice container in room. Breakfast was sparse with old fruit. Very poor

Dont waste the money or points on this place. The rooms were musty smelling, and not very clean. Walls are thin so you hear literally everything. Staff didnt really seem to care about much of anything.

Have been there in past, the bath tub faucet needs repair as well as sink drain. Back door not locked any more. No eggs for breakfast, just yougert and cereral , coffee poor!

The main problem we had was.... we set up a dog friendly room online. Called to make sure they had the right reservation. The person on duty that night said yes and she would put a note in the system so the day staff would know. We get there and they didnt have the right room ready. We had to wait almost an hour to get our room. Then they had us switch rooms.
The room we got the 2nd time was a decent room for the price.
The complementary breakfast was a joke.

I needed a hotel nearby the hospital my family member was admitted to. I was given a room next to an outside door where all the smoking guests would hang out. This door was supposed to be locked and opened with my room card, but it opened and slammed without any problem. I got to listen to a lot of shady conversations not by choice and some lady yelling at her child all the time until late.
The staff were great except there was no bottle opener available for guests so bring your own. I was given a non smoking room except there were cigarette burns(?) on the floor in the bathroom. I hate to say it, but tonight I am going to look elsewhere

We arrived at our hotel got to our room smelt like somebody was smoking a cigarette next to me came back later that night to unpack and get ready to sleep and cockroaches are everywhere when I went to the management about it they said what do you want us to do? do you want a new room? no! if there's roaches in one room they're in every single room! Do not stay here! Did get a refund, thank God!

The receptionist was outside smoking and acted inconvenienced that I wanted to check in. The hotel is very run down and smells bad. I will not stay there again.

We had a suite room, which is right above the lobby. There were people in the lobby being really loud all night, and arguing very loudly early in the morning, around 5/6 am.
This was definitely the loudest place I have ever stayed. We could hear people in their rooms down the hall from in our room, it all made for a sleepless night and an extremely early morning. Probably fine for kids partying, but not for travelers looking for a place to get sleep at night.

Was there for a family service. Besides the blatant price gouge of the property due to college graduation weekend (doubled price of room), the continental breakfast was nonexistent. All in all one of the worst hotels I have ever stayed in.

I witnessed the staff walk in to two peoples rooms with them in it with out their permission. Very rude and condescending. The place smelt like mold or some kind of sour stuff.

The hotel was decent. There was only a hot tub, no pool, but the hot tub & area was nice. The room was nothing fancy. The beds were well slept in, but comfortable for someone who likes a softer mattress. I slept well on it. Shower was good and hot, which was great. the breakfast did not have hot foods other than the waffles. There was cereal, yogurt, toast, donuts, juice, coffee, & milk for the breakfast bar. Overall for the cost of the room, there was more to offer than I would have expected. I would stay there again.

A/C unit was not working which made for a miserable hot night. Wifi was barely working either

Smelly, sketchy, overpriced for the level of quality, and unclean.
White stains on the drapes, people having weed roll out of their rooms, not a very safe environment, and overall an unclean and unkempt environment.
Had a 2 day stay and tried to get out of the 2nd night and change hotels but they would not refund for the 2nd night.
Highly discouraged, cannot recommend.

We could smell in the hallways that someone was smoking marijuana somewhere periodically. It appeared that people were using this hotel as a permanent residence, which it is not advertised as being an extended stay facility.

The hallways were very noisy all night long (yelling/running).
The soap in my room was already used and re-wrapped. The bathroom tiles/grout were really dirty.
Staff was really nice and willing to go above and beyond.
Would have been nice to have more breakfast options.

The internet pictures looked absolutely nothing like what we saw. We walked in to register, and left. We felt very uncomfortable with the atmosphere.

It was not a good experience. Other guests were very loud, yelling at their kids, talking on their phones in the hallways, etc. Simone walked into my room using a key card and without knocking while I was getting dressed. Very bad place to stay. I felt unsafe and would not recommend this hotel.

I like the price for the room. However it lacked some essentials like facial tissues and brighter lighting option (only had a led light of low illumes hard to read).

Our stay was awful. The room we stayed in was dirty (shower hadn't been cleaned, towels had dirt on them, floor felt gritty, room was so stuffy we had to keep the window open the whole stay) and things were broken (right bedside lamp shade was crushed and cracked and the left side had no power, didn't work, and was loose and near falling off the wall). Walls were paper thin and a domestic fight broke out at 5 AM in the hallway and fighting occurred and doors were slammed for over an hour with no intervention from management.
Very disappointing stay.
