That staff was great! The room is a little worn down. Bed was good. The hallway and room had a funny deodorizer smell.Over all everything was good.

The accommodations were fine - pretty much what I expected. However - ugh - EVERY flat surface was sticky - especially wood surfaces. Doors were the worst. Bathroom floor was bad. Had to keep slippers on - probably just as well - but these issues did not prompt confidence in cleanliness. On the other hand, Carlos at the front desk was absolutely amazing going above & beyond to help me negotiate my way to hotel. Actually, all of the staff I came in contact with were friendly and helpful.

Stayed at this location in April for the annual Oceanside Half Ironman race weekend. Staff was very friendly and quick to check in the many groups of racers that were arriving. Location was convenient to the beach, the main locations for the different events going on that weekend, and food options. Parking was no problem at all, too. I was in a kitchenette room that had plenty of space for multiple people and luggage. Clean, quiet, and comfortable.

The hotel is about a 20 min walk from the train station/transit center. As I rounded the corner, this property was well landscaped, newer construction and overall several steps above its surroundings. The staff was friendly, no matter who I interacted with through the week. It seems the hotel and furniture was recently updated so things are modern and I found, very clean. This is key for me to feel comfortable. I thought it was also a good value (I searched on Hotels.com by reviews and price. ). The hot tub and pool and grilling area were bonuses as well as the community living rooms with comfy furniture and TVs in case you did not want to hang out in the room (oh, and also the outdoor patio with tables and chairs). Another cherry on top was the espresso drink machine mornings

We were on our 11th wedding anniversary trip and it so happened to coincide with a girls soccer tournament. There were pre-teens/teens everywhere but it didn't infringe on our trip. I think the staff did a great job keeping the kids sequestered at one end of the hotel and other guests on the other end. We had a very relaxing time and would stay here again.

Our room was very hot over night. We had the AC down to 60. It would kick on every now and then and is very loud. The beds were comfy. The staff was friendly.

Pleasantly surprised, clean property and functional room, great bathroom and terrific breakfast bar, lots of options. Surrounding area busy due to adjacent construction, busy freeway offramp area, etc. But, close to downtown, pier and harbor. Parking easy and adjacent, helpful staff. All n all, great 2 night stay.

Hotel is getting tired. Irritating that semis park on the street in front of the hotel - can hear their engines running all night…. Not really up to BW Plus standards

Lots of free parking, friendly helpful staff, nice comfy beds, coffee and chocolate machine available late at night and remodeled bathroom was a plus. Nice and quite! The pool was a bit dirty is my only complaint but didn't use it anyway, I prefer the gym which was adequately equipped. The hot breakfast was great, had many choices including bacon, bacon, bacon!

Great service from everyone. Recommend putting the loud teenagers from the school on the bottom level. Especially when they get up at 5am making a lot of noise. Other than that it was very clean, welcoming, and everyone was wonderful.

This hotel was one of the cleanest hotels I have stayed in in years. The breakfast options were great. Staff was very friendly. Rooms were quite spacious. Pool was heated so we got to enjoy that with our granddaughter in the winter! Bed and pillows were comfortable. Will absolutely come back!

Literally my only complaint would be that the shower water pressure was very weak. Otherwise, it was a fantastic place to stay and the breakfast was amazing!

Toilet was broken. Staff came to repair asap and supposedly repaired it but didn’t. Water tank won’t fill unless you lift the cover and press something inside the tank. Drawer next to the bed kept on opening. Lotion and body soap dispensers were empty . Staffs were personable except for the guy in the front desk when we checked out who was lacking personality. Overall, 3 stars and too expensive for what it is.

The only trouble we had was getting the correct driveway. This was more of a problem because of the way the street was engineered. Check-in was a breeze. The room was spacious and comfortable. The clerks at the front desk were polite and professional. If in the area we would stay in these accommodations again.

The hotel itself is amazing, nice staff, clean conditions. If you’re up for a morning stroll the beach isn’t that far and neither is downtown Oceanside with its many options for food or activities. My only complaint that’s not really a complaint is the water pressure in the shower kinda sucked and the water itself was rough on my hair and skin. But I would definitely stay here again. Very nice place

Only stayed one night to attend Bike The Coast the next day but couldn't have asked for a better experience. Staff were very helpful and polite. Parking was plentiful and it was easy to unload my bike and gear with the advice the front desk gave to park towards the back. The room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable. Only wish I could have sampled breakfast but the event called for an early start for full century riders so I had to leave before it was served. The hotel location was great though and made it very easy to get to the starting point on The Strand. Would definitely stay here again if I need a hotel in Oceanside in the future.
