The check in took a long time. Only one person at the desk and a lot of people trying to check in. Room was pretty clean and comfortable but very loud airport and interstate noise. Even with fan and white noise app could still hear it. Probably a room on the back of the building would be quieter. Nice room for the price I paid.

This is usually our go to place to stay when we are in Manchester. Our rooms was ready prior to the check in time which was great. We were on the end off the hallway near near the stairs which is usually a quiet place. However there was a large group of young hockey players continued to run up and down the hallway slamming the door to the stairs after 10 pm. This did not cease until my wife physically had to go downstairs and speak to the desk attendant after she had already called and spoke to the desk attendant an hour prior. Once the running and door slamming stopped it was a good stay.

The hotel was great, staff was so kind and helpful, and our room with a king bed, fireplace, jacuzzi in the room, and our own little apartment essentially was incredible!! We had an amazing stay here. Very relaxing.

I was late checking in. Did not notice the outside of the building. However, upon entering my room I found a dirty sock on the floor. When I went to open the refrigerator there was a bug (alive)! The floor had not been vacuumed. The bed was comfortable. Slept well. The shower could have been cleaner but was sufficient. Appreciated the coffee maker, soap, shower gel and moisturizer.

The gentleman working on the afternoon and evening of Saturday, November 18th, was absolutely terrific. He promptly accommodated myself and family upon arrival and was extremely polite, each and every time we spoke. He addressed me as Mr. each conversation we had and was a pleasure to meet. Great great job.

The room was clean with lots of space. The staff was kind and helpful. The location was perfect and near shopping and restaurants. The breakfast buffet was good with choices for every taste. The only negative aspect is the maintenance of the breakfast area, hallways and elevator. It needs to be cleaned more often, few times a day, because people bring food to the room and drop it on the way and the breakfast area because we eat there.

The room was unfortunately not that clean and the woman at the front desk was apathetic and unhelpful. The pullout couch mattress and spare pillow were stained to where it was uncomfortable/gross to sleep on and we were told they didn't have mattress covers (and would not switch us to another room, even after showing the mattress pictures to her). We ultimately covered it with many sheets and blankets. There were cheetos crumbs on the floor. The other beds were reasonably comfortable. The pool was clean but cold. Breakfast was OK. I would not stay here again.

The front desk staff could not care any less about their job and at times had to wait at least five minutes for someone to even show up. Upon checkout there was no one at the front desk, just a dollar store plastic container to drop off your key, so no ability to check or receive a receipt. The pool area had a ton of teens screaming & acting recklessly. People in the hot tub blaring music with profanity & drinking alohol out of a bottle & no staff to be found

Room was clean and comfortable with nice choice if pillows! Good location near restaurants and a super Walmart minutes away. The breakfast was good, except for the juices were watered down and eggs were not hot enough. Easy check in. Personable staff. Will stay again.

This hotel was not clean or comfortable to stay in. Stains all over rugs and our room had a horrible left over Marijana smell. So disappointing! Thankful our stay was only for one night.

No towels in the pool area, used towems thrown everywhere, pool and hot tub in bad shape, 1st floor rooms smell musty, my granddaughter vomited on the carpet in their room. When my daughter went to the frint desk, asking for help to clean it up, the front desk person did nothing to help. The only thing she did was ask if she vomited food or liquid. Seriously? After my daughter responded food and liquid, the front emd desk person did absolutely nothing.

The booking hotels.com promises that they won't charge your card until you get there. My card was charged before I even was on the airplane to get there and when I arrived, I was promised a shuttle service and I couldn't even get a shuttle service back to the airport because the car wasn't there. I never got my room cleaned. I never got fresh towels. The facility was disgusting. The floors were not swept save your money and don't stay there.

Heat control not working properly in room 111. I had to set temp at 74 to get 68F in room with window shades closed to keep the cold out. Clock on nightstand was 1-hr ahead and I didn't realize it until I got out of the morning shower. I've been staying here once/yr for the last 10 yrs.

We thought the pool and hot tub had a ton of algae on the bottom but once closer it may be just very badly rubbed off paint. The bed sounded like every spring was broken. Jetted tub in bedroom also looked very dirty on bottom. All chairs in room were stained or dirty looking. If these things could be fixed/updated out stay for a night would have been perfect. Staff were ALL super friendly.

We stay here a lot when we come to Manchester. The room we had this time smelled like cigarettes , it's suppose to be a non smoking hotel.

There was some type of party occurring . There were kids playing hockey in the hallways until 2am. I understand that it was New Years Eve however until 2am is not acceptable.
