Nice room, bed was great. Only issue the bathtub stopper would close ok, but could not stay open to let water empty without a towel to keep it open.

My room wasn’t clean and I checked out two days early and got told I’d get a refund and never got one

We stayed here several years back during covid to do Knotts Berry Farms food festival. Back then it was clean, quiet, and we enjoyed our stay. This time, I don't know what happened, but it went down hill fast. The elevator walls were shredded, the pool was dirty, and I didn’t get the room I paid for. If I got the 2 beds, i would have gotten a fridge and microwave. I didn't. It was just ghetto! There were hookers outside and scary looking people living there and dogs all around. It was terrible. The maids never took garbage out and just put towels on the bed. Save your money and time. Don't stay here.

Definitely not what I expected. Bugs in the room. Housekeeping never came in to clean. They didn't want to give extra towels. Only allowed to watch what they provide.

Disgusting bathroom. Be aware, they don’t have no working ice machine.

Hotel was pretty decent. The bath tub was a little scratched up and had a couple hairs in there still though. Other than that staff was friendly and everything was good. Would probably stay again.

Budget motel with few amenities, staff friendly and close to Disneyland.

Check in with front desk was quick and easy. Check out even easier! The room was very clean and comfy. My first time booking online so I didn't know how to request a bottom floor.

Horrible. Front desk made me wait 5 hours to check in after I just got out of emergency room. Then charged me early check in fee after waiting all those hours which made me feel even sicker. Spiders were found in my room and when I went to front desk they said I have spiders in my house all the time. Very incompetent staff. The ice machine was also out of service and it had no sign to tell first it didn’t work. A front desk lady told me how to get into room with ice machine seeing that I had a bucket in my hand and didn’t communicate that it didn’t even work until after I went in room she gave me instruction on how to get in with my key. I was left dumbfounded on why she didn’t mention it was broken before telling me how to get in the room with ice machine. There were also people blocking the front desk entrance with all their boxes and belongings yelling after having problem to check in and left trash in front entrance. The next morning the trash and boxes was still there. I felt sorry for the person.

We knew what we were getting into but also not really. We knew it was a lower tier motel, but it was almost less than minimal. Basically a place to sleep and use the bathroom and nothing else. Which worked for us, but we were happy to be on our way after our 2 night stay. Also decided that we wouldn’t stay there again.

Front desk was kind of friendly but they complained about overbooking, room smell as a mold and wet, linen beds stinking as old and wet, tv and wifi doesn’t work, Bathroom looks like old and of course STINKY, so noisy room like if we sleep inside of freeway. I just “sleep” one night and don’t return by the second. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE

The ice machine both are not working And that they were waiting for parts. It seemed so dry in the bin that there's no way it worked before. The wallpaper in the elevator was peeling away as if It was a new form of graffiti and it also smelled. The bathroom had cigarette burns on the tub and paint was peeling from the vanity. I seen a roach in the laundry slash microwave area. And the so called vending machines was so overpriced. I paid less at Disneyland for water an or soda. I purchased this room on reviews , and I must believe now that those are fictitious and misrepresented. I honestly felt that this was a motel for hookers. Hoses and homies from the neighborhood. I wouldn't Suggest you bring small children around. The only great thing about this place is this location to food and the freeway and The housekeeping was genuinely helpful.

Comfortable, low price overnighter

Extremely noisy. Felt like we had the window and door open because we could hear everything so clearly.

Main reason I gave average ratings is third floor occupants made lots of noise throughout the night. Seemed like they were remodeling the room or rearranging room. This Motel 6 had 3 floors. I stayed on second floor. Didn’t say anything cause I didn’t want to take a chance Motel 6 personal would say who told them. Had this happen to me in the past. I would second guess my stay at this Motel 6

Never seen a dirtier room. Was afraid to stand on the floor. Towel on the floor came up black. “Clean” towels came with questionable stains. Bed uncomfortable and linens also questionable. Avoid this place. It’s gross.

Not very much. I just need A place to sleep

The front desk agent that checked us in was quite honestly the friendliest and best hotel agent I’ve ever met. She was kind, accommodating and just all around pleasant and happy, I believe her name was Cathy. The room itself was average, I mean it’s a hotel 6, we were striving for affordability for a quick trip not luxury. The bed was rather uncomfortable, but the room was clean which really is all we can ask for.

Front desk welcoming. Good energy. The room was good. Only downside was the height of the shower was too short. Otherwise I would have given five stars. Thank you for welcoming my little dog.

No refrigerator. Both ice machines broken, so restaurant leftovers had to be trashed. No shampoo or body wash. Worn out furniture.

Rooms are half the size. They are in any other Motel 6 anywhere in the country. They charge you full price no microwave no fridge no coffee pot no nothing nothing nothing more than a space about 2‘ x 2‘ bigger than the bed and they expect you to live in there like an animal.

The maze are wonderful people. One of the manager is really rude and never did like me or my husband otherwise Draw the managers I really nice everybody there is set one person

I liked how clean it is and how the staff was

Checkin was kind I only had a copy of my if I must have lost it at the last hotel and I was so scared I would be sleeping in the car .. I had car registration and cards but my drivers license was only a picture . I’m so grateful he believed me . It meant a lot to me . I’ll be back

It was terrible. Someone went into my room and destroyed property and stolen my cash receipts from home Depot. They illegally charged my card when I had paid cash. They never brought me any clean towels and took my old ones when I had left the room to pay for another night and get ice and walk my dog. I got sick from how dirty the rooms where. I always pick up some dirty bacteria unless I bring my own cleaning supplies and clean the room myself because they dilute the only pine sole cleaning agent that they do use. I have been staying here for years multiple times with the same issues of them Never Ever bringing me clean towels and the maid refusing me entrance into my room when my ID and purse was in the room. I can't go to the front without my ID. An why would I allow them to steal more property by leaving my purse in the room. A the room they put me in had a loose screen anyone could gain entry into my room in a matter of seconds. And someone had gone through my mother's vehicle ripped the center console out and the radio breaking my screen. They'll call the cops because someones child is screaming but not if someone is going and breaking into cars in their parking lot. O probably because it's their own security breaking into the customers cars. Someone should really audit this business because there employees do so much illegal activities it disgusting and pothetic. On top of the fact they only had one broken ice machine in the whole 3 story motel.
