If you are on the fence..DO IT! I’m so happy with my choice. We booked the king suite which featured a kitchen with stainless steel updated appliances along with basic necessities, living room, bedroom separated by door, and as everyone else is saying the bed was super comfy. All dove products in bathroom provided. Awesome breakfast choices and they even have an evening time to get fresh snacks and wine (which I believe are free, I just happened to walk by and see the dining area packed). Very clean and cozy hotel. The area is AWESOME, within one minute of a Costco, and a few minutes to other amenities. Within 10 minutes from the Home Alone house which was a cool surprise. They also had free washer/dryers and give you a laundry basket in the room. All the staff were super nice and helpful, they were able to accommodate an early check in. I highly recommend!!!

Disappointing. Our room was given away without notice despite leaving a message that our flight didn't land until after midnight. Compensation = we were sent to a different hotel for the night. So basically none. We were told it's Hotels.com's responsibility to notify us our room was cancelled. I suspect Hotels.com wasn't told. Returned for the rest of our stay. Reserved a king bed, got a "queen" that was really a twin and not exactly comfortable but at least it didn't taco. Fortunately we're small and love sleeping on top of each other. There was a very loud rattle constantly from the wind blowing against an awning or the a/c vents outside that, well, be a heavy sleeper or you aren't sleeping. Pro: couldn't hear the neighbor unless I was in the bathroom. The shower head was loose and would only hit my chest. Had to put my head nearly on the wall to get my head under water to wash my hair. The dishwasher is REALLY loud. The gym is crap unless all you want is cardio. And the staff is average to flat out rude. The staff at the hotel they sent us to the first night was fabulous. All in all, I would stay again if I brought my own exercise equipment and requested a room away from the street, but only because the larger suite size of the room is nice and included breakfast and happy hour basically means two meals plus wine is free. If you're just looking for a place to sleep try down the street. The beds are better elsewhere.

This place was so nice, such that I joined their rewards program for future stays. The unit was roomy, felt like a small yet comfy apartment. Was with my child looking at schools — she remarked that it would be an ideal dorm layout! The area seemed super safe and nice as well.

I stayed here for almost a week to recover from a surgical procedure. We were placed at a room on the end which worked out well because it was quiet. The room was very clean and well stocked with towels, paper towel and soap. Having a kitchen with a full size fridge and dishes was great. There was plenty of storage space in the closets and drawers. The only negative I can say is that couches and chairs were well worn. There were tears in the fabric of the cushions and stains on the ottoman in one of the bedrooms. I tried hard not to think about what they are and how they got there. 😂 The online check out was very convenient. Overall it was a lovely stay and we will be staying here again for my next procedure in a few months.

Great place for a mini getaway. Felt like Home away from home. Only issue we had was that the 1st floor in front of Elevator had a very strong urine smell.

I have stayed at Staybridge properties before, especially for long term while at a training. The one in Madison (Middleton), WI was fabulous. This location is in an business office park which is nice. I question the cleaniness of this location since I found a New Year's headband in the elevator and New Years was 5 days ago. So, how clean can it be? The other thing that surprised me is, they allow dogs which have been barking. We'll see if it quiets down at bedtime.

Everything was fine before open up sofa bed. When we need to sleep at night time around 11pm, open up sofa bed, I saw on the mattress pretty big size of bloody. I was claimed to FOH employee. She changed to different room for us at 11pm. We move to room after 11pm, we carried bag and luggage after we couldn’t sleep anymore. I really don’t want full paid to that hotel. Let me know, my claim ASAP.

I booked the 2 br suite for a sleepover for my kids and some friends. The hotel was an incredible value for the cost. It was very clean and comfortable and the staff was super friendly. I highly recommend and will definitely stay again. We were bummed the waffle maker wasn’t working but overall it was a great night!

Nice hotel but definitely overpriced to have animals with you. I wouldn't recommend solely on that factor and would recommend Extended Stay because the pet fee isn't expensive.

We had a great stay at the hotel. We were upgraded to a king bed. The room and suite facilities were top notch. The breakfast was well beyond the usual wrapped muffins and coffee. Hot food and lots of choice. The most impressive part of the stay was the warm welcome we received at the front desk. Helpful with local spots and offering lots of assistance. The only negative I'd offer is the need to upgrade carpet in certain areas. A side issue, but noticeable. We truly enjoyed our stay.

We like stay at Staybridge Glenview, but one of the employees made comment to another employee in the elevator Look she going back again." ( it was breakfast ) no actually i went to get coffee, not food, last time we were there she was talking to a men about me im sure of that they both were looking at me as they were talking.We been there few times im a guest who cares. Everyone else is great..Friendly staff...

Spilled a small amount of coffee on the bed sheet and asked for a new one along with a couple more towels. Was informed there was no housekeeping that day, but told I could get a sheet that I could put on myself. Also, when leaving our room and going into the hallway, there was a cat sitting in the middle of the hall. Elevators were dirty and damaged, bathrooms not very clean, long black hairs in several places, lobby had leaves all over the carpet. We won’t be staying here again.
