As we walked up to the pet friendly Hotel lobby, we just missed stepping on dog poop. Not a great first impression. The gal at the front desk was nice and accommodating. The room was good size, but bathroom was small, with old tub/shower combo. Light/fan combo in bathroom was very loud and annoying. No king bed unless you booked a suite. Bed was not comfortable. Pillows were flat, no fluff. Very thin blanket. Carpet looked stained and dirty. Walls were thin, we heard the people next to us talking and laughing until 4:00 a.m. We will not be returning.

The room was clean. The kitchenette had all storage facilities. However it was totally empty and we had to request basic amenities. The room was spartan even if comfortable enough.

The room overall was ok but the guest above me was very liud and stomping. Made me feel lile they were coming through the ceiling. I called the front desk they apologized and said they would address it. Had to call a 2nd time and she said they never answered. She said she would go up to the door. Needless to say the noise never stopped and I shouldn't have to call a 3rd time. It was not worth my money to be sleepy the next morning. I told the lady at the front desk the next morning and she just apologized 3 more times. They did nothing to make things better or compensate me.

It was great. The front desk staff was helpful and polite. They didn’t seem bothered when guests had questions or needs. I was running late on the day I was to check out, and it was nice to not have someone at the door every 5 minutes seeing if I had left yet or not. I would definitely stay there again.

The hotel was convenient for me. It is in a safe neighborhood. The carpet is the hallway was rather dingy and depressing. Overall, the price was reasonable for a no frills place.

The front desk person was extremely rude and could use some customer service training. She seemed bothered that I was even there. Then upon calling after I checked out to understand a $25 fee that appeared on my credit card, she rudely stated it was the pet fee (which I was not told about at check in) and then hung up on me. Also, the hotel had a weird smell (i think because of people cooking in their "in room" kitchens and not opening the windows. It was a little nauseating. Also the carpet in the room could use a good cleaning!

Expedia hotel blew it again. Arrived at hotel to find one of the two rooms we booked available and the other was closed for maintenance hence not available to us and on Thanksgiving night. Expedia and Hotels simply do not communicate. Don't book with Expedia unless you have low expectations. I vowed never to book with Expedia again based on a prior mess and took a leap of faith only to be disapointed. The person at the hotel was very nice however I had to seek out two rooms at a new hotel at 11:00 PM at night. I feel the hotel management should have called us and let us know about the issue prior to making the 3 hour drive only to find we were homeless for the night. Disappoint for Expedia and for the hotel. We went to a Holiday Inn Express nearby. Nice friendly staff, clean rooms, and where we had initially planned to stay with Holiday Inn anyway however the location and pricing was more attractive at Extended Stay America. Big let down for Thanksgiving. Thanks Extended Stay America...or in this case No Stay America!

Located off the 5 freeway, which is convenient. The area is relatively quiet. We were able to check-in early after a long drive, so we appreciated the front desk's willingness to assist us during their lunch hour. Glad to have a simple breakfast and coffee bar. Overall, staff was friendly and cordial.

Elevator was broken and we were put on 3rd floor. Breakfast food was gone by 9am even though it was served through 9:30. Only juice and coffee was left (and one very small chocolate muffin). Front desk seemed to be annoyed I asked if there was more.

Not a high end hotel but not crap either. It's a good value and in a good area. I don't like that you have to give a $100. deposit along with your payment up front. The free breakfast is useless.

There were tweakers in the parking lot partying the first night were there. The bed was as hard as a rock. Very uncomfortable. We would of been better off sleeping on the floor!

We understand that they don’t clean every 2 weeks but they said we can ask for new towels. Came back from a wedding at 10:30 to ask for some and the front desk guy told us the cut off time to exchange for new towels was at 10 om which was a lie. On the key holder it even says we can ask for at anytime. No one told us such thing when we checked in. Get your facts straight. We had to come down again to ask since my baby need new towels. Very inconvenient! Don’t take trash out for us either. We asked and they told us to go to trash room.

Staff was ok, but room booked was sold out. For 300 a night, front desk said they’re not sure if I will get refunded since it’s booked through a third party. They have a handicap room instead. Ridiculous allowing third party booking, but not actually have accuracy of bookings. Do not recommend!!!

It's a place for a quick place to sleep, not much else. They keep all extras behind the front desk which I found odd. coffee machine, cups etc. Clean, Staff was kind and thorough.
