I have stayed at many Country Inn & Suites, this by far is the poorest quality I’ve ever seen. What I would expect of a third rate, roadside motel tbh. CI&S corporate folks should make a visit to this hotel to see what this location is doing to their brand.

Not like other country inn & suites. You come to expect a nice updated place but this one was not. Disappointed, wish we stayed elsewhere but was only 1 night.

Bedding had stains!!! Looked like semen stains. All layers of bedding were dirty not only in my room but in a family members room. There was a scorch mark on the floor in shape of an iron.

Though the staff was very nice, the property was very run-down and the room was disgusting. The carpet looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in 20 years, there were stains on the furniture, the curtains reeked of smoke, etc. After finding several stains on the sheets (both top sheet and fitted sheet had what looked like semen and blood all over them), we opted to get a refund and stay somewhere else. Eddie at the front desk was very professional and helped us get a refund quickly. When we left, there was a homeless man camped out in the parking lot.

The staff seem very nice but this property is really really run down and very outdated (moldy plastic flowers, matted carpeting,etc) I think I'm the only person staying here, which feels a bit eerie.
Expedia site showed a pool and hot tub but these are both closed and have been closed for a long time. Expedia should not be advertising this as a place with pool/hot tub. The person at the front desk offered to cancel my stay when I realized the pool and hot but were closed, but I had been on the road for 9 hours and didn't have the energy to switch.
I can't believe I paid over $100 for this room when there are many other hotels nearby.

Sheets were dirty and the bed had hair in it at check in. They gave us a different room, but this was just not acceptable

The check in clerk was terrific also the check out clerk was great. They were both very friendly and helpful. I would stay there again

Previous guest left their sex toys in the draw below the tv. I took them to the front desk and told them to place them in lost and found

Room was filthy. Areas hadn’t been vacuumed in a long time. Shower was barely usable both water pressure and direction well below standards. Staff were pleasant but I wouldn’t ever consider staying there again

The hotel is very old and very rundown. Although there’s no smoking allowed in rooms anymore, the carpet must be so old that the room reek of cigarette smoke. I will see the rooms were clean, but very used and old. Need tons of updating starting with fresh carpet and paint.

Nothing really paid that much for a jacuzzi room and the jets didn't even work

The jacuzzi tub in our room was filled with black and brown flecks. The shower didn’t get warm so they gave us a second room to use just as a shower. The bedsheets were ripped. There were hairs in the shower of the room we were given to shower in as well as a weird brown dried liquid substance on the counter. There were spiderwebs on the ceiling and dirt in cracks of the AC unit. I was also very disappointed that once we realized we had these issues and we contacted Hotels.com all they could do was cancel our room at 8:30 pm. The agent didn’t offer to transfer us to another hotel or anything like has happened in the past. She said she couldn’t. So we were stuck here. I don’t know how this hotel is rated 8/10.

Polite staff, basically the place was empty. The whole place is very old and In desperate need of updates. Cleanliness was acceptable but so much of the place was broken, old and just needed repairs. The "breakfast" is basically non existent and I really don't blame them there probably was only a couple of rooms rented out for the weekend. Unfortunately until some major renovations are completed I would recommend anyone to skip this hotel.

Staff was nice hotel upkeep is questionable. The pool and hot tubs don’t work and the breakfast is a joke at this place. You get what you pay for basically. Beware the area around isn’t the best of areas either

After a 12 hour drive, we just wanted to check in and get to bed. The desk clerk had no idea what he was doing, could not get us checked in. Disappeared for over 10minutes, came back and said the manager is not dressed and could not come to desk.

This hotel was very nice. It was very clean and quiet despite having a large tour group there for the night. Due to the tour group it was a bit hard to sit down to eat the included breakfast. There were lots of restaurants near by for lunch and dinner.

Do not stay at this property went to bed at midnight woke up at 3:00 a.m. with bed bugs biting me perceived around 20 fights in 3 hours time. I left as soon as I found out about them do not go here☠️
