Nice room, especially for the money. Could've been in a little better area, but overall we'd stay there again.

Completely out of shampoo and soap. Opened the pull out bed to find the previously used sheets were on them.

My daughter's friend slept on the pull out sofa bed and woke up with bug bites all over her.

The only problem was that there wasn't a shower curtain in the bathroom. The room was clean and the breakfast was fine.

Sheets, blankets, and towels were clean. The mini fridge didn’t work and smelled bad. Breakfast was sufficient and staff was pleasant and helpful.

The hotel was nice and clean. Even with the amount of kids staying during a weekend trourniment we were happy to say it was quiet. The breakfast was very well staffed and kept clean.

The breakfast was pretty good, lots of choices. Swimming pool was not heated when we were in. Hot tub wasn't working when we arrived but did get fixed while we were there.
Room and number of beds worked well for us which is sometimes hard for us to find.
Not a pretty surrounding area, but in a very convenient area with a good price. Would stay there again.

Staff was friendly and competent. Things are looking a little worn but upgrades are in progress as new carpet was being laid while we were there. Breakfast was great! I am glad that Choice Hotels has decided to bring back what was enjoyed and expected prior to the pandemic.

no ice in the machines, on 3 where our room was not on 2. but there was some on 1. Lock to the door didn't always function properly. Room was clean, breakfast was good and the lady in the breakfast room was a very hard worker. kept busy and kept everything well stock. food was good.

Rented three rooms with full size beds for adults and sofa beds for children. One sofa bed had no sheets, blankets or pillow. Two sofa beds had dirty used linens - the sheets blankets and pillow looked like someone crawled out of bed and folded it up. Housekeeping did not check those beds or put fresh linens on them. Front desk staff provided clean linens but they were for the full size beds. Nothing was provided to clean or disinfect the mattresses. Only excuse was that they were short on housekeeping staff. Another couple at the front desk said their sofa bed was dirty also.

The room was clean and comfortable. I believe we were put in an accessible room since we checked in so late. It was spacious for 6 people. The pool was decent and they have a working hot tub. There was some construction in a hall leading to the pool, but not detrimental to access it. The night desk lady was super sweet and helpful. The breakfast area was super clean and well stocked. We would definitely stay here again.

We booked 3 night. They tried tonchrge us twice forbthe 3rd night. Then kocked us out. Was told our account with them was changed 6 different times after we checked in by staff, we were never spoken to. Made us lose half of our Holiday World vacation time. I would not recommend. Worst experience ive ever had at a hotel.

The stay was very comfortable. The hotel employees were pleasant. There was no carpet in the hallway outside our room, i guess they were doing work on the hotel, but with no carpet we heard every sound out in the hallway when we were trying to sleep. All in all it was a nice place.

Outside of building was dirty and garbage on the ground near entrance. Indoor pool area is nasty at best. Walls have holes in them and ceiling is falling in

The property is in a nice location, but the people hanging outside did not make me feel safe.
The best things were the bed and pillows. Very comfortable.

The police where there when we arrived due to an incident with the lady working the front desk. Something had been stolen...she wouldn't check me in...was obviously involved in the theft and was definitely intoxicated. Would have not stayed but couldnt get our money back.

1. The pool area needs worked on-holes in ceiling and pieces of ceiling falling -
2. We were charged for our rooms at check in. Bank showed it however, I received over 10 texts from my bank regarding hotel trying to take the $ out. At checkout I showed them texts and the withdrawal. She showed me her computer and over 10 times it was trying to take our money out but showed “voided”…. However, after checking out I have received no more texts so don’t know if glitch in system in storm but they should have tried harder to figure it out

Very nice hotel with large room. very clean and comfortable. Friendly staff. Plenty of shopping, attractions and dining near by.

Staff was very helpful, hot tub and indoor pool were nice but some ceiling repairs need done in there as theres rhings getting ready to fall from the ceiling due to the constant water presence.

Ok motel but dated. Could use a good face-lift. Breakfast bar was decent with a good variety. Staff was friendly and attentive. Beds were comfortable and cleanliness was average. Would stay here again.

Well the room did have a musty smell to it. The hot tub wasn't very hot and only filled a little. The breakfast was good. Overall, it was just ok, on the plus side staff was very friendly.

Probably the best stay I've had in a long while. Very comfortable beds and pillows... clean rooms... excellent service. Will definitely be staying again!
