TLDR: Hotel canceled room stating "not enough rooms cleaned to fill reservations" at 7PM local time.
I was never even on the property that day. I was billed for the room, and told that refund will take 7-10 days. I never should have been billed for the room that they "didnt have for me"

It has to be the worst experience I’ve had in Billings so far unfortunately. Check in was great and the gentleman was great to work with. But when we got to the room it was freezing in there . It took forever to heat the room up and then the heater wouldnt shut off so it was hot as heck all night long, it very had to sleep. The shower would t get hot at all it was hardly lukewarm and the fan in the bathroom was so strong that you would freeze when you got out. The bed was so uncomfortable and there was no getting comfortable at all. You could feel every spring in the mattress.
This is not the first time we stayed there but unfortunately it will be the last.

Hotel public area were dirty. Room was ok. Breakfast is packaged muffins and coffee.

The location and staff were great but their pictures of the hotel are very misleading. The room needed repairs/updating, did not look like online at all. It also wasn’t the cleanest but by far not the worse.
We expected a traditional complimentary breakfast not their come and go of just muffins and instant oatmeal. I think their listing is very misleading over all.

Every sink and bath backed up. There was weed reminants on my bed spread. Even the little soap was literally smashed to pieces. We checked in late and the staff didn’t turn on the little furnace thing in our room it was freezing for most of the night because of this. The floors in the lobby and elevator looked like they hadn’t been washed since Christmas. Their continental breakfast is a decanter of coffee and a packaged muffin.

This was convenient and accessible for a one night stay due to a medical procedure. Room was a nice size and the kitchen seemed very good. Bathroom was adequate, though water doesn’t get very warm in the tub. Would stay here again.

On Expedia breakfast was listed as free breakfast. When we arrived we inquired as to breakfast in the morning and were advised that it was a grab and go and that they have been having supply problems. So maybe no breakfast.
Very disappointed with this!! Didn't see any grab and go bags when we left. So we didn't even inquire. Think you should be a little more descriptive of what kind of breakfast is being provided.

Staff was friendly, room was clean with more amenities than a standard room somewhere else at half the price. Kitchenette, sink, and 3/4 sized refrigerator and freezer.

Bathroom had dirt footprints on floor. Carpet was stained with something red and was worn. It was inexpensive so it was kind of a trade off.

Rooms were quiet, windows weren’t fully closed but had stoppers on them, but there was a lot of noise that came from the parking lot in the mornings, aka revving engines.

Hardly any breakfast provided. When we went to check out, we gave a look around the room to be sure we didn’t leave any items and there was all kinds of trash below one of the beds including a pair of women’s sandals. Room seemed clean otherwise.

It was over booked it sucked

We got three texts and calls from them after the first night saying that we were supposed to be checked out and I booked the hotel for two nights. Somebody went in our room, touched all our stuff and threw it in our suitcases without our permission. They said we canceled the stay for the second night and I said no we didn’t. They said that they would comp the second night and never have. I don’t see it on my bank statement. When we went to check out the front desk clerk said just throw your keys up there. I’ll email you. No conversation on how our stay was or anything just throw your keys up there This is the second time that she has done that when we went to check out.

The check-in and checkout process was horrible! The same person did not look me in the eye, did not greet me,Did not give me a receipt.
I did not feel safe!
The room had an odor of death! The sheets and pillowcases smelled stale and musty!
The room was booked for two people. There was one plastic cup, one washcloth, and blood stains on the interior bathroom door and counter.

Check in was easy and the lady at the desk was very nice.
The room was nit very clean. Right on the floor they left a dental floss on floor. There was black hair on a pillow and bed. Behind the night stand was trash. Had to move it to plug on charger. Needed a better vacuuming. Did not want to walk bear foot.

The staff was kind and helpful. The highway is beside the hotel, so you can hear every big rig driving by.

I don't have much against the property, except that the pillows were uncomfortable. My complaint is with the manager, and the front desk person.
