It was great at first until a month later they decided to pull money off of my card for no reason when everything was already paid for and settled

The Staff was extremely friendly and checked on us several times to ensure our stay was pleasant and we had everything we needed. I would have to say they actually went above and beyond to ensure we enjoyed our surroundings . When we visit Ms we will stay here again!

The first room given had an unmade bed and dirty bathroom this was replaced immediately key for elevator was very confusing, better signage is needed
We thought the carpeting in the upstairs hallway looked like mold and wondered why Any hotel would choose it

My stay was really good. The staff was very helpful. The room and sheets were clean. I did notice a roach trying to beat me in the door but I quickly eliminated the tiny intruder that was beelining towards the fridge. Overall, my stay was wonderful.

Comfortable room but no outlets throughout the room. Had to undue the lights just to be able to charge phones. Bed was comfortable. Tv i think was direct tv and the shows just kept going black. Restaurant was good and the bar tender was very nice. We needed a good bar tender who understood we had just come from a funeral. I would recommend the hotel. Breakfast was good.

I think this place was terrific!! Everything perfect!Clean friendly comfortable just everything!! It was one of the best holiday inns I have ever been. So so nice in every way. I’m very very fussy so I check everything. Bar made food and ate a delicious cheeseburger with fries and drink and bill was cheap. From the minute I walked in liked it. No horrible smell just comfortable and clean and wish I could stay there all the time!!!! If rating on 10 give it 11

This property was situated in a way. It was very hard to figure out how to get in the parking lot and how to get out of it. The carpet in the downstairs area was very dirty and needed a good vacuum. I got into the room very late at night, and when I woke up in the morning, I noticed that the door to an adjoining room was unlocked. That means I slept the whole night with the room open to anyone that had a key to the adjoining room. Pretty scary!

Non working room phone. Staff was supposed to bring missing linens never did. Had to go back downstairs and get from them myself. Breakfast menu lists multiple items they didnt have.

When we got into the room we found multiple pair of dirty used female underwear under the meds as well as under the chair in the room and bathroom. The sink was dirty as well as the shower

Great room with jetted tub. Staff was very pleasant. Food was great for breakfast buffet. I suggest getting there early for breakfast because they did run out of most hot options at one point, they did refill everything but it took a little bit for it to happen. Really my only complaint about our stay was all the baseball teams staying there. Had a very small window to use the pool without being overun with loud and rowdy kids. Overall it was a pleasant stay.

The hotel was very clean and the staff were very nice and friendly. The exterior of the hotel could use some updating (landscaping, maintenance) but other than that it was very nice!

The staff at this property was so welcoming and nice. The beds were super comfy. We were in town for a sporting event and it did the trick as far as a comfortable bed near our sporting area. It was always greeted with the welcoming staff!!

Had to ask for bed set for the pull out beds and was advised they had no pillows to give us. The door in our room was coming off the hinge. The breakfast you had to pay for and it definitely wasn't worth it.

Property was really nice and quiet. The only thing that wasn’t ok was breakfastS they billed it at $7.50 per person but it was just a generic breakfast in warmer trays. Eggs and sausage were hard, not worth the price. Property is great, avoid the breakfast.

Outside of the TV not functioning on certain channels and freezing during Game 6 of the finals the stay was pleasant and the hotel. I was also a little taken aback by the fact that the room had the black out curtains not a huge gap that allowed the sun in which defeats the purpose of blackout blinds/curtains.

They cancelled my room before I even checked in. I travelled 7 hours with a 97 year old and was pretty much told to bad to sad. We don’t have any rooms available

Generally like Holiday Inns. Good sized room. Breakfast included. The cord was broken on my blackout blinds and there were no sheers. Needs some maintenance and finishing.

Out of all the hotels we have stayed at this one is by far the nest one. We did breakfast 1 morning it was ok we aren morning people but the room and overall of the area and stay was very relaxing and worth every dollar.

This hotel was booked for a sporting event . We called and verified several times to make sure pool was going to be open and was told it was going to be open . We get there pools closed . Manager was rude about it and would not provide any discount. The hotels was filled with sports teams . We could of easily stayed at the newly remodeled holiday inn down the street with a pool for the same price . Then all night long until around 3am we had several banging on our door then they run away . Could even have breakfast because. It served until 7 and we had to be at Fields by 7. Will never stay at a holiday inn again since I never received a apology or a discount for my in convenience. Also the hotel hallways was not the cleanest

Clean room ac/heat worked and was quiet tv works well enough.only issue we had was location room was located on main floor and real close to the lobby/ bar so until about 1 am got woke up from the bar hooting and hollering and people standing outside the front door talking/yelling.enjoyed yhe stay but next time room location will be 1st priority

I rented a suite. the suite was barely furnished. the layout was awful. no bathroom on bedroom/jacuzzi side-- the bed was pushed so close to AC unit you could barely get out of bed on that side. there were 2 televisions but only one remote that operated both. so if both of us watched tv in separate rooms, how was that supposed to work? the blinds on windows were barely functional- struggle to open and close privacy blind-
