This hotel was dirty in most all areas. The bldg had an odor. The phone did not work in the room.

The first room smelled strongly of cigarette smoke to the point that it was nauseating. The irony is that they make you sign an agreement that you won't smoke before you get your room key. The front desk person was doing her best and got us another room that didn't smell as bad, but we still had to get air freshener to be able to stand sleeping there for the night. I was honestly hoping there would be no more rooms available, and in retrospect wish I had just ate the cost and gotten a room somewhere else.
The first red flag was when we walked in and the front desk person was also doing laundry and informing the guest in front of it that they were out of all but decaf coffee. Clearly this location is very understaffed, but the worker did what she could and was very apologetic. Anyway, after we took the dirty elevator up to our new room, we were greeted with dirty laminate flooring and the slightly fainter smell of cigarettes. The fridge was also dirty, and the TV was small, outdated, and slow to load. The bathroom was laughibly small and dingy.
I don't know what year or hotel location the listing pictures are from, but do not be fooled. Do not stay here if you have ANY other options. I'm absolutely baffled by the good reviews. The only good thing is that it was super close to the highway.

The whole hotel.smelled like Marijuana. The hallways were old wood and dirty. It was a very sketchy area. We will never ever stay there again!! The only upside was that the room was clean. And we felt safest in there.

Clean. Second door lock didnt work, needed screws. But everything thing else worked. Water was good and hot could improve the shower head.

Room and property was clean. Fresh linens, good towels, surfaces wiped down and clean. Staff was friendly and attentive.
That said, this is an old extended stay hotel in dire need of a complete remodel. The bathroom fan rumbled at such a high level we just never turned on the light. Bathroom sink sags from mount, countertops in kitchenette delaminating, refrigerator looks like someone took a bat to it.

We planned to stay for the night as it was centrally located. However, after checking in we got to our room to find a moldy sink and met with very unpleasant odor upon entering the door. However, we asked for a refund and the worker was very polite.

Loved the room, but the people above us had a child and puppy, which is no big deal except the child was stomping on the floor and jumping off the bed onto the floor. Didn't get much sleep the first night. The second night we had enough and contacted the front desk and asked if they could please ask the people above us to keep the child from jumping off the bed onto the floor.

The check in was good but having to carry 3 suitcases and a back up 3 fights of stairs because the elevator was broke was a bit much. Will not stay there again

First the positive- staff was always friendly and helpful. Now the negative…no ice machine, the free breakfast consists of oatmeal packets, pre-packaged muffins, and granola bars. No juice, no yogurt, and definitely no hot food. Even though the hotel is non-smoking, the rooms reek of years of cigarette smoke baked into the carpet and walls. The hallway smells of vinegar. One tv remote barely worked, swapped it out at the front desk for a remote that had different issues.

Will never try to stay here again. I had a room for 3 nights, was sick the first night and didn't get checked in. When I tried to check in the next morning they had sold the room from underneath me and left me with no where to stay but I still had to pay for the whole stay. Not ok and will tell everyone I know to never stay

I don't have anything good to say about this Extended Stay America motel. Check in staff was ok, I'll give them that. However, we had to wait ten minutes to get checked in and there was no one else besides us checking in. Guess the front desk lady and her boss was moving a refrigerator into a room for someone. Area around the motel is a hot mess. There was a bike that had no wheels on it just leaned up against someone's car. There was a girl sitting by the exit of the motel that, how can I say this nicely.... she looked like she was for hired if you know what I mean. This motel should really have a limit on the breeds and sizes of animals they allow to stay there because when we were checking in, some lady had a pittbull. Our bathroom smelled of week either from the previous person staying in there or coming through from one our neighbors. One guy who was next door to us was walking into his room with a brick on a string for some reason. Weird for sure. I would NOT recommend this place and Expedia should not even be listing this motel on their site.

This location could use a grounds keeper and someone to walk the hallway to pick up trash. I was traveling with my pet and was not happy about the amount of general trash in the parking lot and the grass area. A lot of people don't pick up after their pets, even though there were bags and trash cans available. My room was nice, updated and quiet. I always check the AC filters and I was surprised to see they were clean. This location was not near my event location, but it was a good hotel.

I have a weekend job where I am 89 miles from home. It is more convenient for me to stay in town and then to drive back-and-forth. I love staying at this hotel because I have everything I need to cook with a complete kitchen. Staff is super friendly and super helpful!

Our room was supposed to be a non-smoking room but it reeked of cigarette smoke. I do think the room was cleaned well it just had a permanent small of smoker. The shower drain was really slow at draining so you were standing in a bath of dirty water by the end.

Our stay was quick and we won't stay here again. The kitchen was unequipped (having to go to the front desk every time you need a plate or fork or cup was inconvenient), the bed was uncomfortable and the coffee wasn't good either. The hotel smelled bad and didn't seem to be very well cleaned.

I ask them to do a morning call at 3:30AM as I needed to leave for the airport. I did not receive any call. Front is poorly attended and there is no courtesy phone that you can use to reach out to the hotel personnel.

Horrible. Fire alarm was set off both nights by drunks cooking in the middle of night. Place was rundown and smelled as well.

I could not extend my booking for my room at the desk, but had to go on line. Then on line I was told I had to make a new reservation for the extended days. I made the new reservation for the extended days, but it would not let me start to reserve starting on Wednesday that I was to check out at 11am, but Tuesday. It looks like I was charged for Tuesday twice. I will try to talk to the person at the desk this morning to clear it up.
